  1. # 4, Goat meat not easy to find in supermarkets either… #21, how can someone name a Saloon– ati ‘AVOCADO’ eeh kotapela?

  2. Ba mambala utuputula ukufimba. Ifintu bukulu. Anyway keep on trying maybe, i mean maybe you will be my size in terms of physique. Nice pics tho.

  3. Pic #2. What is the rationale for feeding an animal first before being slaughtered for meat? The gesture does not seem anywhere near the respect for animal rights.

  4. oh so sorry for Vera. No matter how useless a son may be in peoples eyes he is always precious in his mothers eyes.People tell me why is RB always with Namugala? Why wasn’t he comforting Vera with his own wife? Those half naked men in #22 are revolting.Almost threw up looking at them

  5. Zambian ypocritsy does not cease to amze me. How many true zambians really liked castro for all his mischief? Castro was a nuisance to many people and in my view his passing on should not be seen to be any different from the shooting on the spot of criminal. If Chiluba was an honest man, he would have stated that lack of good morals among children shortens their lives. We all know that castro would have livd longer without his many crimes and illicit life style. let us be honest Castro was a nuisance and his passing on is as good as losing a any Zambian criminal. I hope his other family members remeber this and can also console castro’s victims in the same way. let us be honest castro was just a criminal!!!

  6. Imwe tu accountant when stealing tamwaleifimba. I wanted to see your faces. Utusapato! Ba Nkandu Luo ubupupu bwali mitikamika pa menso kwati ni RB.

  7. Aha, body building on an empty stomach! You end up exposing more bones than anything else. This one is classic! At least try to beef up first before trying body building and later on contests.

  8. Body building Pictures – These guys are more of swimmers than anything. Look at their legs, slim and sly, ready to paddle.

  9. Thandie ayamba ku gaining’ako na weight ka? Menu ya mu state-house yasiyana naya ku chipata.

  10. Body building Pictures- are those the right constumes worn by these dudes. Me thinks those are bedtime briefs!

  11. My head is spining round with laughter just looking at those ‘body builders’ thanks LT, THIS HAS MADE MY DAY.

  12. #22 – scrawniest body builders in the world
    Pics#8,9 – Beatitude kwati nindoshi
Pic#16 – LT no more closeups of Vera, gives Jaribu a bad name

  13. #18 Gaby wansekeshya! Ati tuma bamba twapa soweto! Hahaha! Anyway, I also think these guys are too skinny. Is is the Zambian genes nangu ni Mosi? Nigerian weightlifters look much better!

  14. Feeding goats before slaughter?? Hallo am I missing something. Can someone explain the logic to me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. These body builders need to eat more of the goat meat . pic #20 This Mutale fimo fimo is church and zee zee

Very interesting to se the SDA church women movement on LT doing the best for Zambians. Keep it up.

  17. correct ,me if am wrong, isn’t the guy on the extreme right in pic # 22 ( the body builders ) BOB MABEGE?

  18. #26, that is the spirit my brother! keep praying for such church activities in the country. Keep well.

  19. The Truthful man
God has no pleasure at the death of the wicked. No matter how noughty Castro was, he was not a convict nor a suspect at the time of death. A life has been spent and prematurely so, and that is a tragedy. I did not like the boy due to the press reports but when I met him in the flesh, he was very funny. When sober, he was a bit shy and withdrawn, but a little alcohol confused him more than in normal people perhaps due to his head injury. The death of a young man is sad.

  20. Jamaco, the wise man that shall marry Esther will be blessed indeed. She has the Lord and can throw a mean right hook. With her fight from little to plenty she still bares the air of humbleness most of our ladies in Zambia have lost. My condolences to Ba Vera Tembo and the Chiluba family. Though I would like to say good riddance to Castro as a Christian I humble myself and hope he is with Christ. Our Banda is on vacation again; ba conda deke mamudala mwe.

  21. U can see that vi ma accountants have been living very well. Hope to see what they’ll look like after 5 years in.

  22. Mr Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaansa! i did know that there was anything like that in Zed. And was it necessary for RB to go to the funeral! I know that Vera is a deputy minister, or is it because the deceased is a former president’s son. LT it’s not necessary to show us close-up pix of Vera mourning her son….that’s not right.

  23. The mansa body builders are really worrying. Anyway what do you expect from guys who depend on monkeys for food. Easterners, supply them with beef please.

  24. #43, Sorry to comment , but this shoe is HOT, though cant walk in it… its house>>>car…..back to>>>> house, otherwise, ni multiple fractures….

  25. Just like God has no pleasure in seeing criminals being gunned down by policemen and no one ever blinks an eye about it. The same shold be said about Castro as he was nothing but a criminal, lucky to be a son of the most mischievous thief masquarading as a president and doing all the wrong things that took many productive lives from the zambian society. Please people, would LPM have gone to mourn Castro? What positive contribution did Castro or his thieving father bring to Zambia? Zambians are hypocrites by even showing sympathy for this late criminal – Honest must be taught to our children if we love them. Unfortunately, Chiluba did not teach his children and these are the consequences – death but unharmed by anybody. Castro was just a nuisance it must be stated plainly and honestly

  26. #46 you ve hit thenailon the head. well said!
Just becuase a person dies doesnt change who they were. thats why even the bible mentions hell. its for bad pipo. as much as we should leave judgement to God, we are free to vice our opinions based on our assesemnts of a person. Thats why God gave us brains and free will. Good ridance to the yob!!

