  1. J Mulenga plays like a very tired player which makes me think his thinking is slow the rest of the players are just not sure of themselves. The idea of always going defensive after a goal has never been a good idea, our opponents have always been doing that especially Egypt and we always capitalised on that, but now we have a coach who is bring that mentality to our play.

After all is said and done i still think we will do well and i have always supported my country national team. i even put a bet on them winning and going on the way with odds at 18/1

  2. Zambia are taking it very cautiously in the opening minutes while Nigeria look very nervous. I like the Zambian white outfit.

  3. What happened my link is as though I am using windows three. Keep us updated Lunch is almost over. Got to get back to work.:d/

  4. According to Eurosport commentators: The problem with the way Zambia is playing is that they are so focused on defending that they are missing all their scoring chances

  5. Our boys are playing incredibly well today. Working very hard to defend but I think Kalaba is missing – he was something like the pace maker.

  6. we all watch yakubu, mikel ad etuhu every weekend and we know they’re mediocre at best. Mwilatunsha ne mitima if they win its because the ball is round. We’ve equal chances here don’t worry

  7. Commentator: “Zambia were the 3rd lowest ranked team to qualify for the competition. They are the underdogs ”
I say: We are the irreplaceable dark horse!! Go Chipolopolo 🙂

  8. :-?ala i am nervous but the guys are palying well nomba time is not with us elyo its not a group game ni k.o 76 mins

  9. At the end of the day its not about the best team winning but the team that scores I TELL YOU PANTU NSHILEMONAPO IFYAMANO :REF waku Egypt nomana na what was a clear penalty awe sure kuti wadabwa!!! Felly out in goes Chivuta, elyo ba Nigeria ukwikata kwati ni mu boxing awe sure we wait and see

  10. Twafwa naba lines men kumo i think they dont want Zambia to just win mwandin mwebantu commentator umu German has been praising Zambia thru and thru and just wondering about the ref, pa zed or ba tata ba Liwewe would have said suspect!!

  11. Oh well…Commiserations. Better luck next time.
We should have wrapped it up in normal time. We were the better team overall

  12. Nigeria is going nowhere as long as it was not a fair game, amalilisho Zambia was by far a good team West na North wabafwaya filwamuna bena:o:o:o:-?
Tizabakang’ela Like you said Nyirenda achilatutuma he was not sure anya way God knows, Thank you ba Chipolopolo ba Cameroon, ba Ivory coat nabafuma so what kind of soccer will be displayed????
    God be you guys:)>-:)>-

  13. Goodness me!!!! my heart was in my mouth #:-s…. but all the same Job well done boys!!! Am really impressed with the way they played. Lets just build up on this team, I think we have a brighter future. Once more, hats off!!!

  14. ala ama typing errors sos sorry i meant to say anyway but it came ou the other way i only realised after sending i tried to edit fyashupa. Awe kwena you say what you will say but my word is still SORRY

  15. The best Zambia can do is NOT to dismantle this team….keep it and give it more exposure. Chamanga should come back from China….he is better off playing in zambia than in the shosholi league!

Two saved from the line, two penalties not given…..am blaming RB for this loss, chamene chi Degree clause….its the cause! :d:d

  16. Walk with your heads up boys. Big ups. Nigeria was attrocious I wont even watch them in the semis. Zambia by far was the best team but too sad it had to be resolved by penalties. We should keep that coach for making a formidable outfit out of minnows. SOOOOO WELL DONE

  17. I knew that zambia will lose on penaulties, we lack strikers who can shot from afar like we had johnston bwalya or the way the Egyptian play. Anyway congrats chipolopolo boys you played well

  18. The boys played well keep that team and their coach only one team had to go through.Next time mr. Vice President – Kunda should not be allowed to comment about the team he is a man of bad luck.

  19. The govt promised the players 27 million kwacha if they won this game! All along they had no money to let the team have proper frindlies but they have the money to mitivate them at the last minute….useless MMD! and this your Kunda even coments on the game before hand….they distracted the players!

Chi NCC nacho comes up with Degree whatever….malabishi…didint they know that the boys support the PACT?

