Support RB, don’t blame him – Siame

Share

Luapula Province Acting Permanent Secretary, Clement Siame, has implored the public to give support to President Rupiah Banda in his quest to address economic challenges that the country was facing.

Mr. Siame said the current economic challenges Zambia and the rest of the world were going through needed concerted efforts and not blame  it as a failure on the part of government.

He said there was no need to blame the current escalating mealie meal and other food prices on President Banda but on the global economic down turn which had affected even bigger economies than Zambia’s.

Mr. Siame said this during the 4th Quarter Provincial Development Coordinating Committee Meeting (PDCC) in Mansa.

Meanwhile Mr Siame has called on Heads of Government Departments in Luapula Province to ensure that they implemented government programmes to cushion the effects of the recent economic crisis that was obtaining in the country.

He said the failure to effectively execute government projects would further worsen the livelihood of the people on the ground and would be costly to the development of the country during the current economic meltdown.

“let us effect government programmes so that we mitigate some of the impacts of this economic recession. If we don nott implement these programmes we will be adding more salt to the wound,” Mr. Siame said.

And Mr Siame has warned that his office would next year not approve any payments for departments to implement projects without a work plan.

He said work plans were necessary because they helped in supervision and evaluation of the works being done on projects but some government departments did not see the essence of submitting the work plans to his office.

The PS noted that in the past, government had released huge sums of funds for project implementation by various departments in Luapula Province, but some departments had failed to implement the projects effectively.

He advised heads of government departments to be  serious and committed when implementing government programmes for the people to benefit as intended.

  1. As an american in love with Zambia, I too request and even beg you to support your President. You may not agree with him but he is trying to lead your country in a positive direction. I do not agree with most of what my President elect Obama represents and I fear the direction he will take my country, but I will stand behind him because he IS my president. I pray that God will guide both in their duties as president and that the world wide economic crises will soon end.

  2. Foot sake!!! me support Banda aikona man. If the president wants support then he should do what presidents do. These kawalala leaders always want support when they know they are failing, if they worked hard like any competent leader they would get support.

  3. Lets just open our eyes as we feed on the “legacy” which was part of the promises he made during campaign.
Merry Xmas to you all blogers. **==%%-

  4. Support for what?He should just work hard and resolve the problems the country is facing and maybe the people of zambia will render him some support.Deliver first like Mwanawasa and people will come to appreciate you.

  5. let us not get tired of praying my dear brothers and sisters for mother zambia. One day God will answer our prayers.”global economic down turn which had affected even bigger economies than Zambia’s ” So Mr.Siame is teling us that,it is ok for people of Zambia to continue suffering bcoz other countries are suffering!I wonder whether in his home they are feeding on mangos as others are doing or on poisnous roots which had killed pipo few weeks ago.let us promot justice not just

  6. Constructive criticism is part and parcel of real support for a leader. Praise will have to be earned. Action before words.

  7. Iwe Siame, eefwaka iyo. Support Banda, for what? What has he done for the country?
He is in Mfuwe with 3 families. Who pays for his sons’ outing in Mfuwe? Is this what you want us to support Banda for?

  8. Bwezani needs to know that Zambians will not be taken for a ride any longer paying these huge taxes for the top 5% to live comfortably at the expense of the poor,Begging other nations to meet the nation budget which is mismanaged, The misrule of Zambia has to come to an end. Zambia needs to live within it budget, Look at Botswana ministers drive their personal cars to work, at 5pm the use of Govt vehicles is over.

  9. Zambia has enough money for education health and development the following must be implemented; 1.Small Cabinet with real responsibilities 2. Cut out the Office of Deputy ministers 3.Reduce Ministries to 7 because most of these ministries are a duplicate. 4.No housing allowance for all from Cabinet ministers to Janitors 5.No Govt cell phones 6.Close all the Embassies all over the world which are a worst of resources just open Rep offices like in New York the should share with UN Rep in South America 1 Rep office in Brazil the whole of Europe in Belgium the whole of Southern Africa in South Africa These offices can be staffed with less than 7 staff for me email [email protected]

  10. ““let us effect government programmes so that we mitigate some of the impacts of this economic recession. If we don nott implement these programmes we will be adding more salt to the wound,” Mr. Siame said.”

How much salt has been put already since you are talking about adding MORE SALT TO THE WOUND?

On President RB Banda, I have supported him already by offering solutions on diversifying our industry to generate more foreign exchange. Already, I mentioned about mining and using our Uranium in Southern Province for power generation to use miigating power cuts and also to export to other countries around us in turn giving our people jobs.

