SOME United Party for National Development (UPND) members of Parliament have described as unfortunate Patriotic Front (PF) president Michael Sata’s statement that they are part of alleged plunderers at NCC.
Bweengwa MP Highvie Hamududu said in an interview in Lusaka yesterday that it is unfortunate that some leaders are making loose comments on a serious national governance issue.
“What we are doing is to review the Constitution, as a result of the NCC Act we passed in Parliament. We are therefore obliged to participate in the process.
As UPND, we have done our honest part by participating in the process. We ensured that the controversial 50 percent plus one clause was referred to a referendum,” he said.
Mr Hamududu said UPND has represented the people of Zambia effectively at the NCC.
“We want to move away from old politics. We are tired of bad politics,” he said.
Mr Hamududu said it is time to introduce a new type of politics.
“We shall elevate politics to a level of real issues because the Zambian people want solutions to the many challenges they are facing.
“Some of these people who are talking were in Government before. Frederick Chiluba was not ruling alone, they were also there,” he said.
Mr Hamududu said no individual will be allowed to become bigger than the pact.
“No individual must behave bigger than others in the pact. People must not be excited because this is about real change,” he said.
Chikankata MP Munji Habeenzu said UPND members are not at the NCC for monetary gains as alleged by some political leaders and non-governmental organisations.
“What I know is that we are at the NCC for a good cause,” he said.[quote]
UPND spokesperson Charles Kakoma and Mapatizya MP Ackson Sejani refused to comment on the matter.
Mr Kakoma said he could not comment on insinuations.
Mr Sejani said, “You cannot contain the comment I have as Zambia Daily Mail, so I have no comment.”
Matero PF MP Faustina Sinyangwe challenged Mr Sata to produce a schedule indicating that the MPs signed for the amounts of money he mentioned when he featured on ‘Let the People Talk’ programme on Radio Phoenix.
“He said I received K89 million, but I have not seen that money,” she said.
Mrs Sinyangwe said it is not inspiring for leaders aspiring for higher office to tell lies.
“As far as I am concerned, we are doing a noble job at the NCC of coming up with a Constitution for Zambians,” she said.
Mrs Sinyangwe wondered why Mr Sata was insinuating that UPND is part of the plunderers at the NCC, when he is in a pact with them.
“I said it the first time I commented on this pact that it will not work because of some selfish leaders,” she said.

…and Mmembe in his tabloid starts demeaning HH by tagging as “prince Cobra”
Hahahah unless UPND of Mazoka has caught selective amnesia, its being wrecked in uncsophisticated ways while Mazoka is turning in his grave with a shock of betrayal.Where are all the technical management team he founded this once alternative Government in waiting? What has happened to them against others?
Counter harm of Sata’s vitriolic rantings
NUMEROUS statements, albeit many of them pure fantasy and careless from Patriotic Front (PF) president Michael Chilufya Sata, though exposing him as a sentimental casuist, have the potential to drag Zambia into the medieval times.
It has become evidently clear by now that Mr Sata is a mere spoiler, a joker with devastating effect, riding on the belligerence of the recalcitrant bishops such as Duffy of the Mongu Diocese. His statements on both the economy and development of Zambia, measured at his governorship of Lusaka almost three decades ago, can only spell doom for Zambia.
Recently, Mr Sata appeared on the Catholic Church Radio Station of Chengelo in a PF sponsored interview. This author must concede he switched to the station in the middle of the interview, but what I heard was no different from his daily rigmaroles, which are repeatedly aired on other radio stations and extensively reported on in private gutter tabloid newspapers.
The interview lacked sequence and repetitions were the order of the interview. But what has pushed Mr Sata to such extremes? What makes him feel that he has the panacea to end Zambia’s economic doom beyond the efforts that the current Government of President Rupiah Banda is doing?
Could it be a desperate realisation that his ambition to run this country, while it was all along crawling, is now at a gallop daily getting out his reach? The Bemba offer as an example the mouth watering choice meat given to the child that in the process of being admired soon falls in earth.
