  1. Meetings with the traditional rulers are important for national development. However, the documented plans or outcomes should be impleminated. Its this implemination stage which is difficult to overcome due to what is called the culture of ‘there is no money’. I hope that RB will do something not just to please the chiefs but to develop our motherland-Zambia.

  2. This is just a strategy to strengthen rural votes by the MMD. I wonder how people are allowing to be fooled with promises of development that have taken place from their government for a long time now. One does not need a closed door meeting when discussing development issues of national interest especially with chiefs. Why should development issues be talked in privacy? It does not make sense!

  3. Desperate situations need desperate methods. RB you dont need to talk to Chiefs. You have officers in all districts who should update you on what development is required. A chief is only one vote that is if you can actually trust that he will vote for you. We are the ones who actually matter.

  4. Love or hate it, wapya munzi Sata and his PF trolls are in deep trouble while the PACT has degenarated into a political shell of hopelessness and doom faster than anticipated.

PF strategy of sending 200 cadres to go burn Mansa and kill Chiluba on the Luapula soil has backfired as Chiluba takes a thunderous reception from his own people. On the other hand, the head of State His excellency President Banda is enjoying a wave of consensus meetings with Chiefs, the grassroot and voters around the country.

  5. An altruistic people’s lpresident that RB is takes Great pleasure in connecting with his people. This is deliberative democracy without barriers at best.

    Salutations Your excellency RB!

  6. :4 and 5 Development is not a Kantemba business- 1 Chief one Vote for MMD. 10 million Zambians= 10 million votes for opposition.William Banda andFTJ have confused MMD/RB

  7. #4 What thundrous reception are you talking about. You are reading GRZ propaganda machines like Times of MMD and MMD daily Mail. Chiluba was welcomed by MMD fools and thugs (2000+) transported from town. Iam from Luapula and I can assure you all these are tactics in futility.

  8. Chiefs in Zambia have become petty and money chasers. I’m not from Western Province but I support the Litunga very much. You wont see him going to state house and publicly support the ruling party. He has strong educated advisers hence when he speaks there is a ned to do so. Now the other chiefs, these mentioned above here and comedians like John Tembo alias Mwanachingwala, they are jokers. parading to support RB meanwhile, where they are coming from/their chiefdom are pro-opposition now. I shake my head in disbelief.

  9. Sorry in No. 8 I meant John Malambo not Tembo. Sorry. for the mix up in names. John Malambo the comedian is chief mwanachingwala. A big joker.

  10. Senior citizen & patriot what do you do for your living? Hope what U use for posting such is your system U benefited for being a carder. Hope U gonna die a ka natural death not depression. May the lord come soon

  11. This is just a waste of time from a desperate exiting politician.Gone are the days when chiefs would influence the voting pattern[-x[-x[-x[-x[-x

  12. #2,3,6,8 I dont understand the MMD and RB’s stratege of targeting chiefs. I wonder if at all they came out of state house without brown stuffs. Does it mean only the rural areas need development and the urban areas are aready developed or it is another way of political manipulation??

  13. # 10 maikalange,

  14. # 10 maikalange,

i hope i have helped you despite your prayer for me to die poor. Through hardwork i have earned highly rewarding skills and stand ready to impart them on fellow serious Zambia especially though with first degrees in Information systems, Computer science and other Business application programs. I’m not selfish to deny the willing Zambians struggling to get their doors of opportunities open up. OBIEE and informatica are highly rewarding skills on demand everywhere with high rewards. You create your own working environment and time. If you have skills others can learn from, share them here and help someone. not everyone is a cracker as bloggging has turned many, some are very serious people in life that just need guidance and support. together lets build Zambia on skills.

  15. That said, i now revert to national affairs unless you have an issue to engage me on thread of your personal directed question on what i do for life. Again, traditionally i avoid answering it because its too personal.

  16. Senior Citizen #15,14,13 and Patriot, #4 stop fooling yoselves! u sent yo own mmd cadres from lusaka to go and welcome yo thief chiluba. you two are just useless chaps! im in kasama rit now and i ave the first hand imfo

  17. F.E.I.R.A ,

Just laugh and pray for the salvation of these kachasu drunkards. The poor chap is high on kachasu even on sunday. He sees kasama as luapula. Its a suprise that Guy Scot is expecting to chase Chiluba from Luapula when he cannot take orders to chase the same Guy Scot out of Scotland or Lubinda out of his native country of Bangladesh. What a load of losers.

  18. Senior Citizen.

  19. senior citizen i love u and am happy that u have shown this pa bwato pipo that not bloggers are vikopo.what they want is to follow what ever nonsence they post.pliz i like your posting.i thank u.

  22. This is good news his exellency, the president of the republic of Zambia is taking tome to consult with chiefs, getting a better understanding of the citizens needs, while Sata is being evicted and banned from chiefs meeting because of disrespectfull behaviour, and HH busy spending time counting his cows.

  23. #23 hold your fire. I think just admit you were caught in a lie or better still thank gf for the correction. It is not necessary to insult especially when you know you are wrong. A good man should be able to admit when mistaken or tells a lie.Enjoy your sunday my pact partner.

  24. Ba Senior Citizen, kc and Patriot
Surely you are very happy for His Execellency Hon Bwezani Rupial Banda to have closed door meeting with Lamba chiefs. Why should development issues be talked in privacy? Pipo would suspect some hidden agender. I feelPresident does not need a closed door meeting when discussing development issues of national interest especially with chiefs. Let support good ideal not because we oblidged to support whatever the presido do. Be matured

  25. Detractors will never appreciate anything. If the development meeting with chiefs was held publicly the same people would pour scorn in their trademark language of insults. The detractors will open their mouths at anything, including things that they are totally ignorant about, they simply can’t keep their mouths shut. Take for example the recent embarrassing VOA interview with Mr Sata on the Chinese offer to finance Kafue Lower power project where Mr Sata does not know that Zambia has a shortage of electricity and why, or even where Kafue Lower is, but he wants to be president of Zambia.

  26. #15 – ‘Unwise Senior Citizen’-
Your job is impressive, but your political reasoning is extremely poor. Its either because knowledge is not equivalent to wisdom or maybe you use emotions to analyse political issues. I advise you to try and be quiet for sometime and try to read and learn from what other people have to say on this site.
    {NO malice involved}

  27. To most people who are unobjective even their own filth is honey no matter what.Only the shit of their own children will not smell.Such people see nothing wrong in Hakasata. But the evils these charactrs do are every where for anyone to see. There deficiencies too.Their mouths emit filth. And you still expect them to rule Zambia? We can say and do whatever we like, but remember that there is a role The Lord plays in Choosing leadership. Can’t you people see how some strove to be presidents but still the seat bypassed them and those who least expected became presidents…..Remember:Late Mwanawasa when someone thought it was obvious. And then RB…Magande felt it was obvious. And see Mupombo how he could not be vice president when he thought it was obvious. We are wasting time talking.
