Keep up the hard work n faith in our Lord!
zambia is improving in terms of award shows . this is a good sign of things to come .
The event by our standards, seemed very well organised as compared to last year’s. Well done organisers and sponsors. Nevertheless, I have a problem with the quality of the music performed by various artists. To me, the standard leaves much to be desired except for one or two! Artists you need to polish up your acts if your are to reach world standards. Lastly, when is ZNBC going to improve the quality of their picture on TV1? It was so pathetically dark for those of us watching at home! Did other viewers notice this or may be it is my tv? By the way even when football matches are televised by ZNBC TV1, pictures are always darker than TV2/ Why?
the awards were pathetic to say the least, first , the stage was not appealing it was dark making it hard for viewers at home not to enjoy the show, secondly the awards were more of appeasements . For instance i expected Belinda nafwa by chester to scoop the Song of the year, and above all , why only Kopala people getting so much awrads ?????? if thats the case then the Awards ceremony must shift to Copperbelt so that, coz its not fair.
Zambia has come a long Way. I remember as a child, our parents used to break our banjos made from cooking oil tins and scraps of wood while shouting, “Ika nzelu ku sukulu, vilimba ivi mulibe future.” Today some of these guys are doing much better than the people bidding for the kwacha in an office 9 to 5. There’s hope.