  20. wen is de ncc going to finalise the constituiton,,,we need dual nationality so that we can add few more players from europena leagues with zambian lineage…am sure they wud be inkiling in their legs to ply for de zed…we need mixturre of,,,

  21. I have to admit that Zambia held their own. I am particularly a fan of the coach and I would like him to go. Did you see how he strolled off after the end of the game instead of going to console the players? He has a very low opinion of the team and Zambian. I could care less for this i.diot who has already indicated that Zambia is just a stepping stone for him. Again we did well because of the hard work of the boys not because of the coach and his girl friend Kalu. Go CHIPOLOPOLO. I want Kalaba’s jersey and I would wear it proudly. To me he is the new UCAR.

  22. The end justify the means. It is a pity Zambia has to go down this way. Nigeria is a better side I suppose. Up Super Eagles but Zambia team was a great one tonight. Keep it up boys

  23. #112, I agree with you….cant wait to see the back of HR….why was Cliford Mulenga not given more playing time? was not voted Africa’s young player of the year last time?

Well done the boys…you fought like real men….Christopher Katongo…good captain!

  24. I told you, nothing good will come from the copper blanks! Ma BP chabe. Come back boys. You had a good holiday as usual.

  25. I am holding my head high as a Zambian. The team was the best we have had since the disaster of ’93. The future is bright.

  26. :-\”:-\”:-\” super eagle of nigeria by far are not mates with zambia when it comes to football, keep up super, you guys are super indeed, to our zambian players and fans join hands in celebrations with super eagle tonight.

  27. I think there is too much negative energy all around the world coming from the Zambian fans myself included when it came to penalties, i bet you no one here thought we will go through when it comes to spot kicks.

Am afraid all the negative energy translated into the final result be positive people …

  28. #117 whats it with u? thats the problem with dull unpatriotic chaps like you, how can you say nigeria are nt mates with Zambia? wali gomaika iwe ayi….. Zambia is a much better team, all we need is sharpening up a little.Nigerias’ days are long gone…..malabishi!!!

  29. @# 115 Dontcare :-@
Your Chinese TV & channel are a gong’a. Buy a genuine portable TV. The Copper Bullets have just been great through out. Viva Chipolopolo. One Zambia One Nation! ^:)^

  30. We take Great pride in what our Chipolopolo boys had put up today against Nigerians. They had given the Eagles a performance they little expected from the reconstituted Copper bullets. We are no easy contenders but a team that mean winning business. No doubt our boys have revived the soccer spirit which has delivered healing, faith and winning soccer capital again. As a country we are back in the game after a tragedy. The souls of our fallen heroes will never be in vein. From their ashes we have picked a winning spirit.

We implore all Zambians to give our boys a heroes reception when they step down on the Zambian soil.

    Bravo boys!

  31. The Boys did very well. If only we had people to manage them, Nigeria would have been sent packing easily. But you have a coach who before the tournament is over is busy talking about making a name for himself and deserting his boys as soon as the tournament is over. Couple that with an absentee FAZ President – you can’t blame the boys. Well done Zambia!

  32. Congrats to the boys. Lets keep our young team intact, it will grow into a world class side. Renard deserves a pat at the back. You are a good coach. Lets keep this coach, he is young and focused. Kalusha well done brother..

  33. #122 That is your opinion. Doncare at all. I was expressing my opinion as well. Did not have to be reminded about TV’s and the like. Prosper as you wish. Stay blessed

  34. Zambia is back in the game, come next year we will win the cup…
Im no longer ashamed of our team, they showed the eagles that its not by chance that we qualified for second round but becoz we have talent and are stronger than they are. I could see panic on their coach and even the players faces. Our boys were very confident, pls continue with the same spirit….We have left a mark and a strong message this year…

  35. taluza na diginity….well said. I am very proud today. Yes, i am a bit dissapointed that the best team did not win. Lets stay focused and we will get bring that cup home. It it now way too long.

  36. Well done Chipolopolo we are going back to glory days WATCH this space guys. Lets all look forward to Zambia’s games we will reclaim the crown as the soccer giants of Southern Africa then of Africa with Congo DR as our only competitor!
