We will reverse all corrupt MMD deals

Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba has vowed that the PF government will reverse all corruption tainted investment deals entered into by the previous MMD administration.

Mr. Kabimba said President Michael Sata’s government will not shy away from repossessing all previous state firms that were corruptly sold off by the MMD government. He said the PF government will leave no stone unturned when it comes to fighting corruption.

He also warned foreign investors that the government is not interested in those who come to Zambia to engage in acts of corruption. Mr. Kabimba said the PF government was elected to serve the interest of Zambians and not to serve the interest of foreign elements.

“One of the things that we made fundamentally clear during our campaign was that we were going to fight corruption and that, in fighting corruption, any transaction that was entered into by the previous [government], which was tainted with corruption to the detriment of the interest of the Zambian people,” Mr. Kabimba said.

“We shall reverse that transaction because it is not the job of any government to engage in acts of corruption against its own people.”

Finance Minister Alexander Chikwanda yesterday announced the Zambian Governments’ decision to compulsorily acquire the Concession Rights that were granted to the Railway Systems of Zambia in 2003.

He said the acquisition has been necessitated by mismanagement of Zambia Railways infrastructure and rolling stock, leading to deterioration of assets and resultant loss to the nation as a whole.

In a statement read on national television, Mr. Chikwanda affirmed that Government would ensure that it complied with the labour laws of Zambia in relation to the welfare of RSZ employees and will meet the obligations in relation to suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

  1. Well the UPND will reverse all would be corrupt PF deals in 2021 or when ever..

What is the moral of my story? Well this is a cycle news that will be repeated by any reegime to make them look as though the previous regime was corrupt and they are not! It is like chasing the wind you will never win. What a load of drivel.

    Thanks

    • this is the reason why he is engaging the treverse gear because he new exactly what was happening…you cant reverse on hearsay…but on empirical evidence…bigs ups on this one kabimba and your boss…

    • @Cycle Mata
If you are well informed that Sata is engaging the reverse gear, because he was part of the cabinet and knows all to well the companies that were corruptly sold, why then has he started from those that were sold in RB’s regime and then Mwanawasa’s? Surely he was not part of those cabinets was he? Or are you just trying to make others belief your well intended fallacies?

  2. Ethical decisions were not in MMD’s blood and mindset…They say Africa is never a good place to do business because of political stability among other issues, however when it comes to doing what this learned man is talking about, evidence has to be shown on the table that there was corruption in a said transaction…when this is the case, a MNC has no choice but to acknowledged that it had forgone the principles of De George which point to good behaviour when doing business in foreigh lands and creating win win situations…these so called investors know what is good and bad, they are taught in their universities about issues of corrupt behaviours etc…PF has a right to protect the people and their actions has to mirror the people and not their own political/financial gains.

  3. You will also reverse yourselves to the opposition. who doesent know your plan.s. You just want to reposses and sell to yourselves. I.DI.O.TS

  4. Kabimba if you are not corrupt how did you acquire House No. 16 Nalubutu Road, was it not corruption and if not for LCC your former employer dragging you to Court you would still not have given vacant possession of the same, is that not corruption

    • Dear, just put that into archives. Who knows, may be he did that just because people involved loved corruption. But him and his team do not condone corruption. As a country, we are in the ocean sailing now. I belong to opposition but on these two, RSZ and RTSA, Go PF, Go! Even those in opposition are agreeable but they cannot show it! God bless mother Zambia.

  5. Only the id.iots who support the kingdom of Pathetic Fools will eat the nonsense from those lying red lips of yours! Why the bloody hell don’t you prove this so called corruption in a court of law? You’re just a bunch of stinking communists who are anti business and anti progress. Your just a bunch of parasites who have run out of posts to distribute to your retarded relatives. The only recourse remaining for you is renationalisation so that you pack your relatives into these soon to be white elephants.

    • @ livingstone…waba itole…..why cant you just give credit where it is due….not everyone of us is PF but we do what is required when and where necessary…frustrated imbecile.