Mr Sata in the last elections in 2006 rode rough shod on the back of the Second Republic president Fredrick Chiluba’s ordeal to appeal to the Copperbelt with predominant Bemba speaking, Luapula and Northern provinces with a promise to free Dr Chiluba.
Events that followed Dr Chiluba’s acquittal, more especially Mr Sata’s irrational reaction, showed that the PF leader would have preferred Dr Chiluba to be incarcerated. The traditional leaders and the people were not overly pleased with Mr…
The traditional leaders and the people were not overly pleased with Mr Sata’s dramatic u-turn and Luapula have given him a red card.
The recent defections and the l oss of a council seat in Chienge is the beginning of departure from Luapula of Mr Sata and his PF.They know he used them and advanced the ordeal of Dr Chiluba to garner support in the region. In Northern Province, the region is already segmented and only few districts remain the PF’s stronghold.
But Mr Sata’s insulting stand against the Mwinelubemba, Paramount Chief Chitimukulu, whose royal establishment summoned him to appear and sit on a sack to explain his insults on December 29, 2009, is a harbinger of worsening relationship.
Even some preschool kid can well tell that MMD is working hard to disturb the pact. You had better keep quiet and sort it out in-house, rather than going public.
If you fail, then MMD goes untouchable.
The sooner we see the back of this man the better! Its only people who are dull to the borne who support him….surely!
The performance of the PF controlled city, municipal and district councils is not good. This is enough fodder for the ruling party cannons. If he has not built the toilets at Kasama market and expect to use the ruse in 2011as he did in the Kasama Central by-election when PF is in control of Kasama municipal council, he should expect some one to call off his bluff.
Come 2011, he will be a sitting duck!
Bottom line is your allowances are obscenely huge- MMD, Upnd and PF rebels together you have not earned those allowances. Its pure plunder. To day it may look ok because MMD who are in power are the beneficiaries of the manuplations being spawn at the so called NCC.
George Kunda is busy trying to get K5billion in the name of the NCC.There may be a few genuine people but the majority are puppets dancing to RB’s tune hence their cries are subdued by the plunderers in MMD.Sata said the truth over the allowances and Ronnie couldnt find any words to defend the theft of K5billion payable to Ministers and MPs from Lsk

Veteran says:
“The traditional leaders and the people were not overly pleased with Mr Sata’s dramatic u-turn and Luapula have given him a red card”-YOUR STATEMENT IS BASELESS. LAST ELECTION SATA VOWED TO ENSURE FTJ WAS JAILED AND STILL SATA GOT 75% OF THE LUAPULA VOTE. CHIEF CHISUNKA DOES NOT REPRESENT CHIEFS IN LUAPULA. INFACT LAST ELECTION HE WAS DISTRIBUTING SUGAR ON BEHALF OF MMD. I KNOW THIS CHIEF BECAUSE WE ARE RELATED TO THE CHABWE’S WHO COULD HAVE BEEN SUCCESSORS HAD THE ARRANGEMENT NOT BEEN MATRILINIAL
Comrade members of parliament, let MMD comfuse you, your preceedings so far are showing us that the NCC is being Docotored by MMD. Most of the recommendations are in favour of RB and MMD.Unless you are part and parcel of these selfish Recommendations.Otherwise Zambians have lost trust in all of you ,yes.
9
Veteran – Your MMD is frustrating the efforts by opposition controlled councils. We the people have seen it. In case you are blind and deaf, let me tell you that our councillor(River side Kitwe)Mr. Kangombe was arrested by the MMD controlled ZP for protesting over the bad roads in his ward. This clearly shows that if these councils were empowered they deliver the goods as expected of them. I can assure comrade come 2012, you will be languishing either in prison or some shanty compound.t
H H..(Prince Cobra) is not in any way being deamned by the Post but he has deamned himself by joining hands politically with people like Sata who has all this time shown poor leadership qualities and that he is further capable of turning his back on his allies including relatives e.g hon F. Sinyangwe(Niece) and past political allies Hon Sakwiba Sikota, Lufwekelo who formed and registered PF to mention but a few.
