  1. Pic 17 The guy behind the young muzungu looks like ‘afa njala’ eyeing up the ice cream like a scavenger. The first lady seems to have upgraded to louis m alletier from the hard earned tax payers change . Pic 10 whats the requirement of being a model in zambia, is it having a visible ribcage because it’s definately not beauty

  2. Pictures #3, 4 and 5, Come on Standard Chartered Bank, a challenge is at your door steps and don’t ignore it. Respond to those young peoples’ humble appeal and do something big for them, it will help them develop their skills. You make huge profits and please share some of them with the communities

  3. Cute dancers from Nomakanjane in pic8, tha’s shocking pink in pic 12. Ba first lady . natiyeeee.. improving by the day.

  4. Number 13 When were you last in Zed. Zoom (assuming its Zoom Ndlouve you are talking about0 is long dead and the charity shield is now named after him.

  5. The trips abroad are doing wonders for Thandi. Shopping spree’s in Rome, ma Louis Vuitton left, right and centre , awe mwandini mudyela.

  6. picture 4 and 5, ‘home made instruments’. Please lets respect the dignity of our children, that stuff looks dirty.parading it let alone praising its use is immoral in my books

  7. Ba LT u sure the models in 10&11 were matching for breast cancer awareness? I heard from the organizer that it was for cervical cancer awareness….iyi cancer yu kuntwenu.
Will our boxer survive against this nigerian in pic#16? cilemoneka icipondo sana so me i fear cikamulibula bad!

  8. hmmm ba LT naimwe is the word “b.r.e.a.s.t” a bad word 4u to replace it with *****????? Benifye bwino libele fye ilyo ka!

  9. #4. You are right. You know everything in Zambia is upside-down. Honestly, the most important issue around this time is the Solwezi by-elections. How can a news media just ignore this news item? It would have been nice to see the Solwezi election in pictures. Soccer (played in grounds which do not even inspire footballers) is there every weekend and can be suspended for another day. Zambians ought to be serious about their political and economic issues if our country has to develop.

  10. #5. You are very funny. You just read my thoughts. Even me I wondered about this beauty. Cos any woman in a visible rib-cage completely diminishes a man’s appetite. Maybe our western friends still like wire girls.

#5, please, participate more-you ve made my evening. Stay well.

  11. #6. It seems like you don’t know that some of Zambia’s schools (Roman Catholic Schools), used to have matching (or majorettes) bands with full modern proper instrument you can find in modern 21st centurey today, many pairs of brilliantly immaculate uniforms. Even where I live here in the UK, I am yet to the kind of display and shows by the “Malole Band”. Whoever saw those boys can conquor with me. But, ask who destroyed those well sponsored schools? KK, destroyed them by grabbing them from church organisations and put them under grz funding all in the name of trying to avoid the imbalance between grz run and church run schools. Look at those schools now-bulanda bushala. We Zambians have a high propensity to destroy. Same thing that happened to Daghammershod (spllng) stadium.

  12. #8. I like them, too. I mean, apart from the man with the best smile. I think everyone in that picture is a truly happy Zambian. This Zambian smile a few months ago sold me out to an American I was with on the plane. He asked if I were a Zambian and I proudly said said I was. He said he new because he has lived with Zambians in America and he knows how friendly and happy people they. In fact he said one of his best friends in the world is a Zambian-though he has lost contact with him since he went back to Zambia. ZAMBIANS keep it happy with you popular genuine smiles.

  13. #17. Not just towns. We need more pictures in rural Zambia. I like the traditional dances, though. Although, in Zambia traditional or cultural performances are thought to be for un-educated. In some places bane you have to have a degree (or at least a certificate) in order to perform in those cultural troups.

  14. I enjoy the pics as usual – especially now that it is getting grey & chilly outside, signifying the coming of a long, cold winter.
Pic #11 The models are quite cute, especially ka nambala 2 & 4 seated in the row – what a refreshing smile! Sweet enough to sprinkle on your morning corn flakes…

  15. I don’t see any benches for the players in this stadium. Is this the best we have?

In addition, I know the N. Korean national team members. This is not the senior team so Zedians don’t get too excited. Zambia can’t match N. Korea. You bet !

  16. #28 if you cant help just keep your mouth shurt and dont talk about history, the boys got the passion of doing what they like to do so let people who can help do so. LT please let the people know how they can help those boys as am one of them who is willing to give a little that i have.

  17. Banda’s wife Thandiwe is catching up on fashion state house should be very a nice place to live in i hope she is buying those clothes with her own money she got from her teaching other wise she will end up like Mrs. Chiluba who is convicted.

  18. LT the last time we had a comprehensive pics was “a walk in lusaka 45 years after independence”. whats happening of late. keep standards up
