  1. nice photos LT………………… Sata does again, after touching the chiefs head he now touched Jesus feet. Hope he even repented:d[-( PACT FOR 2011

  2. OMG Nawakwi is becoming an eyesore. plse improve your image mama:)>-#:-s#:-s:)>-

:-?:-?why donate mealie meal to state house team?? give to the poor plz:o:o[-o<[-o<[-o<

  3. @pic 16, ka Jesus na ka six pack…. or so it looks like. But the youngie is afraid of being whipped, why put his hand up when he cant face the music?

  4. T. Stevens, thank for your observation, a few weeks ago I was told off by some blogger here when I suggested a make-over for Miss Nawakwi. We just want Madam Nawakwi to look better as she is a public figure representing a modern well educated Zambian woman. No malice intended.

  5. Just to show how rubbish our country is:

Why should people be lining up for a national card?

How would officials know who they are dealing with?

What would stop Chiluba`s brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles, aunties and nephews from Congole lining up and obtaining a national card?

    Ala bwafya ku Africa.:o

  6. Nice photographs LT but if I am not mistaken,

    1. Hon. Peter Daka is NOT the Minister of Lands but the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives photo no. 5

    2. How does the former archbishop Milingo wait for EXIT formalities when he is arriving? If he is waiting for any formalities, then they must be ARRIVAL formalities. Photo no. 8

  7. Yes #9 Ululumbi, Pa Zed nothing is done in an orderly and organised way, it’s all ‘survival of the fittest’ to the advantage of pickpockets and other misfits.

  8. Nice photo’s, I like Sata talking to RB in the very friendly way considering how supporters of these two politicians argue here on LT, i think its a nice one.

  9. So why is noone complaining that the managing directors of zambia sugar and the National Milling Company white. the gov better start putting some emphasis on education and make it possible for zambians to run zambian companies and not just be happy with government jobs, where they can slop at the trough without much effort.

  10. Good Evening

RB’s public appearance alongside his rivals Sata and Nawakwi is a positive sign for Zambia’s political environment.

Good to see ba Milingo again. Considering all the controversy surrounding him, the man seems to be at peace with himself and the world.

  11. #5,7 – T. Stevens & Thermometer respectively – We should worry about how are politicians are performing not about their outward appearances.

If thats the case, then Sata should fix his teeth and get a chemical peel for his face.

  12. Milingo did a better thing in contrast to Irish and Philadelphia Priests who were sexually abusing young boys. Better be really than hypocritical.

Rupiah, Edith and Sata together makes my heart at easy. In spite all the Zambian Democracy deficit, at least we are a peaceful nation. Look at Kenya, Rwanda, Nigeria, D.R.C. South Africa history. Chuluba is missing because he knew they were not going to allow him have Eucharist since he has insulted the Catholic.

  13. Pic #1 to 7 Don’t be fooled these politicians are friends from day one.:)
Who fought for the third term for Chiluba? There you go.
Who was the vice president in Mwanawasa’s government? you get the idea.
Who did Chiluba appoint as his vice president in 1991?

  14. Eh Eh !!!! Is that the Edith Nawakwi I knew who looks like that ? What has gone wrong while I am away ? I use to admire her beauty, She was at that time, the lovely looking Lady minister ever in zambia. ( See K Millian = Ubusuma bobe ). I was planning to come and see her again, now the way she is looking; I am yet to change my mind. Sata alemoneka ukubilima that is good for him I think. Now that people have realised that he is going to form the next government, they are trying to get close to him. :d/ Good pictures anyway; I miss home MWEE !!!! Tukesa monana………

  15. Pictures #2 & #3

If anybody is looking for Presidential material within MMD.Look no further than the person next to RB in the picture.Felix Mutati is the man.Very progressive individual.

  16. pic #5 don’t you think that man in the middle looks like Dr. Dre. I was like: “wait a minute, what’s the Death Row doing at St. Ignatius?”:-?

  17. nice photos u see how whites are corrupt donating meal-meal to state house? NAWAKWI,SATA AND RB
ARE NOT FIT TO keep on ruling,we need fresh blood.

  18. #9 Ululumbi.

Of all the above posts yours is the only sensible one. Got to agree with you. These Congolese will get NRCs and next thing will be passports. Then they will go to France and commit crimes in the name of Zambian national. Pathetic.

  19. Someone has to find a way of issuing NRCs. What I see in pic #11 and 12 is really sad. RBs relatives will become Zambians suddenly. I mean what will stop them when all you have to do is line up?

People lets learn to be proud of what we have got as Zambians.

  20. It a wonder how many people in Zambia were de-franchised during last general and presidential elections. So, the Zambian government can’t manage even the issuance of NRCs. Everything in Zambia is so dis-organised. One would have thought that this were an on-going process. So, the MMD govt even used denial of NRCs to rig the elections? SAD!

  21. Oh my, what happened to Edith? She used to be a babe now she looks so much older than she really is. A blogger mentioned appearance is not important in propective leaders-seriously? How do you expect someone who does not even take pride in their outward appearance to take pride in a nation? Looking at the politicans around and how they look are you still wondering why Zambia is still on a road block? Everything happens because we allow it. I dont like MMD but what pains me is the calibre of ‘Zambia’s hope from MMD’. very sad..
No offence but Edith does not look well as in appearance and health wise…:(:(

  22. pic#1, i wonder what they were talking about, i hope they were not insults.
    pic#8,9mudala chinamusokoneza chi mu chocholi!!

  23. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

  24. In all honesty, Ba Nubian princes @ 17, Nawakwi is showing us what is inside.. a sad person for sure. She can not degrade herself in such a manner like in Pic 2, 5 and 6..
One has to take pride in how you present yourself in public, especially if you are a public figure yourself.
As regards to Sata’s teeth , thats the price for too much ibange, as for his face I think he did apply some jaribu at one point in his life, pantu those marks appear like ‘they came to stay irreversible damage’
#33 you are right!! Edith looks like a man indeed.
Ba 9, lining up for reg cards is not new in Zambia. Half the Nigerians in South Africa have Zambian NRC’s and passports.

  25. No. 15 Sepo. Are you a Zimbo where they hate whites? Do you know the nationalities of these whites? Do you know why they are MD’s of their respective companies? So many questions and yet you know nothing. People like you should go back where you came from – Zimbabwe.

  26. Please you old men {widowers} ……..somebody marry our Edith, she needs a caring and loving husband, before we lose the little left of her.