How then can an intellgent person like H H become so desparate to a point joining Sata a thing the founder of this great party- Mazoka MHSRIP could not do. Lets wait Its HH to loose in the end. I am therefore, not shocked that Sata is already insulting his partiners in the Pact. Sejani today can look down on Dail Mail? Didn t he use Daily mail when he was Minister? Shame!!
Sata in 1996 declared that “politics is about timing,”. This was in relation to his late resignation from UNIP to MMD. In 1998, when andy declared his intention to stand for MMD presidency, Sata challenged him to popular with the grassroots. Andy became a ward chairman in bauleni and gained more popularity, He was later hounded out of the party by King cobra. Timing.
Sata later hounded out the 18. In 2006, rolled on the back of chiluba and sakwiba.
Remember Politics is timing. The question which we must all answer today is? Is sata tryining to ride on UPND in order to get vote in southern, western and Nwestern. Only time will tell.
But Mr Sata’s insulting stand against the Mwinelubemba, Paramount Chief Chitimukulu, whose royal establishment summoned him to appear and sit on a sack to explain his insults on December 29, 2009, is a harbinger of worsening relationship.
It could spark a backlash for PF in the area.As for the Copperbelt, the act of forestalling worse fall out from the global recession by the Government, securing jobs especially in the mines, was an act of bravery by President Banda.
Almost, if not all, those mines, which scaled down on labour or shut down their mines have now resumed production.Apart from putting money into the people’s pockets, councils in the provinces are now enjoying massive receipts in property rates.
The jewel in the crown for President Banda is the re-opening of the closed Luanshya Mine by the Chinese and the impending commissioning of the Mulyashi, also in Luanshya. For the first time, PF feels threatened in Luanshya where residents and mines workers are up in arms against area Member of Parliament (MP) Chishimba Kambwili’s incessant attacks on the new mine owners.
He is now being challenged to prove the developments he has initiated in Roan.
It is no wonder, therefore, that during the paid interview on January 21, 2010 Mr Sata was merely waffling, quibbling and saying nothing new.
In his nit-picking sarcastic and know-it-all manner, he hit out at the Government’s policy of economic zones, attacking the involvement of Chinese and Malaysians much as he would like to see economic zones for Bembas, Ngonis, Lundas and so forth, established by the Government
Mr Sata must realise that the British colonialists thoroughly exploited this country. As colonialists, the Whitehall spent over 70 years exploiting the country, enslaving the people leaving a scandalous record of a mere less than a 100 university graduates and a fewer secondary schools that can be counted on one hand.
Cecil Rhodes of a dream from Cape to Cairo was only realised in the Cairo road.Mr Sata, who was a kapaso in the Federal government has forgotten that was the time of horse and rider as against his branding the Chinese investors in a similar manner.
After 2011, ba “Veteran” ninshi job ya blogging yapwa! looooooooooooooool! :((:((:((
The pact will never work and it is just a matter of time. Sata is a very careless speaker who is easily excited about issues without establishing facts. We can not have such a person as a republican president if we are serious about our country. Otherwise we will be the laughing stock of the world.[-(
#16 right on! its like prince cobra(H.H) has self inflicted amnesia. Its very clear sata is riding on UPND. Come 2011,sata’s timing will come to fruition.Unless prince comes out of his amnesiatic coma,we are doomed as a nation, unless ofcourse my namesake does his thing.
Mr Hamududu, you are the man, we want such breed of leaders in zambia. All these old personas should go farm.:)>-:)>-
This was coming, lets wait and see more:-?
there goes the pact.. ninshi imwe ama zambians kanshi?? if you cant work together even before u enter govt. how are you goin to work together in government?? who wants to vote for people who have divergent views on issues? A sensible pact system would involve an integrated public relations system (i,e in the spheres of public information) between upnd and pf, meaning that before some one opens their big mouths, their views are integrated narrowly to conform with a unanimous view of the issue! Why cant the pact talk and agree on issues before informing the public? seriously i wont blame zambians if they vote for mmd. the pact is analogous to a school extra activity debate club. get your act togther!
