    EDITED

  2. Pic 1: That is true Free Market for you right there. I hope all those who were on about Zambian Airways bailout will shut up. Free market punishes poorly managed businesses and rewards properly managed businesses like Zambezi Airlines. Bye bye for good Zambian airways

  3. why should donors tell you RB what to do?
as a presido you have been too much zee
why not just kill them using their money
just tell kabovaz that if they kill him then they will get their share from his riches
wen my mother is sick you cant give her pnados but u ud rather buy lawyers to protect you wen in courts. you do.gs all the govt officials.

  4. I told you guys we should not bail out Zambian Airways and I also told you Zambezi Airlines is going to take over and what happened, I was ridiculed and called all sorts of names.

Many of you tried to justify a Zambian Airways bail out and called it “the national carrier”. What a load of bull. Zambian Airways was punished for its mismanagement and now Zambezi Airlines is filling the void and showing them how it is done.

Congratulations Zambezi Airlines for the purchase and expanding your services.

  5. Nice Pics Ba L.T.
Pic #2, at least she is lucky, she is wearing a bra… it never used to be done that way…

**** Abgail, good Aby why all the insults??

  6. Thanks LT. This is Wednesday but we are still happy to see the pics.

These Bodybuilders look better nourished than the last ones we saw but that lady should try something else for a career. Just some friendly advice.

pic #11 shows me how long I’ve been away from home. I never experienced such traffic congestion on any night in Lusaka.

  7. There was a rumour that the former Minister of Communications was messing up Zambian Airways to pave way to Zambezi Air. Not sure about that

  8. I have never seen a short body builder before.Check the last row.As for the lady SHE COULD HAVE LOOKED NICE IF SHE WAS PUTTING A G STRING.

  9. Pic #2 …this S*H*I*I**TT of initiations cremonies should be banned. arent these the so called alangizi…that girl is only 11 for goodness….why should she be taught how to handle a man at her age instead of concentrating on her grade 7 ??????????? when are we going to get civilised

  10. is this gal producing these insults really a zambian? and LT why are you allowing such prematurity [ i dont think this abigail is female] all my life av never heard such insults coming from a woman. maybe its coz am a minor , am only 12years, ur scaring me mum

  11. We are in trouble” is how Dennis Liwewe used to put it. Zambezi Air. and Female body builders!

The gospel shall be preached and then the end shall surely come.

    Prevention is better than cure.

  12. Pic #3. I am touched by Mother of Mercy Hospice and the work they are doing. Reminds me of the work done by Mother Theresa of Calcutta and her Missionaries of Charity. God speaks to us in some mysterious ways.

  13. awee shuwa, I only needed balangizi when i was preparing to get married, why should an 11 yr old be taught how to handle a man?? thats why teenage pregnancies are so rampant paZed, little girls want to practice what they are taught.

but to some extent it depends on which tribe

  14. Friendly advice to Abigail. My dear you will not gain anything by insulting. Pray to God that He heals your mum. With God nothing is impossible. God bless you and heal your mum.

  15. pic 2 how depressing!! I wonder how that girl is now being treated by all those spectators. What really is the purpose of initiating an 11 year old and publicly for that? That’s one disrupted childhood, from now on she’s seeing the world and people differently. How sad.

  16. All you people who think are better than anyoe trying to make it in life need to check yourselves, yes Zamians have an attitude that they are better than you or anyone..i have some advice…if you can’t help the situation shut the F… up!i am tired of people who point the wrong in others,do you know their situation?you know our country is goping through hardships, can you imagine how the common man is feeling?we should object constructively….

  17. abigail pls enlighten us…we r really curious.wats the beef all about?
pic no 2.i didnt know they still did that stuff….its nasty.

  18. These guys look really fit. Its nice to see more filled out body builders, compared to the ones form Mansa a few weeks ago.

  19. #19 Maestro greetings, I like your job prescription. With that qualification, you can easily get a job anywhere in the world. I hope you don’t forget Mother Zambia.
    Stay blessed.

  20. I think 11years is too young to undergo such things child abuse indeed.Poor little thing please govt put some measures to this protect yound girls. Not smashing .