    • Torn down and let us reason together with government. Take for example Kapiri Glass factory – it was privatised – what good has come out of that privatisation for the People of Kapiri Mposhi and Zambia? Similarly, Zambia Railways, Kafue Textiles, Mulungushi Textiles etc – they all were privatised to what end? You know someone has got to stand up for the Zambians. We are crying for Jobs – we must all think together on how can we create jobs. Thos companies employed people. It is time there is new energy in revitalising them. If you are comfortable in a job dont trivialise efforts to make more jobs.

    • livingstone is right …if corruption is the case then it should be proved in the courts of law.

that shouldn’t be so hard really, considering the confidence in the government.Right?

    • @Cycle Mata, No Call iNdola! You id.iots are mad. You think by repeating Kaundanomics you are going to create a prosperous country. We’ve watched this horror movie before with Kaunda as the lead actor. It is passed its sale by date. And honestly, I find sequels to be boring. Zambia is a failed state trapped into a cycle of mediocrity. Only idi.ots with two digit IQs can find meaning and refugee in the leadership of clowns like Sata, Mwamba, Kambwili, Sakeni and Kabimba. This lot is a pile of night soil!

    • If you remove the insults, Livingstone is very right. Those that were old enough to understand the fall of Zambia from it’s heights in the 70’s will attest that the PF socialist model cannot work for Zambia. It’s a model that has failed the world over and is bound to fail again. It may look good to those simple minds because it sounds as if Zambian jobs and industry for Zambians, but the reality is that Zambia does not have the capacity to run such industries nor does the Govt have the resources to fund the recapitalization of these industries and then support the wage demands thereafter. It simply won’t work. Credit where it’s due…and for me, in this case, it’s Livingstones way

    • @Livingstone, walapena nombalinefye if you do not check your hatred for the PF and MCS. Get a life man and find something else to do pantu ngataupenene walafwa na heart attack. You are so evil and so bitter it’s unzambian.

    • But I don’t think he is Zambian, talk of “stinking communists” is more like an old apartheid type who is hiding from justice in Livingstone

    • Livingstone, you are absolutely spot on, but you crowd out your argument with the foul language.
We’ve been down the socialist path and it never worked. Zambia is much better now than under KK when we queued up for soap and were fed on rotten kasepa at school. The naivety of some commentators is simply shocking. And by the way when the chips are down it is these same people and their families that suffer the most. Get to work people. The Government, PF, MMD or any other party will not save you. The answer lies in hard work and that includes travelling the world, like the Chinese and others do.

  6. mr kabimba, why is cement so expensive in zambia? why is it that i can buy cement at a cheaper price from zimbabwe whose economy is sooooo bad?

the day you will reposses lafarge from those french chaps, that is the day i will start supporting the PF. i will know that there is now new direction. kindly take lafarge back to zambians.

    • It’s because the Kwacha is overvalued by traders out to make a fast buck. Chinese tilapia is cheaper than Zambian tilapia in Shoprite!

  7. @master……this is the reason why he is engaging the reverse gear because he new exactly what was happening…you cant reverse on hearsay…but on empirical evidence…bigs ups on this one kabimba and your boss…

    • @Cycle MataIf you are well informed that Sata is engaging the reverse gear, because he was part of the cabinet and knows all to well the companies that were corruptly sold, why then has he started from those that were sold in RB’s regime and then Mwanawasa’s? Surely he was not part of those cabinets was he? Or are you just trying to make others belief your well intended fallacies?

  8. Wynter stop playing to the gallery. Why is government not giving us evidence of corruption? Where is the ant corruption commission in all this episode?Political subjectivity can be misleading. Please give us the objective evidence not political rhetoric. Who has been prosecuted in the courts of law? Give us the names of officials who corruptly sold the companies!

