  1. Ichi chimudala tachakwata amano, which Zambians have accepted the verdict? corrupt politicians? Chungu, Chinyama and Chiluba? Chisushi chobe.

  2. **** yes as if Zambians have a choice or a say in the court decisions him and his judges made? spare us time, you make us sick iwe Banda each day that pass, some of us are even having BP over this freedom for chiluba and his friends, someone tell banda that a man has just been jailed for 20yrs for sex maybe he can set that man free as zambians will always welcome such verdicts

all the same lets move forward as a Nation, we have shown that we cant manage the small things rest we need to mange even bigger state funds?
This is Zambian comedy at its best

  4. which zambians is he talking about?. sakwiba’s efforts in his campaigns all over the provinces has earned him SC title. yaba.

  5. Speak for your self ,I have not accepted this verdict and when I become pesident i will reopen all these cases. Shame on our courts. This verdict was expected ,with you going round shouting that chiluba was a dam good leader . Africa lord help us.

  6. Funny how some people are liberated, and enjoy life as ususal. But with GOD its according to the Bible and No two ways

  7. RB is in a cognitive disssonance state to think the verdict has been accepted. RB wants to pretend all has been accepted and hopes it will be forgotten when in real terms a pandora’s box has been opened. The end of Trials are not the end of justice but usually the beginning, in the long run we will see whether Chiluba is really guilty but anyone with common sense can tell you his is guilty.

  8. Which Zambians Mr president. Am Zambian and I have not accepted this. I request you disband task force , put competant lawyers on this case and appeal to the High Court.

  9. Lies, lies, lies!
Lies in the morning, lies in the afternoon, lies at midnight too!
Does our president ever listen to himself while talking?
How many Zambians have accepted the Chiluba verdict?

  10. The Obama White House is abuzz with talk of witchcraft by first grandmother, 72-year-old Marian Robinson, who lives in the White House residence. A close friend of Michelle Obama says the president is furious at his mother-in-law after learning that she was practicing Santeria, an African spirit cult, in the White House.

  11. # 3 I can’t agree with you more .i always tell people that the one to blame is the one who had appointed him as Veep ,leaving young and futuristic people in cabinet and recalling someone from the village ,one who has lost direction.

  12. I am one of the Zambians which accepted the verdict. Now time to stop insulting FJT.He did so many great things when he was head of state, lets not forget that.

  13. Congratulations FTJ it is a well known fact that Maureen Mwanawasa is the richest lady in this country. How has she accumulated that wealth? Let Chiluba rest and by the way give him back his institute you have surrendered to FNB and ECOBANK now!

  14. Does LB know how Kafupi operates? Wait, we will be hearing manje manje of him having strokes, etc soon. This is politic bane

The president is quite upset about this on two different levels. First, he is a committed Christian, no matter what his critics say about Reverend Wright. He is adamant that Sasha and Malia be raised with Christian influences. He does not want them to be involved with African voodoo. And secondly, he is worried about the political fallout if his enemies get wind of this. Rev. Wright was bad enough, but this would be political suicide,” a close friend of Michelle’s confided.

  16. Bushe Kafupi umutima walipola nomba? When Levy was around we used to hear ati nafwa umutima…what happened now? Kafupi waba tooth pic, i dont even know how you manage double diff Regina…balakwafwa Im sure.

  17. congrats sakwiba i really like this man whatever wrongs he may do i will always love him as for RB i dont just hv means to leave the country because of him…God help us

  18. Which Zambians is he talking about? Has he read today’s editorial in the post? Does that mean that those who haven’t accepted the verdict are non Zambia. Hummer Toll Le Yobe

  19. Even if they don’t accept it, will it play any role. You have made your decision and the zambians have no other choice but to accept. Thank God, you are not going to be the zambian leader forever. Umusebanya wachila.

  20. # 18 Kirikou, thats like saying if a priest rape* a choire girl forgive him cos he done many good things in his priestwood. If FJT is innocent why dosent he tell us who gave him $8M that he claims his that was with state funds in the Zamtrop acc’.. and if he is inocent, why is he afraid of the london courts. Forget all that rubbish about overseas courts infringing on Zambias independence.
How many pipo would have been saved if all those millions would have gone to hospitals ? how many unducated would have been educated if all those millions had gone into education ?.