Sata gets excited each time a microphone is placed in front of him. The thing is he speaks without thinking! I doubt it if he even remembers anything he says. He contradicts himself so much such that one is left wondering if this man is of a sound mind. He reminds me of Idi Amin!
I am glad that sensible mighty UPND MPs and members will not seek and relax in the name of respecting the MOU of the PF-UPND PACT when Mr PF MC SATA is issuing terrible remarks following the comments ““Some of these people who are talking were in Government before. Frederick Chiluba was not ruling alone, they were also there,” …. “No individual must behave bigger than others in the pact. People must not be excited because this is about real change,” he said.
This is gr8 and Im glad Mr Sata has been has that him as a veteran is ready to support anyone like HH for Zambian presidential candidate when the dates for nominations and elections are diffused to the public.

Matt 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things…
Whoever thinks the UPND is gone to sleep after it joined the pact with PF is proposing love to himself. Remember, UPND is the only party with above 70 per cent positive performance in recent elections. In all, except two by-elections, the UPND came out victorious, grabbing seats previously held by the MMD. That is more reason MMD wants to discredit UPND and HH at all costs and sowing seeds of discord in the pact in order to plant doubt in the minds of the people. This will not work. Things have changed and Zambians know exactly what they want, fresh blood in State House, not clotted stuff
“Sometimes people mistake the way I talk for what I am thinking.” Idi Amin Dada
Talking about Sata, I was really taken aback the way he quarreled with a female caller to the Radio Phoenix Programme he featured. The woman I remember called herself Crater and Sata called her Grader and he continously cast aspersions on her. One line in Sata’s response to the frank talk by this caller was “Grader, continue grading, Grader, Grader” despite the fact that the women tried to correct him about her name. Now what kind of a leader who wants to lead Zambia is this? Sata showed that he cannot listen to anyone who has opposing opinion to the one he holds and clearly showed his dictatorial tendency, that he lack courtesy and tact as a leader. Let’s try others please
If I quote them correctly, Hakainde Hichilema from their treaty said the main core is that they should not attack each other inside and outside parliament. But here we are things are not holding.Sata is insulting and destroying Mazoka’s UPND while HH is only rewarded with the Prince Cobra tag in passiveness. Can HH survive if he ever demeaned PF structures? Isn’t this a case of Horse and rider?
Remember both are 3 times political devorcee who enter and dishonor their marriages of conveniences. It is not the first time that they will try to form a pact and we do not see them going anywhere
For those that are slow at knowing news. Some impressive news from Zambia Daily Mail is:
“On possessing a degree, which is a pre-requisite for being a Presidential candidate, Mr Sata said this should not cause any panic… “When Government announces the date for elections, then we will look at the election regulations,” he said…. He said veteran politicians have a right to support their preferred candidate, but that this should not be done when election dates have not been set.”
This is good for the PACT as it is the first indicator from Mr PF SATA MC that Mr UPND president HH will be the presidential candidate for the PF-UPND PACT.
Relax all and take care.

Matt 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be…
Mr. Sata has really kept you guys on your toes. Every guy is talking about him, even outside the news article presented.Mukose
i think we are wasting money and time on the NCC. I am not a politician but no one can sit if they are getting nothing. Check on how much we have wasted on the Task Force.
As a party, we are ready to face any challenge with regards to any coalition or merger and it does not cause any threat. We are not sitting idle because we are touching the grassroots.PF president, Michael Sata’s remarks that the MMD will disturbalise the pact is not true because as a party we would not waste time on a fruitless pact like that of PF and UPND which a marriage of convenience between two chronic ballot rejects.
The biggest Liability to PF and the so called Pact is one man called Michael Chilufya Sata. The man has managed to betray almost everyone in his life including himself and one wonders why he has followers.I repeat,Sata ranks as Africa’s most dangerous man in all spheres be it political, economical, diplomatical etc.I like the courage of these UPND lawmakers.
