FTJ backs President Banda over cooperating partners

Share

DR Chiluba is interviewed by reporters

Former Second Republican president Dr Frederick Chiluba says he fully supports President Rupiah Banda’s statement that cooperating partners should not blackmail government as a way of resolving challenges.

Dr Chiluba said cooperating partners should not take the country for granted because they were providing support to various sectors of the economy.
He said cooperating partners should respect the country’s sovereignty and not hold it to ransom.

The former president said Zambia never applied for support from donors but they have been bringing back what was gotten from the country. Dr Chiluba was speaking in an interview with ZANIS in Kitwe on Sunday on the sidelines of the 50th birthday celebrations of Dr Bernard Nwaka at Global Living Water Ministeries International Church where he was invited to grace the occasion.

He said even the conditions attached to the aid was not necessary compared to what the colonial regime got from the country which was more than what they are giving back as aid.

He said the opposition leaders who were criticising President Banda on the matter were doing so because they were ignorant of what they were saying and have not been to State House.

He warned people to watch out for such leaders critiquing the President if they got to power because donors did not vote for Government but the people of Zambia did.

Dr Chiluba was commenting on recent criticism by some opposition leaders over President Banda’s reaction to some cooperating partners’ interference into the country’s internal matters.

Last week, upon arrival from Namibia where he had gone on an official State visit, President Banda said cooperating partners should not blackmail government as a way of resolving challenges that the country was facing in various sectors of the economy.

And speaking during celebrations, Dr Nwaka said people especially Christians need to stand with Dr Chiluba because of what he went through when he declared Zambia as a Christian nation.

The clergy said Dr Chiluba should be respected very much and look at him as a father of the nation for the good that he did when he was president.
He cited the home ownership policy that he implemented during his tenure of office saying it was unfortunate that many people have forgotten soon and failed to appreciate Dr Chiluba.

Dr Nwaka said what the former president went through after his presidency was a spiritual battle which God has seen him through.

  1. There is no value in what Chiluba says no one has respect for him ; because of the money he is keeping meant for the poor , he must give it back to the poor , God listens to the cries of the poor ,so that will continue to haunt you throughout all your life

  2. Chiluba will agree with anything RB says coz he is still thanking him for getting him off the hook. The best thing for mr Chiluba right now is to keep out of the news lest he angers the people.

  3. Can someone shut this peon up already. It irks me to hear him talk as though he is so innocent. Even when he talks sense his evil overshadows everything. People have suffered and died because of this peon’s greed….kwena justice escaped Zambians.

  4. Well said Dr. Chiluba! You are one of the respectable part of our MMD and the country at large.

  5. I repeat it for the PF cadres here panting for their erstwhile masters in concession of a homosexual society in Zambia.

Zambia is no extension of any nation state. To avoid reparation, those erstwhile colonial masters confusing mercenary parties and clueless NGOs, those countries now calling themselves donors countries have a moral duty to observe their commitment to keep supporting the very countries they raped, plundered, rooted and left breeding for over 200 years plus more especially after the partitioning of Africa at the Berlin Conference of 1884-1885.

  6. It is our forefathers’ uncompensated labor, our stolen commodities without a legal tender such as copper, diamond, gold, ore, platinum, Zinc, oil and timber among many that have built those castles. They owe us and not the opposite therefore for the payback; we don’t deserve to forfeit our sovereignty as Sata a pro colonialist mercenary want.

The fact that we are not asking for reparation for their crimes against humanity and our heritage does not mean we have turned servitude in the form of neo-colonialism. Like them, we are stakeholders on a new footage of forgiveness and statecraft.

  7. As a sovereign state Zambia respects all signed treaties and conventions on a win-win basis and not horse and rider terms. We are not a satellite state of any international political entity rich or poor. If anything, Zambia’s relationship with preponderant powers is very cordial though a few with a commitment to promote their queer culture on society are contravening the very diplomatic treaties they signed in their presented credentials.

  8. We respect and preserve the democratic space as much as the country has these pro-homosexual allies like PF whom the queer organizations have found as heir axis of promoting evil, however we will never forfeit our moral authority to vices as a christian nation we disdain. and deny that spirit of preservation they hope to supplant in our society. They can ask the UN for a no-man’s land to partion a piece as a gay land where they should dump Sata to rule some gays.