  11. Zambia is not poor but mismanaged and misruled. We need to Organized to bring in Real Leadership from Parliament to Plot 1 in 2011

  12. Zambia needs someone who can stand up to himself,, not that I inherited this and that problem from the other govt, or that am just continuing from who or the other person from the past etc…, Zambia should be on the big hunt for a young energetic vision focused leader.. not what we have today.. RB is in power to fulfil his legacy..

    Can someone near Godfrey Miyanda try to shake his brains out and tell him to wake up>>> we need people like him to start campaining for the next elections immediately!!!!~ @-)@-)@-)@-)@-)>:/**==**==**==**===;=;=;

  13. Gentleman and ladies, fellow country men and women, this is our time and this is our moment. Support the only true leadership for 2011 and that is only the U-Team with a manifesto that late Mwanawasa and alive Magande tried to use in bringing Zambia to some sane level as an economy and Nation.

Since this is our time and moment as Zambians, let us make sure we help in getting the young and energetic president Hakainde Hichilema to become President of our great Nation, Zambia.

    I would have loved to stand as Zambian presidential candidate in 2011, but I have commitments right now. I am considering doing so in 2016. I have already secured some support from non-Zambians of all forms. =;

  14. # 2 ako kanono ba nevers & # 4 dobo banton,

Just continue your your shopping cats collector jobs in supermakets.I don’t think the country, President Banda or MMD needs anything from you a struggling undeground economic laborer in the Uk.Siame is appealing to homeland Zambians. No one can expect anything from you who has failed to even redeem your mother from using pit latrines and shrubs for natural calls.Instead of tissues, your family uses tree leafs. No way no how can you be expected of any support.

  15. cutey i was a supporter of miyanda as well till i realised maybe the guy insn’t fit to be president afterall.he may have intergrity quite alright but he lacks political tact and skill.the man is so aloof.thre times when people literally wait for him to appear but he stays quiet and springs up from nowhere on nomination day does some silly compaigns and ends up getting a total of less than a 100 votes from across the country.awe mwandi it’s so disappointing.i wish someone close to him would just ‘shake him up’ and tell him step on it.with just one round of proper campaigning, that man can win.long live mother zambia.
    :”>:”>:”>:”>

  16. #1 The linkage of your thoughts about Obama and our thoughts on what RB stands for, is so very misplaced. You are a racist and we are not. RB and Obama are in different leagues. RB has been on the political scene for a very long time and nothing about this guy measures up, even in the slighest, to Obama’s abilities. Shut the f*** up!

  17. #2`1, donya donya,, that is why am trying to bring active sensitisation into bringing Miyanda into light… Am still begging for anyone to give me his web address.. I will speak to him in whatever language he wants to be spoken to,—– LOL… :((:((:((:((:)>-

  18. iwe chi chapi, you are such an id.iot. it is your stup!d RB who has allowed people in Buchi to continue using pit lavatories. Whether I collect “cats” or not, I will continue questioning Mo.rons like siame and his nonce president.

  19. “And the President said people criticising him for going on a holiday when the country had various problems which needed to be addressed should themselves choose between going on a holiday or into the field to work.”
But people can’t afford to go on holiday, sir. It is a question of asking to eat cake because there is no bread.

  20. by the way chapi and LT, do you know the meaning of nonce? look it up. someone who enjoys se.x with children. ask your RB.

  21. Siame give us a good reason as to why we should support Nyama Soya?? One thing you should understand Siame is that we do not support anyhow, or else you may end up supporting someone who is leading you to destruction.

  22. Arrogant MMD do not need our support. Mulongoti has called us mere grade 4s. They offered themselves and there must prepared to solve the problems. We know what the world is going thru, but this is not be a blanket excuse. Only advice as oredy been said ; offload some passangers from cabinet-trm the nos

  23. Ho Ho Ho!

Hope you all had a good christmas.

Sony Ericsson Phiri, Baby C, Rashid, Anonymous-UK and all the regulars, Father Christmas is back.

    Thank you for your messages.

  24. After having been a Zambian by birth and one whose great great great grand parents were Zambians? Shut up!

    Ho Ho Ho!

  25. He should first show us that there’s goodwill to improve the economy before he can win our support. RB really expected the presidency to be a huge picnic. The entire clan going to Mfuwe on tax payers money!!!At a time when there’s so much turmoil in the country!!This holiday couldn’t have been more ill timed. The man is not serious, just wait and see!!