It will be very difficult for any political party to unseat the ruling MMD especially now that it is very strong. We have the confidence that President Rupiah Banda will perform to greater heights and many people will be surprised and from what we have gathered the focus to remove MMD is the core business of any political party which is not an agenda. The pact between the PF and UPND was merely a memorandum of understanding and not a merger or coalition as it is not there on the ground and it will never take off.
Good Afternoon
This is not a good sign for the opposition. It leaves one wondering on what basis the two parties joined together to form a pact if all we hear from them are conflicts.
Yes, Zambia needs a whole new change on the level of politics but it is very important to know exactly how this change can be brought about. It definately will not come when opposition parties are busy distrusting each other – they should be developing meaningful relations instead.
Hamudud has spoken, CHILUBA was not a solo leader he had a side kick called MICHEAL CHILUFYA SATA, aka “COBRA”, holding a specially created position of MINISTER WITHOUT POTIFOLIO.
The simple reason that Sata is arrogant like this and can lambaste the UPND lot is because, the guy knows he is going to be the one in the driving seat, come pact or no pact. Sata knows, while UPND has disintergrated, PF is becoming national, now you hear of PF mazabuka, PF mongu, this was unheard of before. With such support do you expect the COBRA to hold back its sting, no my dearest UPND, he will state it as it is.If he thinks you have plundered, cobra will not spare you, get used to it, its gonna be like this when you do form government, 10 years of bondage under COBRA, is awaiting you UPND!!!
My advice to UPND if they are really serving the Zambians in their participatin of NCC is to do it voluntarily, refund the allowances they have received and refuse to get any more. Then definately they will win the hearts of Zambians.
Mungululu H Mwaanga aka as Maestro Hakucincha you speak well except when you start talking as if HH is God. If your HH is as intelligent as you make him out to be, he wouldn’t be courting the likes of Sata. In my opinion HH is no better than Sata and RB! So spare us your rantings as HH’s cheerleader. You sound like you are the “Veteran” or “Senior Citizen” of the UPND!
It is a fact that the MPs of UPND have benefited from the looting of the resources of this country.Truth be told they have failed the people of zambia, even by going to that NCC.People who did not attend the NCC did not do so out of malice they did so out of principle as they believed that the process will not produce a document that every zambian could be proud of.This has turned out true looking at what is happening at the moment. The NCC is spending to much time on clauses that were not even in the draft constitution.Clauses which were in the draft constitution are either being thrown out or referred to a referundum.Whether you like sata or not he told the truth about the plunder going on at NCC which and some even MPS even have the gust to say they ar proud to be part of that process
LT WR IS MA POSTING.U Y U V DELETED IT
K80 million x 55 allowances for each Lusaka MP at NCC while Kanyama Clinic (one of the biggest clinics) as no back-up power generator. For 4 days there has been power blackout forcing in-paitents to use candles. Imagine women in labour!!! Sata is in-touch with reality while a number of us are playing a blind eye. K5 billion can perform wonders if applied on Health, education and infrastructure.
#41 it wouldn’t be surprising if maestro is Senior Citizen, Veteran, just to try and mislead some bloggers and it wouldn’t be a surprise if the 3 bloggers turn out to be VJ the seasoned politician.
41 Vitali. Thanks for your concern. On your “Mungululu H Mwaanga aka as Maestro Hakucincha you speak well except when you start talking as if HH is God“, HH is a PACT leader and the only alternative to Mr PF Sata MC and this is why I put things as they are considering that either HH or Sata may go as presidential candidate is neither dies by 2011 election time. Now that HH is a mortal man who may die in the next few seconds, he can never be raised to the level of God or a god. As a matter of fact, I am Christian who believes that there is only one God and that the SDA church has the correct message of our time in Earth’s history.
Therefore, take note that my ideology is in my heard and I can never reduce myself to be a party or person’s cadre.
Take care.

Matt…
Drip, drip, effect of the pact crumbling bit by bit. Even just by looking at the comments that have been made on this issue here, it is quite clear that the pact is extremely divided and is unlikely to last until next year. In the long-term this might be good for Zambia because if they are at each other’s necks when they are in opposition, can you imagine what they will be like should they ever win power? At one point Odinga and Kibaki got together to get rid of Moi in Kenya. Their unity government failed which subsequently led to the blood-letting we saw after the last elections. Please dont put Zambia on that fateful road to death and destruction.