  21. The London judgement by the now fired racist Judge Smirth is null and void.It was a racist act by white prejudiced supremacist judge whose racism has no boundery. He worked with desperate black accomplices with self identity crisis. His racism was without respect for constitutional jurisdiction. He is the same class of white supremacists that took our brother Martin Lurther King and now working restlessly to take the life of our dear brother Obama.Abash racists Africa need them no more but those with mutual respect.Let him convict his brother Blair first with more sins than African head of state.

  22. Man carrying assault weapon attends Obama protest

Associated Press Aug 17, 6:22 pm ET

PHOENIX – About a dozen people carrying guns, including one with a military-style rifle, milled among protesters outside the convention center where President Barack Obama was giving a speech Monday — the latest incident in which protesters have openly displayed firearms near the president.

Gun-rights advocates say they’re exercising their constitutional right to bear arms and protest, while those who argue for more gun control say it could be a disaster waiting to happen.

Phoenix police said the gun-toters at Monday’s event, including the man carrying an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle slung over his shoulder, didn’t need permits. No crimes were committed, and no one was arrested.

  23. The man with the rifle declined to be identified but told The Arizona Republic that he was carrying the assault weapon because he could. “In Arizona, I still have some freedoms,” he said.

Phoenix police Detective J. Oliver, who monitored the man at the downtown protest, said police also wanted to make sure no one decided to harm him.

“Just by his presence and people seeing the rifle and people knowing the president was in town, it sparked a lot of emotions,” Oliver said. “We were keeping peace on both ends.”

Last week, during Obama’s health care town hall in Portsmouth, N.H., a man carrying a sign reading “It is time to water the tree of liberty” stood outside with a pistol strapped to his leg.

“It’s a political statement,” he told The Boston Globe…

  24. Fred Solop, a Northern Arizona University political scientist, said the incidents in New Hampshire and Arizona could signal the beginning of a disturbing trend.

“When you start to bring guns to political rallies, it does layer on another level of concern and significance,” Solop said. “It actually becomes quite scary for many people. It creates a chilling effect in the ability of our society to carry on honest communication.”

He said he’s never heard of someone bringing an assault weapon near a presidential event. “The larger the gun, the more menacing the situation,” he said.

Phoenix was Obama’s last stop on a four-day tour of western states, including Montana and Colorado.

Authorities in Montana said they received no reports of anyone carrying firearms during…

  25. It is becoming characteristic of Rupiah to have an occassional brain fart and say things that are never representative of the Zambian people. How does a grown man like him have the audacity of running his loud mouth to allege that Zambians have “accepted” this stupid Chiluba Pint size case? Which Zambians, because I’m very Zambian and fuming right now. He’s so lucky to be this side of the equator. Feel in the blanks folks. I rest my case.

  26. Patriot did chiluba breast feed you or raise you from a zoo? You are the most deluded sycophant for chiluba who craves his attention more than his children. may i remind your demented self that the london judgement was in favour of Zambia against chiluba’s comrades who were all foreigners who helped him, chiluba is simply a homegrown colonialist. And before you talk out of the end of your ***** check the facts Justice smith is chancery Judge he wasn’t the final judge, the final judges were in the court of appeal Lord Justice Tuckey Lord Justice Lloyd and Lord Justice Lawrence Collinsasis. YOu might also want to check the witness statements against chiluba from his foreign friends that turned on him

  27. Patriot did chiluba bre a st feed you or raise you from a zo o? You are the most deluded syco pha nt for chiluba who craves his attention more than his children. may i remind your deme nted self that the london judgement was in favour of Zambia against chiluba’s comrades who were all foreigners who helped him, chiluba is simply a homegrown colo nia list. And before you talk out of the end of your ali mentar y ca na l check the facts Justice smith is chancery Judge he wasn’t the final judge, the final judges were in the court of appeal Lord Justice Tuckey Lord Justice Lloyd and Lord Justice Lawrence Collinsasis. 28. Congratulation Sakwiba Sikota for your new status as State Cousel. You are now presidend Sakwiba Sikota Sc.(S.S Sc).Luna ba poho yensu lwa ku babaza ni kukutumpa wena mutopehi waluna.San’ole siye kwa hule niwena .Kwisu Uyoyange upile wa nalwange.