  9. Zambia belongs to Jesus and will never subscribe to the sin of homosexuality for the sake of aid if such is the catch. In a multilateralist world where there are not constraints to stay and operate only in give power block as it were during the cold war, we will realize the gains of sovereignty in decision making and bilateral support. We have resources which are on Global demand to use in our pursuit of nation statehood.

  10. Being a donor under any situation does not give one the rights to obligate international treaties, conventions and codes of diplomacy which are signed and presented in presented credentials. Such kind of thinking is only synonymous with PF ignobles who if by miracle they ever test power, they would forfeit their sovereignty even their bedroom space to any donor advancing abuse on them.

  11. This Mr FJT Chiluba is now proving to be a very bad liability to Zambia and Zambians even after he terribly conducted himself as Zambian President from 1991 to 2001 with his then right hand man, PF’s leader MC Sata.

Thus, on “And speaking during celebrations, Dr Nwaka said people especially Christians need to stand with Dr Chiluba because of what he went through when he declared Zambia as a Christian nation… said Dr Chiluba should be respected very much and look at him as a father of the nation for the good that he did when he was president,” there is no need for me as a Zambian Chistian to embrace Mr Chiluba’s very bad ways he governed Zambia just because he is claiming to be a Christian of which one wonders which god Mr FJT Chiluba really worships.

    B blest o…

  12. In other words you are donor money is your birth right because of what they took out. If you misuse that donor money no one should question you as you are fully entitled to it, right? Any way no one really respects Chiluba anymore, what ever comes out of his mouth is eqavalant to a goat passing gas, no one cares. We will sort you out next year.
Classic example of not only shooting yourself in the foot but blowing away the entire knee! If donor money is withdrawn these evil people will not be affected in a anyway or form, Thandie will still get her Italian shoes and bags, RB will fly privately to watch the Olympics so they can afford to have mouth diarrhoea. :)>-
Zambians you know what to do next year! :)>-:)>-:)>-:)>-:)>-:)>-[-(:)>-:)>-

  13. Many of you bloggers supporting the thieving pygmy would not even be blogging here if it were not for Uncle BC (donor funds). Could have your families afforded to pay tuition fees, accommodation, food, money to give the clients at cockpit, money for shekas, etc? I think the answer is a straight no. After benefiting, you turn around and say that donors are blackmailers. You are entitled to the money anyway because it was stolen from you. This is despicable to say the least. We forget too that there are other countries in need of help that actually utilize the money properly. And what is being done to address the donor concerns? Nothing. Instead we blame them for the mess! Please address the CONCERNS that the donors, yes DONORS and not the euphemism “cooperating partners”.

  14. Kafupi anaba Ndalama he is a ka bwalala and only his Mbuya will keep him away from jail, otherwise iyi nkhani it is complicated green shoes mwebanthu shuwa aaaaaa nachimukazi chake stole from another man; heavy duty one can only imagine how things work out!!!!:-w:-w:-w:-w:-w:-w:-w:-w

  15. FTJ has a ruling coming up for his case and his wife! He will do well to keep quiet and not encourage a faux pas! Unfortunately, the former diplomat doesn’t have the clout of KK to stand up to donors and when government condones theft by public servants Katele Kalumba, Borniface Nonde, Bede Mpande and Professor Benjamin Mwene who have now be rightly convicted, MMD Chief Boot Licker and Senior citizen will also do well to understand that not everyone who criticises MMD is anti- even Mmembe is a former MMD and you (MMD Chief Boot Licker and Senior citizen) will be in October, 2011!

  16. Ba Chiluba or Kaluba please shut up, I am a support of MMD policies not its deeds so get the hell out of our local news later on Int’l news.

  17. Look at this mumu! what are these pple talking, pple are suffering in that country coz the short man with his big head mismanaged the finances of the country, giving to his girlfriends now see they are praising him. very silly indeed. if pple have nothing to say to Chiluba pls shut up! *****s.

  18. Bad as it may sound, every situation has a silverlining. You should not be surprised to see increased assistance to the opposition. Thirty-eight p.c. of the national budget is donor funded. Withholding half or all of it would have serious consequences. Here is where political intelligence becomes and invaluable asset.

  19. Heft T J you and bwezani are both thieves, how can two walk together unless they agree. It takes a thieve to compliment a fellow thief.Dwarf.