41 Vitali. As for “You sound like you are the “Veteran” or “Senior Citizen” of the UPND“, I am willing to assist the mighty UPND in real propaganda and winning the 2011 elections by a landslide although I am not yet a Veteran or Senior Citizen due to my age — 29 years.
I hope to make input to Zambia’s development by being a Law maker hopefully in our next National Assembly as an independent MP. However, I will continue working with national development oriented individuals or bodies to uplift the lives of all Zambians regardless of their background.
I am thus available on the net to chat and chart the way forward.
Have a blessed day.

Matt 6: 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.
#40 S***t thinking. When SATA was an MP let him or yourself show us that He was in Parliament on voluntary basis. He was being paid, we all need money.
These UPND MPs, why then are they still in the PACT. Looks like like they have lost respect for Sata.
This PACT is a joke. No evidence that UPND and PF are working together and speaking with one voice. Cant they even have a joint media office? What a joke of togetherness!!!
Can he please apologise to these brave men who are doing something in the NCC. Othersiwe Mr hamududu please remind him he does not have a degreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
#50 You are very correct. I was wondering whether anyone has seen a recent photo of HH and Sata together? I think another reason they tend to focus on insults as opposed to providing the electorate with an alternative agenda is the fact that to do so would bring to the forefront their different sets of priorities and would further strain a very fragile relationship.
Sata should know that getting a place at Embassy Park is not child’s play and NOT everyone can get a plot there.I implore him to accept this and support HH cos RB already booked his place there.
If we had to remove huge allowances they are recieving at NCC, how many people would remain at NCC and participate fully for the sake of making a good constitution for Zambian people?
i think the only reason that some women will vote sata in is because he is handsome and has sexy lips.. mmmm yummmy lips
If SATA has a proper DEGREE why does he keep on complaining.I can’t get it and which university did he go to,yes I know he is a hard work and we need him for president not HH atleast for 1 term or 2 .Please advise him if he was just cheating us ,he has just a matero one, these MMD guys will cage him MARK MY WORDS and just waite I’m sure they know what he has VERY VERY WELL THROUGH special branch because if these got it wrong they would have been fired by now.
yalikosa pa zed.
The Mps are right they can not let King Cobra talk any how. By the way PF has lost the case where they sued MP for Matero for attending NCC. This means even the other label MPs will win the case in court after Supreme Court has ruled in favour of MPs.
Michael Sata………..You’re fired..!!!!!!……..:-w
Veteran… I guess you have issues with mr sata. How come you have never offered any constractive nor positive criticism to whatever is said about mr sata? You seem to have so much hatred and bitterness towards him! Why are you so scared of him? I am not saying mr sata is an angel but for once pliz try to be fair in your criticisms.
Sata knows that his dream of becoming president of Zambia is off so he will work at making the PACT fail than letting HH take the presidency. I know Sata and I have worked with him. Remember am doing my job. So wait and see how it goes. Rupiah is clearly wining. PACT needs alangizi
Sata is always careless with his language and he has no diplomacy. I think with PACT will not be together by elections time next year.
Sata is a confusing character who actualy thinks that everyone is a fool.He is the type of guy balya abalanda ati nga shalyeko ninshi bonse takuli ukulya.
IT DOES NOT MATTER, WHICH PARTY ONE COMES FORM ,THE FACT REMAINS, ZAMBIANS HAVE BEEN SWINDLED OF BILLIONS OF KWACHA BY THIS FORUM WHO’S WORK IS SUSPECT AND QUESTIONABLE, VERY SAD INDEED!!
