Ex-Communicated Catholic Archbishop Emmanuel Milingo has implored government to create employment in the country in order to reduce the number of youths roaming the streets in the country.

Bishop Milingo said Zambian youths are looking up to the leaders for solutions to their unemployment.

He said the only for the youths to positively contribute to national growth and safeguard their future is to be in stable employment.

He further called on government to come up with training centers where youths will be trained in various life skills.

He was speaking in Lusaka yesterday when he officiated at a conference on peace matters.

And speaking at the same function, former Secretary to the Cabinet Sketchely Sachika called on Zambians to always uphold peace in the country.

Dr. Sachika said people should work actively in promoting peace in the country if development was to be guaranteed.

  1. The Man tested Apple and has now come to terms with realities of life. Didn’t you know that FTJ Shrank the economy whilst you where in the Vatican. You should thank the Korean babe for the “APPLE” she offered you for now you can see that much as sinners are there as you may have been accustomed to hearing their ordeals poverty is also there and for real.

  2. Guys on this blog are naughty.Instead of contributing on what the Ex-bishop said, they are busy castigating him from all angles.Anyway, that Maria Sung confused the man.

  3. The nexit thing you will hear is RB. has appointed Milingo for Diplomatic mission. You will remember my words. Bloggers, I can’t access the post news since yesterday, is anyone facing the same problem or know why?

  4. Next we’ll hear that the “popu” is married and no one will ex-communicate him, I suppose. Who thought that this one time dedicated catholic bishop would one day turn his back against the vatican? I credit you milingo. We shall consider as valid your every statement you make. Big up!

  5. #6, you are right am also failing to get into the post since yesterday, anyway its always going to be difficult to listen and get what ever the bishop will say, he is the man who said and vowed to so many things, katwishi whether he means whats he says, I followed the man and his teachings for many years on how he believed in priest hood, he abandoned me after all the years of following, now again he wants me to follow what he says?????? Am careful this time, how do i know he is not a Mulongoti type

  6. Its intresting to find people who always want priests to Marry. Others want the pope to Marry if he wants he can. But remember that the person who is pope as pope should be conservative. I end here.

  7. #11 Trigo- Heard of this person who married due to peer pressure? After marrying he started experiencing a lot harrassment from the wife. So one day he took the marriage certificate to see the expiry date only to find none on it. Priests who marry come to regret later. Am sure the good Bishop is wondering what is there apart from inserting his prick in Kim Ilsungs daughters what ever its.

  8. You guys, let Milingo enjoy the fruit which God gave to man. Man is not complete without it unless you are really called to be single. So I think Milingo was still eating the fruit while at Vatican as many priest do. This is sin men, so its better you marry just like what Milingo has done. Let us not predent to be priests while every day you do eat the nuns!!!!!!!!

  9. In 1991 when MMD took over they changed the type of economy from state run to private. Parastals were privatized. According to MMD job creation is now in the hands of private Zambians including the Bishop. This govt can’t give jobs. The only jobs left are in the civil service which already the opposition and some bloggers says is bloated. RB and company have the big task to bring in foreign investors if we Zambian only think of tuntembas. Zambians need exposure to big businesses to help stimulate ideas

  10. And can also be by including the youth in the running of the country and including the youth in planning ways of how to improve..as most of our elderly think of the old ways of jobs creating…like having investers come from outside the country..

  11. Give chance to fresh minds……so done with the same ideas. Zambia needs
new ideas and the same youths to take up the responsibility of rebuilding the
nation, otherwise it is a roller coaster of refurbished same old politicians in the
    name of a new party!!!!!!!!!

  12. Bishop Milingo with due respect you are blind, Govt can not create jobs what all you Zambians need is a Govt which will put policies which will help businesses which will create jobs. The cost of doing business in Zambia is too high, the cost of Registering (incorporating a new business is to high and too much paper work) Make it cheap like $50,000 to incorporate and get your employers id.In America you incorporate your business in minutes,It is small businesses which drive the American economy small companies which employee between 1 to 300 workers. In Zambia private business will create jobs not the Govt.Old thinking like Bishop Milingo is the Zambian mentality which is a shame.

  14. Milingo wempulumushi. What have you done for Zambia? You had opportunities and you capped them off with a Moon wedding. Shut the F up and take off those robes before they ignite from your sins.