  20. It must be a heavy and difficult burden to carry for this small -brained, small philandering, and thieving pygmy kabwalala mushibila nsala. So what else is new? Question is: Why would anybody other than his thieving cohorts even have time to interview this mo@*th@#fu*cker? On anything; and who gives a rat’s a.s.s what he has to say about anything?

  21. How and since when did Chiluba become the father of the nation? Some of these confused so-called churches and th4rir leaders are just as f.uc.ked. up as the churches and leaders they pupport to speak on behalf of!

  22. Chiluba is not a christian but a conman. He conned foolish MMD cadres through the name of Jesus, stole from the church offerings. He is headed for hell and those who support him should expect to meet him there. Zambia was declared a christian nation by a conman, sinner, wife grabber, thief and liar. Therefore, all his declarations because they were done not in good faith should be regarded as null and void. So, Zambia is not a christian nation. Today there’s nothing in Zambia that looks christian and it is a mockery to use the Jesus’ name while deep down everyone in government is a thief. If Zambia was a christian nation, we could have seen signs of Christianity by now. What do we see, Katele crimes, Changwe crimes, Chiluba crimes, and oh Lord, William Banda.

  23. If Donor funds are going to Banda’s global trips, funding party activities, paying party un qualified party cadres sent in missions abroad e.g our Zambia Embassy here in Botswana where everyone is a party cadre, some were marketeers in zambia and now they are first secretaries in the Embassy, then donors have the right to keep their money and give it to those who can make better use of it. If you are a dependant you need to learn to be accountable to encourage the one who gives you. We cannot be deceived by those who are stealing in MMD, eating fruits on top of our heads while our relatives who deserve that money are dying in hospitals for lack of medicine. We need to be equal dependants and not a situation where others are dying of hunger and lack of medicals, but Kundas are feasting.

  24. Chiluba was not as bad as we all think. The only thing he did wrong was when he started the 3rd term issue. His enemies inluding late Mwanawasa and defectors to FDD stole the money and made it appear like Chiluba did. The guy is poor wearing the same suits everyday. Nawakwi stole from the state when she was at finance. The real culprits are the people we are supporting today. Sata was caught with $27000 in SA and no one talks about it. Has anyone seen chiluba with $27000 vash on him? Lets not follow blindly napapata

  25. If zambia is poor we need to share that little we have to reduce our poverty but not a situation where our leaders are having feasts all the time at state house while our women carry placentas from UTH to burry at home. We say we are poor when Kunda goes to South Africa for 3 weeks for flu review with his family.
We need to be serious people of zambezi land please. We should not be deceived by a few people like chiluba who are benefiting from our sweat while our relatives are suffering.

  26. All these former MMD guys are thieves including Chiluba, they are scared to review each other because they still want to be benefing in one way or the other. If Sata will win next year Chiluba can still benefit because MC promised to forgive his sins. These insults between Chiluba and Sata are just in public behind closed doors they promise each other heaven on earth.

  27. As far as am concerned there is nothing new in Sata, it’s the same group of thieves who ruled our nation before and they want to re-group in pf period. Having Sata as president is like inviting Chiluba again in state house to continue stealing.

  28. What a way of saying thank you to donors, where a head of state says I did not ask for your money. Zambians we really need good governance, just because they are living well and the little money donors give zambians is abused by them then they can say such a thank you on our behalf. Shame on RB.

  29. This little stupid thief will support everything his boss R.B does. One day R.B will decide to shit in his mouth and as usual the little thief will say yes bwana coz if he refuses, jele is waithing.Hahahaha.

  30. Yaya…nomba elo lyanya bane. Even the chief thiefs has denounced the donors, no more money from donors now. Ka Chiluba should keep quiet kanshi nishi kalefyaya aka akamuntu??
Mwanya you will not steal more donor money and we will see what you will use in bye elections. You ,use the donor money for bribing the electorates… you useless people. Find your own money and stop crying over money which is not yours ba mambala , bakabolala imwe. :)>-:)>-:)>-

  31. This goes beyond being a sovereign nation; it is about thieving by a few from the majority. What is moral about stealing money that is meant for the sick? Of course Chiluba is going to agree with his fellow lazo. In fact these people are not only stealing from foreign nationals, they steal the hard earned money by Zambian tax payers. They grand stand pretending to be geniuses at making money, when in actual fact they are not even capable of running a katemba. Banda has always been supported by the tax payers, he has never run a successful business. Same goes for Chiluba (stop calling this little p.unk Dr, never earned it), he started to steal from the trade union. Wake up Zambians, it is your money. Look what has happened to Zimbabwe without donor support. Be real, we can survive without a