  26. The American @ #1 is saying what he is saying because he doesn’t understand Zambian and African politics which are based on hatred. This type of politics where we don’t accept a President elected according to the Constitution explains the high number of coups in Africa.
#1, In Africa elections are a life and death matter. You probably can not understand the gibberish being said about RB who has been President for less than 60 days. To understand the sentiments, just know that in Africa, if your candidate loses, then death to the winner. But don’t worry, we are not Somalia or Guinea. RB has enough support to govern and he will succeed. Let them continue to parrot the post.

  27. 40
You analysis is wrong. Don’t blame the losers alone. Look at how Teta from MMD wants us all to believe that RB was the most populars candidate of all who took part in the election. Its this attitude of the questionable winners behaving like they won by a landslide and thus want to preside over the affairs of the nation like only their brains and voice over the nation matters. If MMD, like Sata’s suggestion to reduce the size of cabinet, gives a fair hearing to that idea, do you think PF supproters will not feel appreciated and give room to MMD to rule quitely? Its arrogance like exhibited by MMD which agitates the situation.

  28. Bloggers be honest with yoselves u ve been very had on RB no one has given him a chance lets not forget that he has only been president for 3 months.i believe the problems the country is facing 9the extent of which most of us dont know because we are not in zed0 would still have affected the country regardless of who is in power.

  29. Who does this Siame think he is. Mealie meal prices have not gone up due to economic crisis, NO. The price of mealie meal has gone up purely dur to lack of planning by govt, which is formed by MMD. Other factors are lack of foresight, lack of morals and love of money by people in power. Maize and mealie meal even as we are talking is being exported to Congo where it fetches a higher price at the expense of the local population. FRA was allowed to export maize with a false promise that our stocks are quite adequate. The people involved are senior MMD guys or cronnies connected to the top brass of MMD. It has nothing to do with the global economic crunch.

  30. Continued from 43
Look at how people were cheated that fertilzer will be going at 50pin. Most peasant farmers went flat out to grow or cultivate for maize but as the situation is there is no fertilizer to talk about now going at 50pin.
Our current maize growing season is being highly mismanaged and its a recipe for poor yeilds next year and higher mealie meal prices. So wht will MMD blame for the high mealie meal prices next year? The answer is here today, we are poorly managing the inputs into a better yeild and we do seem not to be worried over it. Rupiah BAMBA is even on holiday as we blog.

  31. #40, I don’t know about Teta, he seems to be of the same type of cloth as Bashi Chilufya Sata and believe me I know Bashi chilufya well, but the truth is RB is more likely to listen to someone than Bashi Chilufya who has failed to come to any understanding with 20 of his 42 MPs. What kind of quarrelling is this.
The economy is NOT the only important part of statecraft. The political part is more important. If you mess up your politics, the economy is destroyed (eg cessesion or civil war). The President has to balance the country so that every part feels represented. That is politics. And RB feels he has balanced the country for Bembas, Tongas, Mambwes, Lovales, Lundas etc..It is very impor

  32. Wat r we suporting reli? Bwezani is sleeping ryt now so iwe Siame, wat r u toking abt? U c pipo who need suport show tht they themselves r trying real hard and it aint jes working, not getting huge salaries, going on holiday (barely 2 days after being put in office)at our expense then leave thier puppets to beg citizens for suport, its not on Mr. So plz let RB know tht he must get up and b counted otherwise…there reli is no point of having him, we might as well go back to out smugler days wen we sold mealie meal in congo, but this tym we shal take it to Zim.

  33. politics out….lets save jobs in luanshya
the best thing to do is not laying off workers but
saving there jobs.kcm should explain clearly the
impact of the global situation .reduce there salaries
by half instead of laying them off. When things
improve, improve there salaries.this system i working
well in china…we should move with time

  34. #40, (continued)If you mess up your economy but your politics are ok eg USA, you can stillsort out your economy. If however you mess up your politic and your country goes into a civil war like Somalia, youe economy will be destroyed and you may never have chance to sort out your problems which easily become compunded.

RB knows this. He has enough experience. He knows Michael Sata well too, unlike most of the bloggers. Michael is a brother but he is a confrontational and chaotic person. We are lucky he is not in plot 1.
RB may look dull but I can assure you, you will be waking up in a peaceful country everyday.