The only language Sata understands better is that of violence. I was there that day at Cabinet office when he alighted from then vice president Genral Miyanda’s office bloodied and his white silk shirt torn by the breast pocket after an irate General clobbered him for telling lies. It was also at National Assembly Motel where Sata once met his waterloo when a riled Lamba bull Lupunga Dawson wired him flat on the canvass. Panji Kaunda too nearly manhandled him once in parliament and I never ever heard Sata talking about these three ever. Maybe that is the stance all people should adopt, Sata says something silly about you, clobber him!

Mwenda Njangula says:
February 4, 2010 at 1:15 pmWhoever thinks the UPND is gone to sleep after it joined the pact with PF is proposing love to himself. Remember, UPND is the only party with above 70 per cent positive performance in recent elections. WHERE DO YOU GET THOSE FIGURES? SATA GOT 39%, RB GO 40% HH GOT 20% SO WHERE IS THE 70% FOR HH COMING FROM? EVEN AGAINST LEVY SATA WAS No2 FOLLOWED BY HH. IT WAS ONLY IN 2001 WHERE SATA FAIRED BADLY- BUT AS THEY SAY IT IS NOT IMPORTANT WHERE ONE STARTS BUT WHERE ONE ENDS. SATA IS FEARED BY ALL PARTIES INCLUDING THE MMD AND THAT IS WHY HE IS THE MOST TALKED ABOUT POLITICIAN.
I sure Sata has now started losing the ground. Too many factors against him. Careless talk , Amin type, divided part, against Northern/Luapula Chiefs. Them What next. Hooooooo Haaaaa[-(:)>-:-w:o
I do agree with one of the bloggers, veteran is very personal in his analyses of Sata. For once try to analyse issues, for example tell us why you think Sata can’t be president and compare that to his popularity.Remember,PF did not get the votes coz of FTJ.In the last elections,PF made major in-roads in central province.Whether Sata as a person is presidential material or not in your view, the fact is that he has managed to marshall support amongst the poor and a lot of educated guys,an example is UNZA which is of mixed population, yet Sata wins overwhelmingly.Like him or hate him,the man has strategically proved to be a force.
Veteran, your analyses is not substantive and is not backed by facts.Look,if PF is losing ground in Luapula or copperbelt as you imply,we could have seen some of the rebel MPs resign. In my view, you or the MMD should be realistic and acknowledge that,in the last elections,Sata only lost by 30,000 votes. As i write, there’s issuance of NRCs,the majority of those who are registering are youths who by the way are roaming the streets coz the jobs and college places aint there. Now,you tell me,these hopeless younglings won’t bought into Sata,s story, whether,it’s gonna be rhetoric or not.The fact of the matter is that Chinese don’t pay well and they overwork you, this is a fact, unless you living in kookoo land, then you will agree with me.
I wonder when we as Zambians are going to take a break. Character assasination is the order of the day. Can’t we emulate the politics practised in the United states, for example. Let the politicians move away from such vices. They will take us nowhere. Emulate the “young man” President Obama.
I think its coming to light , how the so called leaders like sata , n what u expect wen they are in office that they will lie in the morning, lunch, and afternoon. bcause they are liers, born to lie and will die lying .
I normal person can even associate yoself unless yo are satan close to sata .So 4get about sata being president , its a joke , let joke till his grave.
Love him or hate him, Sata is the the most outspoken, outstanding, none apologetic calls a spade a spade politician Zambia will ever have.Call him undereducated, standard 6 or whatever funny names you think of, Sata is the man.Sata the only Zambian politician who is self schooled from the University of the school of life. All the so called educated without brains shiver at the mention of the Cobra.Infact the man is more than a cobra but he is now the BLACK MAAMBA more potent!!
UPND , brothers and sisters , the earlier you came out of this the better, because you are not pulling together. Statements coming from juniors are worring . I have all the trust you can do better on your own, its never too late. Come on Tonga Bulls
how can UPND come out when their president is presidential candidate? it seems some of you are MMD supporters. you have put a degree clause… you know very well sata does not have one. HH will be presidential candidate. sata is just mocking MMD in telling them that he has a degree to keep them on their toes. be sensible people of zambia. you want to be like zambian high commission in London. This embasy should just close is not serving any interest of the zambian people…!!!!