  9. Ok i can forsee a chain here. After you have done reversing them…9 years down the line Chipimo will come and reverse them again.I bet the the final reversal will be done by me when i form my “amenso pamo party”.Yeah ! Let the trend continue afterall what goes around come back around

  10. These PF people will fail to create even 50,000 jobs by the time their time will be over in 2016. Only a mad investor can bring their money to Zambia under PF.

  11. These chaps should say they will reverse all deals which do not benefit Zambia not just all,it doesn’t really matter if some of the deals where concluded in a corrupt way the most important thing for now is whether they benefit Zambia or if they benefit only certain Zambian individuals or foreign investors who are not giving back to our country. Dirty or corrupt deals will always be there even in this govt there will be individuals including this same chap Kabimba and his friend Sata who will benefit directly from some deals in their personal capacities so it should only be about what is of benefit to the country not just reversing all deals concluded by the previous regime.

  12. For the first time, I agree with the blogger called Mushota. Just diverting people’s attention from failure to perform in one year. Inasmuch as we want the companies to be repossed if they were corruptly privatised, please note that this should not be the priority of any govt, especiallt given that some companies that were not privatised, like Mulungushi Textiles, NCZ are still ailing as ever. Please show us, not just talking, that you can revive at least one company, e.g. announced NCZ, before you disturb us with the noise of repossessions without plan – CNP always. We are not interested in such small ventures that will not benefit the mojority of Zambians, but just to deploy more cadres as managers; just concentrate on new investments, please Summer, red lips!

  13. and which investors will come to zambia because they are watching and reading your statements. i feel sorry for the people of zambia for putting those *****s in power you such live to remember.

  14. If Zambia and Tanzania combined have failed to run TAZARA how does Kambimba and PF hope to run Zambia Railways? These two government are forever begging China to give them locomotives, wagons and funds to maintain TAZARA. The money required to bring line to acceptable standard is so huge that this government may fail to deliver else.

For those that are in support of these moves, just know that by the time Sata and PF are out will would have gone many years backward just like during the rule of Chiluba with his mad privatisation of opening of the market to our infant industries then which effectively killed them.

    • TAZARA partly depends on ZR cargo volumes. But everyone does not use ZR because of innefficiencies. The road transport is the fasttest.Where do TAZARA gets bussiness ?

  15. Mr Kabimba, Those r just words, yes, good signs u have started but the biggest problem is, are u going to get those thieves in jail. Every EX, President, Minister , Perm Secreteraies, ZRA, CHIEFS, ARMY CHIEFS , IMMIGRATION chiefs and all civil servents must be probed and they must declare were they got so much wealth from??Lusaka is rich with these guys, Start from State house and go down to Kanyama, 10Billiob $ of KK,s money was not accounted for, START now if u r honest, U will be elected President for sure.U r doing a good job indeed , finish it.

  16. Mr Kabimba should realise that this fight against corruption is supposed to be all inclusive. Does he mean that his Party is corrupt free? The precdence he is setting is very good but he and his freinds should be very very careful with what they do in the 5 years that they are going to be in power otherwise it shall be offering a reciepe for “Political Massacre” when out of power and he should not blame anyone. The way they are firing people from work is the way the Zambian voters are ready to fire politicians from office during elections. Work Extra Hard Ba CNP as you have less than 1, 440 days to 2016 to prove your point, so far so bad.

  17. MMD was everyday enganging in corruption of which HH is one of the beneficiaries. Zambia is in this state because selfish corrupt MMD leaders had no vision when they got into government. they threw away their manifesto and started implementing programmes of the pocket. It is therefore important that we comb this country clean of corruption including the leader of a ka tribal party.

  18. Sometimes, i see no need for foreign Investments coz if Liato can burry 2Billion , what more ba Mwenye? what more the other people in rural Zambia?. So, all these monies put together can easily be used to run our economy. A good example is KCM who came with very little monie and got the mines for free with free equipment, now the Indians have a built a University and a town in India out of our Copper while our Copperbelt University is struggling with issues of bed space and lack of water. Isnt this shit in itself?