  35. #43/#44 KCM, it is important that we present facts. We gain nothing from propaganda. Government works out our maize from forecasts, amounts bought by millers, amounts bought by private sector buyers and reserves bought by FRA. FRA has not exported any maize this year but the private sector was agitating for maize exports. When the government asked the FRA to import 100,000 tonnes the private sector complained saying there was enough stocks in the country. They were hoarding waiting for a higher price by February. I don’t blame them they are in business. Government has however opted to import.
As to fertiliser costing K50000, this was for the Fertiliser Support programme (FSP)disttributed

  36. RB is the first who should know when to go on holiday or not??we can only support him once is able to deliver as per promise…….

  37. #43/#44 (Continued) distibuted through cooperative societies. From your post I can see that you are not a farmer.

The 50 pin fertiliser was there for small farmers affliated to co operatives so that the fertiliser is not sold in Malawi or Congo.
However, all of us farmers want the programme to be expended so that more rural farmers can benefit. No one said we will sell fertiliser to commercial farmers @ 50 pin.

Let us stick to facts and we will be a better country. Let us keep our election grieviances out of facts.

  38. 21. donya donya, Zambia is approximately 750000 square kilometres and General Miyanda is handikapped in traversing such a space in our country to win people’s support.

Instead of shouting for him to go for it only, why don’t his supporters also give him some money to use in such a mammoth task for him. I have met him at Manda Hill Shopping Complex a few times and I feel for him. The only consolation is that he is fit.

Anyway, I wish Cutey and Gen. Miyanda all the best in this tricky issue for the former Vice President for I think that even Sata has a chance to rule Zambia compared to Miyanda on probability terms.

  39. Dear PS Siame, it is not a question of the people supporting RB, but of RB supporting the people.

” not blame it as a failure on the part of government. ”

Except it is neoliberal philosophy that got us in this mess. If the mines had been heavily taxed and the money put into agriculture and infrastructure, we would not today be in a position where miners are laid off, without hope for alternative employment. Maize prices would be lower, because of far greater production. I would hate to see the government fall back on their old habits of trying to attract foreign investors. Everything Zambia needs it has – land, water, people, and some cash reserves.

  40. 32. Seen it Before, you wrote “Mulongoti has called us mere grade 4s.”
Did he call me a mere Grade 4 too or he called the Undereducate, Micheal Chilufya Sata as a mere Grade 4?
I have said it before that Minister Mulongoti is the one who said that according to Government records, ba-shikulu Micheal Chilufya Sata only went up to Grade 4 and people thought I have hate on the Undereducate MC Sata. The truth is the truth and there is absolutely no need to run away from it.
Some character Chewe called me Maestro Hatombwe and I took up that name even if I am not that but Maestro Hhehhehhehhe just because I know how to beat dull characters by usings my brains.
Let MC Sata produce his CV!

  41. Awe,RB ena iyo,the man is jst a disgrace to the presidency of our beloved country zambia.jst withing a period of one month he complained th@ no president in zambia has ever faced such big problems, atase!thema is a big joke…while his fellow presidents went thru so many problems..they instead forcussed on reducing and lessening the problems of our country and even looked forward to a second term and others even went for decades while others even attempated to even go for a third term.bt for him..jst compaling..we wont support him imwe ba siame support him yourself because he has given u a job in a non performing government.RB 2011..ZWAAAAAAAAAA.:-?

  42. Also, there is a consensus growing that Zambia cannot afford it’s large central government, especially in times like these. Reducing the size of central government will reallocate precious resources, which should be sent to local government to provide basic services to all people. It would also reallocate resources to where people live, by hiring teachers, nurses, police officers and maintenance people.

If anyone wants to give it a go, please check out my Manifesto for Economic Transformation at maravi.blogspot /com. It is a work in progress and written a while ago, but spells out an alternative, pro-people form of capitalism with economic safety nets.

  43. #54 MH To start with: is it Sata alone who is making noise about the economy? For sure you know Mr Sata is a very intellegent person and unlike Mr Mulongoti he (Sata) does not need GRZ in order to survive otherwise he would just licked some boot and got a GRZ job. For a grade 4 the man articulates himself better that those who got their degrees from night school. May you dont MCS very well. Take some trouble and time to look into this man’s file not just to take partisan stance. You will appreciate the man and may be you see that even Grade 4s can think

  44. Its realy amaizing in Zambia that a dull man like Sata can outwit the educated HH, The general, RB and draw the majority of Zambians to his side. When he speaks they all tremble…why. I think we have to ask our selves this question? Why has not the educated HH ticked in Zambia. Are all Zambians dull not to go for the educated HH so he rides Zambia to prosperity?? Why???