  29. # 29 patriot, You are the same deluded chaps with an demented complex. Always ready to blame anything on racisim. Ok forget about rascisim, can FJT explain the £46M ??.

  30. slumdog shalapungu,

You are just another retarded devil’s envoy in blackness without a sense of the dramatic real world racism. You have an identity crisis devoid of own pride as a God made black.hope you don’t bleach your skin in search for identity.Blair be tried in Lusaka or South Africa? What happened to Thatcher’s son other than sacrificing Manning?

  31. #40 Patriot you need to take chiluba’s phallus off your oesophogus. What kind of rudimentary nursery school thinking do you have. Chiluba was tried in London because thats where he t took the stolen ZSIS money to launder it. If you are so crying racism wheres your false compasiion for your black comrades when chiluba was spending obscene amounts at european establishments buying tacky suits instead of spending money on africans or african businesses. The talk of racism only came after Mandela’s lawyer who chiluba tried to use to hide money refused to do a dishonest task. Why should blair be tried on zambian soil? did he try to launder his money in Zambia

  32. Sakwiba has just been rewarded for campaigning for RB during the prez by-election. Everyone that openly campaigned for RB have been rewarded. Sikota, Nevers Mumba etc etc.

  33. Patriot, you are right mate. Some people are just blind. The idea of asking a foreign judge from a former colonial racist state to prosecute another national was just dead wrong. This is regardless on who was getting prosecuted, the idea was wrong and the British using Fred Mmembe and LPM’s weaknesses , were trying to set a trend were they can be prosecuting anybody anytime they want too. There is no chance of a high ranking British politican getting prosecuted in Africa so why should we allow it to happen in Zambia? If anyone has a problem with the justice system in Zambia, that is a Zambian problem. We as a nation have failed to put up an effective legal system so the problem is with us. Judge Smith was just out to make money for himself. In fact he plundered the nation, he should pay.

  34. Ba Banda which Zambian are you talking about speak for yourself and Shikapwasha. This the price you pay for having an old man for president. old ideas, old polices everything fyakale chimudala

  35. lets get serious bakuluna …… i think we need a pressure movement. Lets not just vent our displeasure on LT, lets take an opportunity to “orient” our fellow citizens on their choice of leaders in the next elections. We can make that change we desire if we start now! Lets embark on man to man campaigns; mobilise the youthman let Jah fire burn de chi chi bwoy!

  36. Bakolwe bamo can surprise you.
They cry racism at any opportune time but continue living in a white man’s land.
Wake up, the world has moved on- Have a life!!!!!

  37. Lesa afwa abayafwa. )God help those who help themselves) Until such a time we zambians say enough is enough and sort out this GRZ, then God will help us. Why wait for 2011 what will resources & moni will remain in Zed.We need to act now!!!

  38. I NOW AGREE ZAMBIA DESERVES A GOLD MEDAL AS THE WORST MANAGED NATION ON PLANET EARTH. CRY, THE RAPED COUNTRY AS THINGS ARE FALLING APART IN ALL SECTORS. ALL THECOUNTRIES AT WAR PUT TOGETHER WILL BE FAR MUCH BETTER THAN THIS COUNTRY TEN YEARS FROM NOW. STUPID ******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  39. Which Zambian is Rupiah Bwezani Kumbuyo Banda talking about? Is there a country called Zambia on Planet Mars who have accepted Chiluba’s acquittal? Did he want demos to show that we have not accepted this bu.lls..t? Not in our name, sir.

  40. I am one of the Zambians that have not accepted the verdict and there are many, many others like me. Where did RB get supporting evidence to state that Zambians had accepted the verdict? Did he carry out a opinion poll or he just heard of the ululating supportes of Chiluba at the court? Let him be assured that there are many who did not go to court who are seething with fury. Please Mr. RB don’t annoy us unecessarily by making unapalatable unsolicited statements.

  41. My boss please am a Zedian but personally i can not accept when Chiluba is eating and throwing away some food while 70% of Zedians can not afford a normal meal. Moreover a decent salary for a teacher and a medical Doctor.Thank God i took my mum away from the circus.

  42. I really feel frustrated about RB’s way of treating Zambians, he thinks is better than the masses which are suffering because of Chiluba plundering of our country. Ichi chimuntu kuti wachituka pa last nayafye mukunwa manje.