  19. #4 STOP TALKING ABOUT SATA. SATA WAS ARRESTED DURING MWANAWASA IN ORDER TO PROBE HIM FOR THE SAME. MWANAWASA BEING A LEGAL MAN THOUGHT HE WAS GONNA CORNER SATA BUT FOUND NOTHING AGAINST HIM. SO, WHICHEVER WAY ONE LOOKS AT IT. SATA WAS NEVER CORRUPT BECAUSE MWANAWASA GOVT (HE WAS A LAWYER, MIND YOU) FAILED TO DIG ANYTHING CORRUPT ABOUT SATA. IN YOUR OWN HEAD, THE WAY MWANAWASA WAS DESPERATE ABOUT CORNERING SATA, THAT SATA WOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT OFF THE HOOK? IN ANY CASE SATA WASN’T IN THE DRIVING SADDLE. HE TOOK INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE TOP BUT CLEVERLY DISCARDED ANYTHING THAT WOULD HAVE IMPLICATED HIM IN THE FUTURE. TO OTHERS, IT WAS PARTY TIME.

  20. CONGRATULATIONS ONCE GAGAIN MR KABIMBA. THATS THE TALK ZAMBIANS WANT TO HEAR. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DOUBLE THOROUGH BUT QUICK-TIME ACTIONS IS WHAT WE WANT TO WITNESS BEING DONE. JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. JUST LIKE JUSTICE WAS DENIED TO ZAMBIANS THROUGH DELAY BY MWANAWASA OVER THE CASE OF CHILUBA. I CAN SEE JUSTICE BEING DENIED TO ZAMBIANS OVER SUCH CASES AS DORA SILIYA’S, LIATO, AND MANY OTHERS. PLEASE, MR KABIMBA, CLEAN THE HOUSE ONCE AND FOR ALL TO PREPARE AT LEAST 75% CORRUPT-FREE ZAMBIA FOR THE COMING GENERATIONS. YOU ARE TALKING THE TALK, MR K. WE ZAMBIANS CAN’T WAIT TO ALSO START WALKING THE WALK.

  21. Soon and very soon the Kwacha will hit K7000 to a dollar. The shit will soon hit the fan and all Zambians in Zambia will smell it.

  22. So many wreaths being laid before the doctor gets the chance to say remission :) Whassamatter? Need a pick me up? It ain’t about what they do with the rest of your life. I swear the most frustrating thing about online Zed is so many smart people with all the answers are happiest in a jeering crowd. Come on LT. How about a section entitled ‘Spotlight On the Diaspora”. Shine some light on the bright sparks so we can engage on a whole other level. I would love to know what everyone does in the real world. I spend too much time in fiction land. Feed me :)

  23. #9 DON’T BRING THINGS WHICH HAVE BEEN ANSWERED ALREADY. THAT ISSUE WAS RAISED A LONG TIME AGO WHEN PF WAS IN OPPOSITION AND THE ANSWER WAS GIVEN TO THAT QUESTION. DO YOU THINK ANYONE WOULD HAVE SPARED THEM (PF) IF WHAT YOU ARE ALLEGING WERE TRUE? YOU WASTE PEOPLES’ TIME BY MARKETING YOUR IGNORANCE ON THE BLOG AS WE HAVE TO READ THROUGH YOUR CONTRIBUTION, TOO.

  24. #22, TOO MANY COOKS SPOIL THE BROIL. TANZANIA WAITS FOR ZAMBIA TO DO SOMETHING AND ZAMBIA WAITS FOR TANZANIA TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT TAZARA. IF YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A PERSONAL TO HOLDER CAR WHILE YOU ALSO OWN YOUR OWN CAR. WHICH ONE DO YOU THINK YOU WOULD LOOK AFTER WITH JEALOUSY?