There is one answer to this.PEOPLE OF ZAMBIA HAVE SEEN THAT THE FOLLISHNESS OF SATA IS WISER THAN THE WISDOM OF THE educated HH.

    I rest my case. :-w:-w:-w:)>-:)>-

  45. 59. Deja Vu, you wrote “#54 MH To start with: is it Sata alone who is making noise about the economy? For sure you know Mr Sata is a very intellegent person and unlike Mr Mulongoti he (Sata) does not need GRZ in order to survive otherwise he would just licked some boot and got a GRZ job.”

Why is the Undereducate, MC Sata, trying so hard to get to Plot one if he doesnt need GRZ in order to survive? Stop trying to cheat us on here please, we are not all school drop outs who are gullible.

  46. # 61 Well said. Tell no 54. Without Sata the fly over bridge on the Great East Road would not be there. Archtects & Engineers wanted to move the railway station to the western side of town but Sata asked them that if that area also got populated were they going to move the station further west? Aya emano yakufyalwa nayo not aya nite school.

  47. #54 MH …For a grade 4 the man articulates himself better that those who got their degrees from night school.”

Please, take time to listen to the Undereducate’s English speeches or read his words when news people quote him, the man has no artculation you are accusing him of having PERIOD. I will be tracking his broken English Language, which normally a direct translation from Bemba Language, from time-to-time and post it for you on here.

  48. #62 MH. Obama, Clinton etc have alot of money but want to become president. There is a difference between being appointed by another person and going for it yourself. Nothing to with being a drop out or being a what and what. If you are related to Mr Mulongoti just accept that you are benefitting from his appointmet otherwise kuti pa fita .Case closed

  49. 61. Pabwatooo or Deja Vu trying to disguise yourself from clever me, you wrote “Its realy amaizing in Zambia that a dull man like Sata can outwit the educated HH, The general, RB and draw the majority of Zambians to his side.”
There is nothing amazing about that. Just look at the voting pattern in the last election and you will notice that it is only TRIBALISM from Luapula, Northern and Copperbelt Provinces that helped the man. Also, Copperbelt and Lusaka Provinces have a lot of Bemba Kaponyas who vote for the Undereducate simply becuase they are normally illiterates. By writing Bemba Kaponya I am taking into account that those Kaponyas use Bemba Language and so they are Bemba speakers.

  50. 65. Deja Vu, you wrote “If you are related to Mr Mulongoti just accept that you are benefitting from his appointmet otherwise kuti pa fita.”

:o, I assure you that I am not related to Minister Mulongoti in any way save him being my brother in Jesus Christ as me and him are God’s creation. So, do not panic my friend. Minister Mulongoti and I are simply starting TRUE FACTS on the Undereducate, Micheal Chilufya Sata. The Holy Bible records, “and you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free!” So, we are simply doing a noble job to inform the deceived. MC Sata can disprove us by putting up his CV on here or you if you can.

  51. For real bashi Chilufya is far much better that Teta. In whatever respet you might think of. You cant compare the two, there is no comparison. Teta after crying for the top position of Cabinet Minister what has he done? Lusaka is fifthy, street vendors are all over the the man is quiet. He cant still believe where he is. /:)

  52. 61. Pabwatooo, you also wrote “When he speaks they all tremble…why. I think we have to ask our selves this question? Why has not the educated HH ticked in Zambia. I must write that i am appalled by your answer to your same questions. On “Why has not the educated HH ticked in Zambia. Are all Zambians dull not to go for the educated HH so he rides Zambia to prosperity?” The most correct answer is that most Zambians are currently illiterates and deceived by the POST.

  53. 69. Foloko greetings and you wrote “Teta after crying for the top position of Cabinet Minister what has he done? Lusaka is fifthy, street vendors are all over the the man is quiet.”

My question to you is that who are the councillors of Lusaka City? Which political party do those councillors belong to? Is it Teta who has failed in rougly 2 months or is it Poor Finishing PF and its councillors who have failed to clean Lusaka City since they obtained Lusakan people’s mandate in November 2006? Please, I will be glad to read your honest answers from these querries i have raised for you.