  43. Jasmine,

unlike and i who depend on blogs threads and a tabloid feed, Heads of states world over have ears and eyes on the ground around the country in all districts, societies and institutions. They receive a minimum of three national level briefs in a day.

  44. The reality of Chiluba’s points to the unreliability of our government. On one hand, Regina was found with a case to answer by the courts for receiving stolen property, on the other hand, the person where the property came from has been acquitted. Shameful isn’t it?

  45. If FTJ didnt bring regina in his life,he would have got some sympathy from a lot of people.now with that gold digger he has for a wife.ine nshasekelamo

  46. Dont worry you will all forget about this all thing with time .The late Mwanawasa is on record for saying zambins forget easily and that is true

  47. What are you up to ba Banda, a you trying to be president forever, u have Vg mwanga now Chiluba, power is sweet hey, give it up because your reasoining is very shallow. please help the zambians that are in serious needs, the money that you and Chiluba are going steal can buy an xray machine at UTH, it can buy desks at a school. so be real guys. you can afford everything please think about a poor zambian who put you in office, stop thinking about Chiluba the thief. GROW UP.

  48. For sanity’s sake, can someone in the law profession in Zambia rise up to the challenge and save us the agony of INJUSTICES! How on earth can you have the Ring leader with NO CASE to answer while the co accused sent to gallows for the same offense? Where are the likes of Eric Silwamba, William Nyirenda, Kenny Botha, Cifumu Banda and many other reputable members of the bench. This is a disgrace to the nation as well as the international community.

  49. Free my friend Kapoko as well. Your friends are busy announcing that the recession has ended/ending imwe busy natu Chiluba! The only achievement this man has recorded since becoming president! Zambians tighten belts. To those villagers mukose nokukosa.

  50. Anyway what do you expect from someone who got their law qualification from a night school and as a mature age ? NIFIFINE and much more rubbish to continue since the precedence has been set. Ba comrade BWEZANI mwabweleza manyadzi mu dziko!

  51. Nipalobe guys. If you think Zambia will develop then you are having a laugh. All people can do is develop themselves like FTJ, RB, Miti, Kapoko (when he is aquitted), Katele, and the rest. If you think Zambians will see any social services then you are deluded. Just work hard to improve yourselves guys. Ifwe iyi ni normal! Please give him his bambas ala! Nama shinshya mo ati we wont give him!

  52. YES MR PRESIDENT I AM ONE OF THE ZAMBIANS WHO ARE HAPPY WITH THE VERDICT AND I HAVE ACCEPTED IT, NOT ABA BA KASAI AND NA BA FIKALA *****.

  53. # 66. Akapondo. Please note that Chiluba is not a Bemba but a Bemba-speaker. Bloggers who are so-called Bemba “nkonko”get offended and this is what one blogger said: “ UPP. You are a wise guy. You speak a lot of sense. Why should a tribe called Bisa or Tabwa call themselves Bemba? What is the connection? Why should some one from Luapula do Chimbuya with Ngonis? These small tribes should come out in the open, and stop eating with both hands. They have their own ceremonies every year, they don’t submit themselves to Chitimukulu, why and how can they be Bemba? Truth must be told so that the next generation is not left in the dark”. Whatever happened to one Zambia one nation.

  54. Chiluba was found guilty by the British Court for stealing and abusing the national treasury in millions of dollars,Our plan is simple we will pressure the British and the Americans Chiluba should never leave Zambia He will be arrested in South Africa and be brought to the world court to face the Zambians who have been let down by a corrupt court system in Zambia.

  55. SENIOR ENGINEER(RTD)
It’s not me who said chiluba is bemba,it is sata who said chiluba was being persecuted because he is bemba.where were you then?

  56. President Banda is exhibiting suspicious behavior. Has he manipulated the Judicial process? Why is he making such an untrue statement that Zambians have accepted the Verdict?
Indeed this man is as “King Cobra” is saying, he lacks the true taste of pudding!

  57. He even stole a woman from some fella from Ndola and he still claims to be a christian. No wonder his fellow adulterer Prophet Danny Pule is his side kick.. I think the end of the world is not far off…..Or is it the end of Zambia.