  25. I urge Wynter Kabimba to be more causious on his statements to nationalise entities deemed to have been fraudently been privatized during MMD reign. I have no problem with cancellation of ZRL and RSZ concession. It was in bad taste as for others they companies have been transformed from ever loss making to top performers among them Lafarge, Zambian Breweries Group, National Milling, Dairy Produce Board etc. This Govt must be very careful already there is a problem with minimum wages among private enployers. The economy is being driven by private which is foreign dominated and it may scare away would be investors. Already we are struggling to sell the US$500m GRZ bond coz of uncertainity. Lets be careful or else we will destroy a small growing economy. U want create jobs same fighting invst

  26. There is no country which has been developed by foreigners. To you Zambians cant Invest in anything and they cant run any industry. Please Kabimba thats why we voted for you the PF. Work hard to safe guard the interests of Zambians. Well spoken sir.

  27. Heey guys were is  Senior Citizen and Meastro Hheheheheh Mwanga Mungungulu. The formal was a staunch supporter of the thief MMD while the latter was for UPND. They are not seen after the last year’s elections. Have you ever seen them anywhere?  Especially senior citizen who was refusing to be a worker at the Washington Embassy , now he has no access to computer. I think he is suffering so much.

    • Well done Mr. Kabimba. This is what i expected, we need men who can speak strongly for the truth. We don’t mind what other oppositions will say to destroy PF, it is us people to vote. Just do what us people who voted for you want.

  28. The days of queuing for essential com commodities like sugar, cooking oil and mealie meal are just around the corner. Watch this space. Kaunda’s policies where well meant but failed. Where in the world are you going to get money to recapitalise the railway line? And then you want to launch a bond? Who will subscribe to a bond floated by a government that doesn’t even have an agenda? Good luck CNP. Cry beloved Zambia

  29. People should realise that the PF are liers and there is nothing to this claim than preparing the nation for nationalisation of previously Parastatal companies. And of course Kabimba would say the transactions were corrupt..wouldn’t he? Look at Zamtel, Finance bank and now the railways. In these cases the PF have claimed to be the victim (on behalf of Zambians) but also the judge and jury. Now how transparent is that when you are clearly a party that is at war with any opposition party that opens its mouth? If only the PF can allow the courts to determine the presence of corruption in these cases before these reversals are effected. Atleast then they would appear credible and perhaps save us from a complete meltdown which is a certainity at this rate.

  30. Dear mr. Summer, my humble question to you is regarding the Mezarf flats in Chilenje. Its common knowledge that these were built through corrupt practices. When are you nationalising these? I m desperately trying to make sense of your numerous out bursts on corruption. My other concern is that, of the already nationalised institutions like zamtel, not much positives on the company has been heard since then. Except of course, that you gave yourself quite a well paying ‘job’ at zamtel – you and a few more of members of your ‘family forest’. Is this also in fulfillment of your boss mission of “get rich in formal employment”?

  31. Senior Citizen and Meastro Hheheheheh Mwanga Mungungulu bana mwaalila bonse. Meastro Hhehe… died from ikasa whilst Senior Citizen from deadly ibola in DRC.

  32. The emphasis in Kambimba’s statement is that, “any transaction that was entered into by the previous government, which was tainted with corruption to the detriment of the interest of the Zambian people will be reversed.”
Meaning certain corruptly sold companies that are serving the interest of the country and are doing well will be spared the rod.

  33. Yes MMD since 1991 very good. 20 years of MMD all those ex-MMD in other parties incuded No Rank, Position, Level, Tribe all to be answerable if found guilt

  34. I have no idea how this is being received by investors themselves. We may even loose the little that we’d invested and achieved

  35. @ No.3
So Mushota can think! Thank u fellow bloggers you have done great work to improve Mushota’s analytical skills. Keep it up Mushota!

