    If you really care for the people of Matero and are popular, then do a dignified thing and let go of the PF by resigning, so that a bye-election can be held. This will allow the people of Matero to elect a leader they think will represent their views in Parliament.
    But of course you cannot resign as you are in it for money and just waiting for 2011 to get your gratuity for doing nothing. It can only happen in Zambia were there is a compromised Speaker of the National Assembly.
    Its really painful to have a group of so-called leaders who have no shame and hence no dignity.