“The president is quite upset about this on two different levels. First, he is a committed Christian, no matter what his critics say about Reverend Wright. He is adamant that Sasha and Malia be raised with Christian influences. He does not want them to be involved with African voodoo. And secondly, he is worried about the political fallout if his enemies get wind of this. Rev. Wright was bad enough, but this would be political suicide,” a close friend of Michelle’s…

  59. #17 it true, the story is on the internet, #14 alifye bwino, fyalichitika.
This is how it happened. Marian Robinson became increasingly frustrated as her husband, Fraser Robinson, was hobbled by multiple sclerosis in the late 1980s. The family pastor prayed with her and counseled her, but “she turned to Santeria in a desperate hope,” Michelle’s friend said. “Michelle put her foot down when she heard that her mother took her dad to ceremonies where they did spells and trances, and sacrificed animals, chickens and goats I think. But Marian was desperate and kept going anyway, even when her husband was to sick to go with her. I don’t think the president knew anything about this earlier because it was before they met. Michelle and Craig (her brother) wanted to close the book on this…

  60. The first grandma appears to be worried about her health now, even though doctors pronounce her in good shape. “Marian invited an old friend from Chicago to visit her at the White House, and she performed a Santeria ceremony in the residence. When Michelle saw this woman, a voodoo priestess she recognized her from when her father was sick, she had a fit. When she told the president about it, he blew up and said, ‘No voodoo in the White House. Absolutely. I don’t care what you call it.’ As far as I know, it only happened once,” the friend said.

The president was “totally in favor” when his mother-in-law moved into the White House as a live-in babysitter for 11-year-old Malia and 8-year-old Sasha. Obama reportedly told Michelle that her mother will have to go back to Chicago if…

  61. she does not “stop this witchcraft mumbo-jumbo immediately” and ordered the Secret Service to not allow Marian’s friend to return to the White House. AMEN

  62. I have neva seen or evn heard of a person as dull as RB.This is what happens wen a country is ruled by a foreigner, thats why he drops them pants for his granddaugher(Thandiwe) in the name of marriage! He is a disgrace to the zimbabwean community.Much as he thinks its over, its jst the beginning, aluta continua. He has chained himself by setting chiluba free.Im not suprised 2hear that from him coz he has no heart for the nation coz he is not zambian which he clearly revealed in zimbabwe.

  63. ON “President Rupiah Banda has hailed Zambians for accepting the decision made by the Judiciary on its verdict to acquit former second Republican president Fredrick Chiluba“, please LT and other news agencies Mr Frederick J. T. Chiluba is not second republican President of Zambia for the second republic was under first Zambian, and first Republican, President Kenneth D. Kaunda. This means that Mr K.D. Kaunda was the second republican President of Zambia and not Mr Chiluba FTJ.
For those with problems about my comment, please consult your CIVICS notes given in Junior Secondary School.
Back on the acquitting message, it is telling.

  64. On “ He swore in Hildah Chibomba as Supreme Court judge, Abyudi James Shonga as Solicitor General, Chalwe Muchenga as State Counsel, while Lusaka lawyer Sakwiba Sikota has also been sworn in as State Counsel“, congratulations to all those who were sworn in but the news writer should have also written that Mr Sakwiba Sikota (now) SC is not only a Lusaka Lawyer but a president of ULP who is also a Livingstone MP that campaigned heavily across the country for President RB Banda in last year’s presidential by-election. Thus, “Mr Banda called for hard work amongst the newly appointed… jobs are … demanding…” will be tricky for Mr Saki.

Sorry to embarrass you but I stayed with you in your home in Paris [France] when you were young, I was a good friend of your late father
” and so this Mr ULP president honourable MP Sakwiba Sikota has also been appointed as a reward for family connections just like that woman who is Deputy Minister of Finance and National Planning is I am correct. Such pronouncements are worrying especially when a President makes them with no remorse or concern about the interpretation that would follow thereafter. Same on M Tembo appointment.

  66. For those of you who may not know; before you are made State Counsel ALL the judges of the High and Supreme Court have to approove your name. The Law Association of Zambia also has to approove your name. In any case who does not know that Sakwiba Sikota burst onto the political scene with Mazoka on account of his fame as a lawyer. Can anyone seriously claim Sikota does not deserve to be State Counsel? Do not be jelous for nothing.

  67. My bro Maestro Hhehhehhehhe, Point of correction.
Zambia is a republic hence called the Republic of Zambia.
The first republican President was KK.