  36. KABIMBA stop cheating the people of Zambia on corruption fight you most the corrupt government, we know what is happening these ministries now, GBM has given himself contract at Ministry of defence what are doing about it, Miyombo fertilizer company bought PF Secretariat from GBM after getting the contract from CHENDA even after when u PF KABIMBA in opposition u condemned this company MIYOMBO to be corrupt, u KABIMBA U have recently registered a company in OIL DEALING which is called MIDLANDS OIL COMPANY and this company has deals with the TRAFIGURA AND GUNVOR the companies which are most corrupt in the region what corruption fight are u talking about? stop fooling the people

  37. Reversing anything, even unreversible deals will not redress the plight of the poor of the poorest in your country, minister. All that you are attemting to do is increasing govt. social spending on programmes which the majority Zambians can afford to do wothout. As a govt., explore intervention methods which can reverse your inability in redressing tax invasion, the case in point is that of copper gurus( Grinnegkha, in C/BELT). Why are you silent about real issues in which most of the copper mining firms are profiting by accumulating billions of dollars(US) per year and your people are in abject poverty across Zambia? You keep on clippling your countrymen by accumulating a huge embarrassing foreign debt. Why? And you feed the masses with your blazing rhetoric. Why? Viva HH. Peace to all

  38. Thats good Mr Kabimba…Anything that was fraudrantly sold that belongs to Zambians, must be gotten back.Thats why pipo made a decision by putting the PF in power.Thanx once more!!

  39. KABIMBA IS OUR MAN. ZAMBIANS WAKE UP AND SUPPORT KABIMBA. HOW, FOR EXAMPLE, COULD ZCCM SELL FOR JUST ABOUT $25MILLION WHEN MANCHESTER UNITED COST CAN COST BILLIONS? ZCCM THEN BEGAN TO MAKE PROFITS WORTH BILLIONS BARELY THE NEXT FEW YEARS?
KABIMBA PLEASE HELP YOUR COUNTRY. ALL CORRUPT DEALS SHOULD BE REVERSED.

  40. PF government have realised that their popularity is on the wane due to misrule, tribalism and nepotism. They are now making populist decisions to win the hearts of many unsuspecting nationals and spruce up their image. One hopes the companies are not being appropriated to be given to cronies and tribesmen to swindle further.

  41. Clean investors will flood Zambia very soon. Its plain simple bring your money and invest in clean business and use laid down proceedures chapwa. Whe seal deals at state house leaving the investment centre, the Zambia decvelopment agency and the relevant ministries. I can see Zambia going towards the first world in 15yrs time

  42. Is anyone on this site wondering why the kwacha is performing so badly even after the political intervention through SI banning trading in dollars? just a question folks!

  43. It all sounds laudable Mr Minister, however reversing investment transactions purely on hearsay and innuendo, can only lead to the serious economic fall down of the country. The government has not been able to prove corruption in any of the deals they have reversed even the Lap Green one apart from a government instituted witch hunt lead by former Justice minister Zulu. The government must not forget that it is a signatory to a number of treaties and the international court of arbitration and justice and some of these reversals will find themselves there and if there is no evidence to backup market stories, personal opinions and innuendo from the government, future generations of Zambians will still be paying a huge cost for these crusades of the PF government.

  44. the issue at hand is that this railway system network was given a lease to run zambia railways in good faith, now if the fact that they failed to honour their undertaking does not amount to corruption but incompetence or negligence…. what ever you prefer. please lets be serious and learn to use correct terminolgy

  45. Sata and the PF are trapped in an old way of thinking; this is why they can allow KK to comment non – performing parastals. It is a sad moment in our country where we are witnessing the supervisor supervising the supervisor. Why is KK telling Sata what to do? Mr Kabimba should not be hot-headed, the very poor he thinks he is protecting will stone him when there is a serious shortage of essential commodities because of a major capital flight. The people who are getting hurt the most by this Sata madness are the weakest citizens; those 5 million unemployed youths. Good luck to them!

  46. You find out why malawi is doing so badly. Heart attacks are a result of putting your heart under unnecessary pressure. Wamutarika could stillbe alive if he hadn’t played with the international community. KK did the same and we were queing for soap. You know the whole story.