  21. lsktimes cameraman for the night shots you need at least 15 seconds exposure, low iso , aperture at least f5 or more. The day shots are amazing but the night shoots are not up to par.

  22. Zambezi Airlines is owned by fred and the Nc*** brothers. Other significant shareholders are RB, Shikapwa and Chilu.

  23. Luanshya body builders are better than Mansa boys but are too shinny.

I can see a tinny version of a bodybuilder in the back.
I suspect he is from the ituri forest. hahaaa

  24. I have to give props to the female body builder, she is very well toned!!! Represent my sister!!

  25. Zambian airways had to be killed to pave way for Zambezi airways how sad. Guess who own shares in it? So Chinondo and Free-market read the signs the writings are on the wall. We let probably the oldest Airline in our region die so as one that shall most likely fold one day be scrambled on to the scene.

    Words of the day:

When the righteous rule people rejoice, but when the wicked rule people mourn.

  26. #21Ba Honey
I would not be surprised if these pictures were taken on the day that Prophet Banda preached at Mulungushi ICC. There was a chipipo.
On another note, it is clear from the ignorance of many Zambians due to news misrepresentation that they never knew that other Zambians also own airlines. Apart from Zambezi there is also Proflight. How did these survive? I bet the conspiracy theorists think that RB owns shares in them.

  27. Pic 2 who told u that a gal child is told how 2 handle a man? Hear say. They teach gal child h’gen, what she shud xpect every month and otha things. Ok abigal wats up. Wat has hapend its not u gal. Kool down 4 a well. Nice pix ba lt but learn 2 edit ur stuff mutharika not mthiriki. Ur captions greee

  28. Its very embarassing for a girl of 11 to be paraded in front of those pipo, even if they are teaching you how to look after yoself month in month out, all these onlookers don’t need to know that she is going thru such… some of those pipo are pervs, they are just thinking ati kapya manje!!!!

  29. Zambezi air lines has been there for a while and just around the Zambian airways was closing they got more planes and they showed them on T.V they did more of advertisement so the customers who where for Zambian airways could now use Zambezi air lines.

  30. hmm, kumwesu ku luanshya kwaliba impeta mwe..how interesting, cant even recognise one face..its been long!…Guys have u checkd out number 6 in the back row

  31. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the initiation ceremonies. Those that are criticising pic # 2 have a different frame of reference that is western. Only western sunctioned ideas are best for humanity ? shame on you Lol!!. Even Zambian traditions go with time and change, they are not as static as you may think, dont be sterio types of thinking anything tradition is sin or uncivilization. Alangizi have also mastered the current public discourse and they woudn`t want to expose the girl to vulnarability in terms of pre-mature sex experience and HIV/AIDS, no. In fact they are there to help fight it while retaining certain traditions, that are good for the girl as well as the society in which she is a member. There is absolutely nothing wrong with indiginous traditional education.

  32. I agree with number 49. Some of us have not even started to get rid of mental slavery like Bob Marley said. We should go beyond what the colonisers told us about ourselves and rediscover our rich traditions. We need to have more confidence in ourselves then we will progress. We were celebrating African liberation day last week.

  33. For me initiation was the most cruel thing to ever happen to me. I was shown things i never appreciated at the time because i was 13 , had no clue about men and to be honest i hated the very idea of being shown how to sleep with your husband at that age. i got beaten up with Pafa ya kubu(lozi) which is an elephant tail because i would not oblige to some of the things i was being taught . I Would have appreciated these things to be shown to me before my wedding. whenever i think about that ordeal I cringe.

  34. what we need in Lusaka are freeways ( which are maybe should 4lanes on both directions ) to carry traffic around the city. this greatly reduce on traffic on the inner roads of Lusaka.
We need a circular freeway which be able to rotate around the city, serving high speed traffic. Not only this but serving the major Suburbs of Lusaka. from this freeway , smaller roads can branch off from it. e.g great east road, kafue road, independence avenue, kabwe and lumumba roads, leopards hill road etc.
this would enable roads users to drive around the city faster and more efficiently , being that the freeways would have no traffic lights, junctions. There would only be variable exits. This would be so clever in that on highways and freeways in other countries one cannot exit the freeway .
