So either there were too many UPND eyes around during the search for police to plant it there or maybe the planners had just forgotten that Charity Katanga had been transferred from Lusaka. In any case,it is insightful to compare the gravity of this issue with that of the statement for which Hakainde Hichilema has been arrested and charged with alarming the nation. We wait to see the course of justice in this case.