  32. DONORS ARE RATIONAL ACTORS AND CONSISTENT ON THEIR MORAL COMMITMENT TO COUNTRY HISTORY HAS THEM INDEBTED TO

The ignorance and lack of strategic reasoning by PF cadres is not only alarming but self revealing and killing any hope of ever having an alternative regime to MMD in the next five years if the apathetic intellectuals don’t stop shunning politics. Look at the PF cluelessness as they struggle with comparative politics for the case of democratic Zambia. They hope multilateral partners are irrational to turn on their commitment just because Sata want Zambians scream. Its clear PF is a clueless circus club. They are daft on why Senator Feingold sponsored the enacted “Zimbabwe Democracy and Economic Recovery Act”- ZDERA. Nothing about Zambia qualifies the Zimbabwe case.

  33. Zambia is constitutionally a democratic capitalist state. She holds competitive elections every five years with a limit of tenure on the Presidency, has a free market economy with property and investment rights. She neither have re-nationalization clause in the republican constitution nor take over from owners land rights. Zimbabwe’s Mugabe like Sata is a Marxist, has forceful re-nationalization and property grabbing rights, no term limit to his Presidency and anti capitalism. To think that there is any multilateral democracy willing to risk and shred his money on certified defacto dictator pressing the utopian re-nationalization agenda against pro-democracy pragmatists is delusional theoretical thesis.

  34. Feingold sponsored the enactment of ZDERA which then US assistant secretary of state for African affairs Chester Crocker said was aimed at “making land grabbing socialist Zimbabwe’s economy scream” in order to separate Zimbabweans from Zanu-PF though proven in vain. Then the question is what would drive rational actors in the donor community squeeze model democratic Zambia and her people. On a daily basis, the country is swelling in local and FDI from all over the world in all sectors of a growing economy? Just last month Britons invested over US $ 800 million in commercial farming to mention but a few. It is wishful thinking for PF kaponya to think otherwise about the Zambian people they vainly hate. Donors are not usable pawns for losers. They do not act on rubbish calls or tribal…

  35. Number 34 and 35 stop playing the grade seven tricks , who do you think cant see your stupidity using different name wont take you anywhere see you thought you are clever than you think but your postings have exposed your foolishness same picture different names ikali i yo :d:d

  36. God help us .Too much politics in my country at the expense of development especially rural zambia were my mother and other hard working mothers are found.Pipo are just talking politics.A m fed up

  37. This man was ready to sell the country to the so called donor countries. Iam not surprised that he is now against them, because RB is now his guardian angel so he will support anything that RB does.

  38. I think what should be said is that we should not rely too much on donors. The G8 summit in Canada has revealed that donors have not honored their promises on helping poor nations and now cannot guarantee increasing support to poor counties. What we should all begin thinking is how to survive and progress with minimal donor support. Otherwise when they cut support for alleged corruption (corruption that can never be completely stamped out, human nature not only common in Africa or poor nations) we are in trouble and its the poor that suffer. Maybe our leaders who have had that opportunity to interact with these donors at that level maybe right but are putting the point across in a wrong way. I certainly want to see an economically independent Zambia.

  39. Donors should support Zambia by denying these MMD theives the donor money which never reaches the intended target anyway. Chiluba? Who is that?

  40. We must fight corruption but at the same time our poor people have a right to better health facilities, education facilities and others. How many people have passed on due to the donors withdrawal. Its high time we begin focusing on our own progress instead of having budgets heavily dependent on donor support otherwise help of any kind should be welcome. We must have faith.

  41. So this is the reason why this pygmy has been helping himself to state coffers and donor money. He believes the donors are the causes of all our sufferings because they got resources from Zambia at the time of colonialism. This is not the way to justify stealing bwana shorty, just bring back that which you stole from us.