  69. Maesteo HH. Have you forgotten that you were terribly impressed with the way that Sikota represented Mazoka and UPND in the Presidential Petition. Have you forgotten how you used to read the verbatim cross examination reports of Sikota quizzing the likes of Richard Sakala and Former Inspector General of Police? Can you seriously say the former Chairman of LAZ does not deserve to be State Counsel? Or are you just too jelous to admit the man is a good lawyer?

Or are you just too jelous to admit the man is a good lawyer?” You seem bent on perpetrating lies for no apparent reason as I have not indicated that I am jealous or anything against Mr Sakwiba Sikota. What I am against is the fact that the whole lot of a Mr President RB Banda has the audacity to speak about family connections which are not relevant in the appointment. Had he passed them comments at the photo session I would have understood. As for Mr S. Sikota, full details of himself must be said.

  72. Every informed person would not question the accomplishments of Hon. Sakwiba SIkota SC.The man is an accomplished practicing legal think tank. His roles in shaping the Zambian judiciary is in public domains. He has exceptional education, legal and legislative career record second to none.

  73. Hon.Sakwiba is an accomplished intelligent professional. His career has won the respect of the legal fraternity in Zambia and the SADC region leading to his rise to the LAZ Presidency. He has handled tough cases and turned them mostly in his customers’ way. Thus, only failures in life would question Saki’s meritorious service record. He deserves it and i send him my accolades.

State Counsel, i say Bravo! More service to the nation.

  74. # Tired Zedian,

I laugh when i see Cayotes (illegal immigrants) like you building the courage to rant online about Federal ties when you are illegal and cannot even step your foot out of the shadow economy. You think Americans are fools to buy every rubbish from a loser?

  75. Now he is stuffing the supreme court bench with useless ****** to erode the integrity of the bench even further. I mean, who has ever heard of these two charlatans he has appointed to the bench? Banda is a painful experience indeed. I just hope that sooner than later, all these political scandals he is engineering against this country will come back to bite him in the backside.

  76. Sakwiba Sikota is a biased person as far as I am concerned and his duplicate roles (MP, Party President, Lawyer) only goes to show his greedy nature. His latest appointment is a reward for the campaigns of last year’s elections. I think we have other lawyers who are dedicated and are good at what the do. The people of Livingstone must not vote for him next time. His duplicate roles means that he occupies those roles to achieve some political agenda (possibly tribal) and to amass personal wealth through the state. No wonder Livingstone is a mess because the MP is only there by name and the Party he leads is more of a family party than a national party. It is a shame that this is what Zambia is left with, dubious individuals are Sikota. This is just another form of corruption.

  77. tyhis sets us zambians for somebody else to come and screw our treasury.this will never end we have replaced white masters with this elite who loot and keep us little people ignorant enough so this can continue forever .makes us feel like throwing up.chiluba locked up kk on trumped up charges and eye for an eye he needs to serve time

  78. Wana # 41 mwana mulozi, uyoye nga- ande, but careful nifitile, kuzomubweza a sakwiba mukembele ngombe ku namwala, utwele boyi. Congrats to Saki. but don’t prey of RB. be the saki i knew in the time of Andy. sad his passing changed things the bad way.

  79. Sakwiba has been appointed because campaigned for Rupiah and also becauase he is Lozi in an effort to keep the support of the Lozis who are upset with Rupiah for not appointing a Lozi as Vice-President. There are also a lot of appointments of people from the Eastern Province. He who has ears let him listen.

  80. In My dream: Judgement in Kapoto’s case by magistrate MMD: ” In my opinion I see that the accused is simply a human resource officer and therefore I fail to see how he can syphon money from the MoH. Secondly I cannot use the wealth that the accused has as evidence of theft from MoH. The man is only intelligent thats why he has become rich and therefore the case is dismissed.
Aaron Chungu and Faustin Kabwe appeal against conviction: High Court Judge- There is no evidence that the duo had stolen money from GRZ because this moaney is not labeled therefore Iam ruling that the magistrate misdirected himself.