  54. 69. Foloko, here is more data for you:

    Councils ordered to clear garbage
    By Times Reporter

LOCAL Government and Housing Minister, Benny Tetamashimba, has directed councils countrywide to clear the garbage lying around their localities and ensure that there are no unnecessary outbreaks of waterborne diseases.
Speaking during the launch of a ‘Make Zambia Clean and Healthy’ week programme on Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) television last night, Mr Tetamashimba urged local authorities to use their newly-acquired vehicles to clear the garbage.”

“Mr Tetamashimba said he was disappointed that the vehicles that were given to each member of Parliament for their constituencies were not being used for the intended purpose.
The minister singled out the Lusaka City Council of having particularly failed to properly manage garbage collection.
“I appeal to the Lusaka City Council to clear the mountains of garbage throughout the city using the light trucks the ministry gave them for the ‘Keep Zambia Clean and Healthy’ campaign,” he said.
Today marks the commemoration of the ‘Make Zambia Clean and Healthy’ programme week, which runs up to January 1.

  56. #74 continued.
“Mr Tetamashimba reminded the local authorities to step up garbage collection in townships and residential areas, and advised councils which had not put in place prevention and mitigation measures to do so.
“I also want to warn those selling in undesignated places such as streets to stop doing so because they are risking causing an outbreak of cholera and dysentery,” he said.
The minister also said those buying from street vendors should refrain from promoting illegal trading, which posed a health hazard.
Mr Tetamashimba warned that cholera was a fatal disease and everything must be done to prevent its outbreak by practicing good sanitation, health and hygiene habits, …”

  57. #75 continued.”Mr Tetamashimba warned that cholera was a fatal disease and everything must be done to prevent its outbreak by practicing good sanitation, health and hygiene habits, which included using ventilated pit latrines.
He said members of the public should wash hands with water and soap before handling or eating food, drink chlorinated water or boil it and eat cooked or warm food always.
Mr Tetamashimba said households should keep their surroundings clean as a preventive measure to curb waterborne diseases during rain season.”

  58. #76 continued.
“He said it was the responsibility of everyone starting from individuals, households, communities and institutions to prevent the outbreak of cholera and find a remedial measures at the same time.
The minister further directed all local authorities and water utility companies to improve the environmental conditions in townships by providing safe drinking water, among other sanitation and hygienic issues.“On this theme of cleanness, let me take this opportunity to congratulate Luanshya Municipal Council on their being voted the cleanest town on the Copperbelt by the provincial committee of the ‘Make Zambia Clean and Healthy’ programme,” he said.”
So, who is the action man?

  59. Teta. is more of a real action man compared to the useless Undereducate Micheal Chilufya Sata.

I now have to go on a Sabbath day recess (Genesis 1: 5) and so keep well.

    Until the next time.

  60. #1. Don’t insult Obama by comparing him to rb. rb came in by using crooks-law. To the contrarly, Obama came in through hard work. And I mean hard work. He never bribed or squandered public (tax payers’) funds. Obama has never and will never sleep while on duty. rb is simply a wrong horse.

  61. Meanwhile, Zambians pay even for his family’s underwears. He is on holiday while majority of Zambians have nothing to eat at all and it the same zambians who paying for his holiday-ask any zambian what a holiday is all about: they don’t know. So, what more support are you talking about, Siame and #1?

  62. Iwe ka peter fuseke,if zambians got serious and started growing their own food insala ikapwa but as long as they keep singing about fertilizer, then am sorry ninsalapenape.Inthe 50s,60s,70s i don’t ever remember people being so obsessed with fertilizer what has happened kanshi. You don’t expect RB in 2-3 months to produce food for all these lazy good for nothings.Work hard and eat and grow other foods apart from amabwali only.Diversify.Eat pumpkins, potatoes, imyungu, not just nshima all the time.Na rice fyakulya.Look at how much rice is being grown in western pronince, that is very positive.Do not just condem ,offer solutions mwaba shani kanshi utunwa tweni imwe lyonse ma negative, chande pls. :d/

  63. I think peter you’re very dull and whatever you do tawakwata amano.Akale our parents used to home kumunshi those were holidays iwe abafyashi bobe tabachitapo ifi? I don’t know how old you are but what underwear for which relatives give the man a break after all he has gone to his far which he owned even before he became vice president.I bet iwe tawakwata nebala judging fron the way you write, you sound like umuntu uwakubwatabwatafye.Offer meaningful advise not ubupuba ubu ulechita display iwe mbuli. :d/

  64. #88, thanx a lot.. will do exaclty as advised…I really want to know what is going on in General Miyanda’s head…
    God bless you richly…. [-o<[-o<[-o<[-o<[-o<
