Share

Nkana coach Benjamin “Kawilo” Chilongo has said they will work hard in their next league game.

Nkana came from behind in their opening Week 1 fixture at home in Kitwe to draw 1-1 with Red Arrows.

“It was a 50-50 game and Arrows were tough,” Chilongo said in his first competitive league match in charge.

Chilongo said he was confident Nkana will pick up pace and were now looking forward to their next match against Konkola Blades in Chililabombwe.

“We are playing Konkola Blades in our next game and a good result will depend on our game plan for that match.”

  1. Ba Chilongo, be prepared for your second defeat, Blades walloped you 5 – 0 in a friendly two weeks ago and you expect to win. tough games lay ahead of you this season be prepared

  2. It iz theze home rezults that will have a telling effect on Nkana’z survival in the elite league. Now iz no the time to drop pionts, especially at home and to such teamz az Arrows. The strategy should be to get maximum points at home, come what may (or June) and then take chances with away gamez.