  27. Those bamba’s awe sure!!! Didnt know they still exist, but anyways, niku Mansa what do you expect? LT also likes Mansa, those ladies with the g-fimo fimo were from Mansa right?

  28. meant to say Pa Mansa!! And where is Bingu wa Mutharika. I thot he was having a thing wih Ba Vera? Wont he be there for her in sad times?

  29. pic #22. body builder #6. damn those draws are filled. LT men and women stop being jealous of the body builders. some of you since you came mu diaspora you can’t even see ku nyasi due to Mcdonalds, KFC and GMO meats. Esther Phiri looks great and healthy. go girl. ba kandu luo am mauless.

  30. Picture 1,sad state of affairs. We learn to be honest in our everyday activities, gain wealth genuisly and enjoy it without a trouble conscious.

  31. ba LT MBUZI for cookout thats a new one.. what happend to ribbs n steaks! weight lifter numbala 6 lol uzibe ve uchita pantu ulibe vilivonse boi! hahahahahah…. mama Vera my condelences.. verocia u used to be a ka chick what happend!

  32. #45 Mrs. Stevens, you can walk in it, but not going shopping for a long time…You can also wear it in the office and for short walking distances! Mwanisekesa

  33. Pic # 15 Ba first “reddy” oh! lady, is wiping off tu mucus from the nose since tears are hard to come by if you are not seriously mourning… yaba! but Castro has given us something to talk about this week…RIP

  34. I have always said most of our Accountants in these public institutions are damn thieves. This is not a secret go to Airforce, the Accountants have illegally became rich. These airmen drive very expensive cars, have built many houses in Lsk and C-Belt and have bought farms, which there fellow airmen in other departments are failing to do. ACC is very much aware of this,as usual they are waiting for the Post to do the job for them.Even at Pensions the senario is not different.

  35. Yangu tu body builder twesu, Even smaller than than most women builders. Not easy when the diet is inswa, ifinkubala and very rarely a chicken wing at one of city market restaurants

  36. njala pa zed, body builders are malnourished except fo” joni”,remember the joni song by Dan,hahahahahaha.
pic#1,yu deserve jele and tuma mimba uto tuzasila while mundende.ukawalala munvela na nsoni kukpopewa ma pics.

  37. Shame to those fellow Accountants.I feel so sorry for Vera, she is a very good & generous woman so am sure she is being comforted by many, that’s why it’s good to be good to people.
I don’t see anything wrong with boxers, they look so fit,am sure they are lightweight classed, why should they be laughed at for being fit or for wearing no label pants after all not every Zambian shop has genuine label products not even some shops abroad have genuine stuff but counterfeits so why laugh at them,at least they have clean pants,it’s all that matters.

  38. LOL….you guys are being unfair to the bodybuilders…isn’t this the featherweight category?? if this exists in weightlifting..lol

  39. Rocket Scientist Maestro Hhehhehhehhe - ndeezwa ku-musanza for Zambians in the 2011 tripartite National elections Rocket Scientist Maestro Hhehhehhehhe - ndeezwa ku-musanza for Zambians in the 2011 tripartite National elections

  40. Rocket Scientist Maestro Hhehhehhehhe - ndeezwa ku-musanza for Zambians in the 2011 tripartite National elections Rocket Scientist Maestro Hhehhehhehhe - ndeezwa ku-musanza for Zambians in the 2011 tripartite National elections

    78 beefed up

54, Hola!, uzinkala naulemu pulizi. Do you have to surely make funny of God’s creation mani?

  41. Yeah mani.not making fun but your ba seveni women do really dress down too much in the name of modesty. The suits are from a charity shop and as for the hair…awe sure.Your women really need a proper make over.

  42. Ba “the truthful man” no matter how you want to sugar coat it, we should never celebrate when someone passes on particularly someone who dies in sin, because that life is lost for eternity I personally do not support the death penalty. And to those of you saying Castro really caused us problems…he didn’t cause me any, did’t even know the guy or what he looked like and besides who are we to judge, for all we know Castro may have changed in the last few years, months or days and only God knows what is in our hearts. This is why people don’t want to become christian because we are so judgemental, unless you have never put a foot wrong in your life I urge you to think about what you say…you could even take a leaf fro Castro’s life. Why focus on past mistakes???

  43. LT, the goats in pic #2 are well fed than those thorns for ‘body builders’. Pliz let that goat undertaker spare those animals but should instead feed the ‘body builders’ with the same goat food so he can slaughter them all there after. He should slaughter ka no.7 first

  44. Why is Nkandu Luo dressed like a woman? Why did the Minister of Health allow this to happen at such an important function?

  45. #22 awe boys number 21 ukonda limbi tu maheu kuit twa afwako…

#21 Ba Ester nabacha no tuma hot shorts ka…

  46. Awe sure, i left zed 2 years ago for south africa so reading these comments brings memories
that really makes me laugh. I had no idea ba vera had succumbed so much to the jaribu of her happening days…leave the body builders alone pliz, atleats they trying.
