I feel that we have seen a marked improvement in passing ability and more offensive patience from the team. The players have gotten the necessary exposure. Funny and good comparing Kalaba to Obi Mikel or indeed Jacob Mulenga to Drogba; our playerz may even be better and the scouts are all over them, but the dissappointing part iz that of the agents and FAZ. 101. Losing is always painful, after all nobody wants to be a loser. On a positive note though the players can head out of the competition with their heads held high. We gave the so called “big teams” a good game and I am of the view that next time round the players will be given much deserved respect (they’ve mine) in the tournament and from their peers. I was very impressed, in particular, with Mbola (16 years old, English premiership quality!), Kalaba, Ba Mweene and Chris Katongo. I hope there were European eyes watching those player.