  81. #46 COPPER BULLET. i DONT KNOW HOW OLD YOU ARE. But let me tell you something. These guys you call racists did more for blacks in Northern Rhodesia than Unip and MMD have done since independence. Our hospitals even in rural areas were well manned and well stocked. Our schools issued free books text /excercise( CHiluba is a beneficiary at Mambilima, Mulundu Mwense and Kawambwa). Our road were tarred and well paved. Our houses were annually painted by the council. Rural/ Urban migration was well manned therefore keeping our villages alive. More over even now the money we are using for our nation budget is from the same racists. They have a right to complain if we are pocketin this money for personal use.

  82. ……..RB alikwata ubufi bwakunya, which zambians have accepted KAFUPI’s verdict,Zambia the real africa ala mwandi FYA PA……………………..

  85. I am one of the happiest man with His Excellency Ruphia Bwezani Banda’s leadership style. I would love if this man was WAMUYAYA

  86. Mr Banda, dont be funny, dont pre- empty this issue. Which people have accepted this verdict. When even the Task Force on corruption is refusind to release the shows to chiluba. In fact, the Task Force on Corruption is consulting it’s Lawyer to appeal against this case.

  87. It is final…….this man is not 100% ok upstairs…..the man sick, adamant, and has no rit to be in the president’s sit……

  88. Please Mr. Senile stop hurting our feelings. Dont forget that even those that voted for you cant take this anymore. We have had enough of your nonsense.

  89. i wish i was of another nationality now more than ever. when RB started entertaining that short man i knew that nothing good was coming

  90. Please bloggers help me understand the reason for hailing .I can not see the logic here.I think it was going to better to keep quiet than play on the minds of those who are not happy with the outcome.Cheap psychology from his advisers.

  91. #43 Patriot

You sound like an extremist. I have only seen such with Islamic extremists. Which country do you live in? Are you in Zambia.
Much as there’s racism in this world, often people use it as an excuse for their own failures. You may be interested to know that tolerance is more progressive than hatred for fellow man. It’s a matter of attitude of your heart. Let your heart be at peace, then you will see beauty in everyone and in everything.

  92. I am saddened by this situation where our country harbours so much hatred for each other. This terrible situation is a product of the hate-filled Fred Mmembe, Post opinions. You can’t have a country where people hate each other so much. How can people ignore the fact that Rupiah Banda has no influence on Judges. Because Fred Mmembe has said so? Please remember that during Mwanawasa, the Police prosecuted Michael Sata for theft of motor vehicle. Sata was acquitted. Mwanawasa was not happy but he said nothing because it is the duty of the President to defend the judiciary. Mwanawasa did nothing about Sata. Why are you insulting Rupiah Banda. This kind of hatred will take Zambia into a civil war.

  93. It makes me wonder what type of people Zambians are. Are Zambians really patriotic to the cause of their nation? Why then let this buffoon wreck hovac in the nation like this? Zambians rise! We now know that the judicial system in Zambia is in the sewer tank of state house gulping RB’s excreta, so don’t expect anything from the courts. The future of the nation and our children is at stake here. Zambians don’t be selfish and live only for the moment; think about the future generations; what kind of Zambia are they going to live in. It is time, get up and pick up your axe, panga, machet etc and let’s do it the African civilized way and get rid of these minions. They have gone too far!

  94. KUKU
You have no heart and you have stepped the line,We care about the plight of the Zambians. We are not talking about the immigration status here,For the record to let you know I am an American who cares about Zambia.

  95. KUKU #107
We will carry through with what I said we will do,If Zambians have failed to clean their house the world will do it for them.Look at the mess at the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance. Please be careful what you say the world is watching.

  96. 1. Chiluba is a shameless thief until further notice. 2. Dora is a crooked slut until further notice. 3. VJ is a celebrated election rigger until further notice. 4. Tetamashimba is a useless loud mouth until further notice. 5. Mulongoti is a basket case and circus clown until further notice. I can go on and on, but this just tells you what kind of a man Nyamasoya is going by these windbags closest to him. Real fruitcakes.

  97. Rupiah Banda should know that he is sitting on a time bomb. I as a Zambian I feel insulted about the Chiluba’s aquittal and it hurts. I am sure am not alone with these wounds. One time this quiet volcano will errupt and we shall be on fire. Rupiah don’t take us for granted, we may be weak but God is registering our plight. These thieves and their accomplices will sure answer and pay for their sins.

  98. OMG this president is a jerk, but he surely is. I can’t even believe he can come out openly and say such a thing to the zambian pipo, I need a hitman..lol this is crazy!
