This current crop of MMD leaders ,acts first and thinks later simply because of big mpuno wants things done his way , but remember big mpuno was never a founding member of MMD and by that i seriously doubt if he has even read the MMD party constitution .
Which clearly states that a MMD NEC needs to be re elected every 5 years and the last NEC was voted in , between july 13 and 17th 2005 which means that this current NEC has actualy over stayed its mandate which constitutionaly (MMD) expired on july 17th 2010 , so the NEC that conveined to expell Mpombo and mangande actauly in leagal tearms has no mandate . so this is the window opening that they the MMD did not realise when expelling these two MP’s and as such will bite them in the but