  47. Wow, this is truly a government of the people, lets support this government everyone!
    Next stop the KCM deal.
    Ba Wynter i salute you!

  48. I can only imagine that those in jubilation over such pronouncements from Govt, are too young to look back to the 80’s and realise that Zambia does not have the capacity (knowledge and experience) to run big industries like mining operations. Especially if you allow politicians to be “operational” managers. ZCCM became the central funding pot for all Govt business but no investment was going in and the whole thing was nearly run into the ground. We need social engineering to rid the country of its current mindset that will never move us forward. It’s in the mentality and luck of financial clout in private hands that hinders us most.

  49. The *****s who support this thief hh are the only ones condemning the Government on this move. Tell your brother hh that all the companies he sold will be reversed. And we will see if he will be that rich.

  50. MR kabimba what else can you do apart from reversing.reversing is what you can do better, this means that all the development is going to be reversed under your government.am worried!

  51. Kabimba is a retard. This privatization occurred during the time Cycle Mata was Chiluba’s right hand man so what has changed. These PF clowns will take us back to the dark ages of socialism and inefficient Govt run enterprises.

  52. In all the reversal efforts, think about an investor, the interest of the national and what could be the others can the issues be handled. Investor confidence if cardinal but also our birthright can not just be given away for nothing.

  53. It’s almost year since the criminal illerates took over the running of Zambia; we have witnessed with dismay the blatant disregard for investor rights in a poor country where 75% OF ITS CITIZENS LIVE IN ABJECT POVERTY. Zamtel and now RSZ are starkest examples of state expropriation of corporate assets in the past 11 months. The PF government is showing dangerous levels of hostility toward foreign capital. Is there a way Zambians can stop their bad government from harassing foreign capitalists?

    • Glad that you see and think a lot of sense. The only focus these illiterates have had is how to make the former regime look bad.Nothing about the poor zambian or ruining the investment attractiveness of zambia to foreign capital.

  54. He is supposed to be a Lawyer.
Now I understand why he has never won a case.
He has no clue that everyone is innocent until proved guilty by a competent court of law and not by hearsay and innuendo.

  55. Tighten your belts dear Zambians. Humanism through Socialism under the wise leadership of His Excellence Dr Michael Sata is back. He will run the country for the next 30 years until he retires to go and farm at his Chatulika Village in Mpika!

  56. There is no dignity in being a supporter of PF. Has there ever been a government that overrides the rule of law like this one?
Has the PF taken such deals to court for them to be termed ‘corrupt’? No.
These deals are merely suspicious and not corrupt until proven so.
The PF is desperate and has noticed that under performance has been noted by the elite.

  57. YOU ARE THE MOST CORRUPT GOVERNMENT AFRICA HAS NEVER SEEN. YOU HAVE FAILED TO AWARD OIL TENDERS GUNVOR, TRAFIGURA, ALL STINK, FERTILISER, NYIOMBI INVESTMENTS ALL FAECES, MAIZE GRAIN BAGS IN A GOOD WAY YOU STINK CORRUPTION. EVEN US HERE IN CONGO WE DO NOT GET BUSINESS FROM THE ENTERPRENUERS BUT WE RELY ON COMMISSIONS. BUT YOU ARE GETTING AND DESTROYING TRADE. COMPANIES LIKE MIDLANDS< ARIZONA DISTRIBUTORS ARE NOW EVEN INVOLVED IN ZESCON POLES, CONDOMS, TRANSPORTATION, MEALIE MEAL. THIS IS GBM COMPANY. YOU ARE A SHAME. THE NEW GOVERNMENT WILL HAUNT YOU SOON. WE SHALL COME.

  58. Whoa is first of all I’ve got to say about these eyewear. We have held quite a few couples but they have been often low-priced couples. And So I decided to acquire some type of a gamble and buy additional a far more high priced set.