  42. RB is ungreatful. The donor countries are only asking for accountability of the funds they give to zambia. Because mmd is a wrotten government who have nothing to show for what they have done hence RB saying did not ask donors for money. Under Chiluba donor money was stolen and the evidence is there in the London Judgement case. RB wants to do the same as Chiluba and take as much as he can before he leaves office in 2011. As for the British government it is a shame on them wanting to give 54 million pounds to the zambian government when RB said they do not need their money. The British Tax payers money is being wasted and yet its british nationals are having cuts in their benefits. Shame on Britain.

  43. Why does Senior Citizen always talk about Homosexuals? regardless of what topic is under discussion, he must mention homosexuals. He must be one. Senior Citizen you are a thorn in the flesh and a danger to society. Chiluba is a shame and danger to the nation, does’t he know that his utterances can put the country in a very disadvantaged position. God should judge him he has crossed the line.

  44. Any one against donors expressing concern about their money management in Zambia is an Imbecile. Please don’t take this as an insult but as praise. Most of us fail to achieve that high score because we so worried about Zambia up to our last breath.**==

  45. “…The former president said Zambia never applied for support from donors but they have been bringing back what was gotten from the country…”

If this is true, why was MMD of officials all up in arms, a week or so ago, when Sata suggested that the donor community should stop AID to Zambia because of the luck of accountability. Now, allover a sudden they don’t care about foreign aid?! What a bunch of hypocrites!

“…He said even the conditions attached to the aid was not necessary compared to what the colonial regime got from the country which was more than what they are giving back as aid…”

True, but what’s his point? Did colonialists stole from Chiluba and his ilk alone? Whatever your so called “colonial-thieves” are giving back today belongs to all Zambians!!

  46. sorry,

my #62 should read : “…Did colonialists ‘steal’ from Chiluba and his ilk alone?…” and NOT ‘stole’…

  47. No #6 ule supporter chikabwalala, watumpa kanshi , kabie kanshi akupeleko ne mpiya, nobuchushi bobe, nga akupela ninshiuliweshuko sana mu ZED?

  48. Chiluba should give us a break. Sorry to say, we do not need his contributions on national matters. He failed as president.

You should not bite the finger that feeds you. We need donor funds at cost.

  49. This thing called Chiluba, which calls himself a person, should learn to shut up because its mouth stinks – with corruption, lies, deception e.t.c. Funny how some so-called pastors can refer to a thief and a wife-stealer as the father of the nation! Question is is Zambia a country of thieves and wife-stealer for a thing like Chiluba to be its father? All foolishness and lack of correction thinking and reasoning.

  50. The bottom line is that funds given by donors are meant for the amelioration of the lot of all Zambians, not for the enrichment or enjoyment only of those holding the strings of power. It is therefore right for the donors to demand for accountability in the way we use their money. Indeed, it behoves all of us citizens to demand accountability from those whom we have put in charge of our affairs, including donor funds.
Only those who engage in dishonesty will cry foul and protest national sovereinty when donors demand for accountability. Neither Kafupi’s nor Bwezani’s protests on sovereignty are genuine or deepseated in their hearts! If they were, we would have seen serious attempts from those two to meaningfully develop this country and reduce donor dependency. LPM TRIED, AT LEAST!

  51. When we accept donor support on certain conditions, including the condition that we should not allow any of it to be stolen, then we must keep our part of the agreement. Theft is theft is theft, even if it is carried out by self-proclaimed born-again Christians.
If we want unconditional donor aid (because of past colonialism or any other reason) then that is what we must demand. Even in those circumstances the aid should not be stolen.
As Zambians we should not condone the theft of funds meant for the poor and for infrastructure development, whether those funds are from donors or from taxpayers.

  52. Chiluba and His opinion..is it possible for Chiluba to speak against RB, I pray that one day politicians will be truthfull….Selfless people we need..Zambia is to condemn somehow for being lazy and corrupt–I do not mean Zambian people but the Zambian government…….We need to change, if we were serious we could not be begging upto now–We can be independent even in our finances

  53. I don’t even know why Zambians condone this little man. He is a disgrace if he is a true christian he should stay away from the MMD dirty politics.

  54. The Donors have the right to decide how those who they give money should use it. RB and all African leaders wake up and ensure your people can generate funds through owning businesses which you can tax other than selling your companies such as ZAMTEL for nothing and all mines under foreign hands and payin little tax. Where is the winfall tax on Copper ba RB???? 🙂

  55. Senior Citizen, spare us the regurgitation of grade 8/9 history lesson. We live in a global village and while we are a soverign state, as long as we go to the donars cup in hand to beg, then they have every right to comment. The bi – lateral donars obviously have to do so within established diplomatic channels.

To expect the global community to turn a blind eye is to delude yourself at your peril. These same donars will be play a key part in removing MMD through the next ballot so if i were you i would court them rather than demonise them.

  56. Dr. Chimpanzee; Good point. Lets govern ourselves well then we can shout that we are soveriegn. The truth is if the donor tap and all their assistance were to dry up today, in the coming months, RB would stop travelling. Lets love ourselves and each other for once and do what is right. Scandals in Health, then RDA, now one hears next is education!

  57. As for the little man also known as hefty Jay (FTJ – now hefty coz his pockets are stuffed with dollars) there are only two places where he belongs – either a Zoo ( i think we could attract tourists to come and see him in a cage) or in a prison.

He is a disgrace to the country, i feel embarrassed when i am associated to him by virtue of being Zambian. He can spin the truth as much as he wants and use government media to peddle his lies, but he will never lie to the zambian people again. As the bible aptly says…..”the hour has come……”

Suddenly HH is causing suffering due to his support of privatisation – what a load of tosh! Hefty Jay brought in privatisation and that angle wont sell so change the record. You make me sick senior citizen – shame on you.

  58. “…The former president said Zambia never applied for support from donors but they have been bringing back what was gotten from the country…”

…..this is one careless and dangerous statement from a desperate man that cannot go without comment. To sit here and check out comments from Senior Citizen is sad indeed, really sad! The statement is generalised and in this context, one can easily itemise the list of donor countries…starting with those that have no colonial ties with Zambia and donated millions of $s to our country. We were colonised by the British, donor countries are made up of different countries…this is really a cheap shot, id..tic to be honest! [-(

  59. Chiluba will never be re-prosecuted even if a miracle happens and Sata or Ichilema wins. Sata is a good friend of Chiluba and Ichilema is secretly meeting with MMD to secure his future! You guys who follow blindly will soon start your own political parties like Milupi once you realize how stinking-dirty politics are! Mark my words fellow countrymen and young beaultiful women

  60. Is this when Chiluba is getting to understand that the donor conditions on the loans they give to us are really pathetic? why was he chasing after them when he was president?, after that he even pocketed all that they had given to the country. This man never ceases to amaze me.

  61. #80 Bum licker
Are you saying MMD are contemplating fielding HH as their Presidential candidate? I hope it’s true, the end will surely justify the means. God works in mysterious ways.

  62. Ciluba’s end will be disastrous. If only he can leave God out of his tricks he could just be forgiven.

  63. Some church leaders are pathetic. How can anyo0ne support Chiluba?
Anyway this is what money does to people
Also interesting is that the same So Called Bishop Nwaka is busy having a bash for his birthday when he could use the same resources to help the poor in his community. Awesome!

  64. does chiluba enjoy calling himself Doctor? Chiluba smokes too much. He will always be a kaponya despite his brushing shoulders with intelectuals. I pray for this man to one day pay for his sins and I know that day is very very soon. Not only did he steal a wife but so many people died misteriously during his rule… the funny part is he thinks he can escape all this…

  65. Chiluba should be ashamed if he has any shame at all. He Chiluba is the one who stole donor money. No donor countries is trying to blackmail zambia. It is RB and his corrupt mmd that are thieves and want to point a finger at donors. The guilt are afraid. RB you need to account for donor money not for your pockets.

  66. the donors should increase the support to the parties showing promise and with modern vision to transform zambia. Let them increase support to the upnd, add and narep. Pf and mmd are dying parties with their ageing presidents without directions but insults and self preservation

  67. The truth is RB iwe, we need the donor support, we cannot do without it. The donors are financing a large sector of our budget and provision of clean water and environment. RB you say donors should not make comments in public but seek dialogue with your office. IN the same lunacy state you publicly rebuke them instead of clling them for a meeting. Trebble standards.

  68. FTJ is busy supporting anything RB does ro say no matter how wrong it is. Is this the reason or the PACT they went into (RB & FTJ) to secure FTJ’s induced aquital?

Both will face jial sentence in 2011.

  69. Sometimes you start wondering weather Kafupi’s brains are functioning. The best thing he can do is to shut up and wait for more court cases after 2011 elections.
