Change Life Zambia executive director Father Frank Bwalya has warned First Lady Thandiwe Banda, that she risks being Zambia’s first former First Lady to be prosecuted.
Father Bwalya says if the money Mrs Banda was dishing out to women’s clubs in the northern and Luapula provinces is not accounted for, she will be prosecuted.
Father Bwalya says it is clear that the reason the first lady had gone to the two provinces was to campaign for her husband.
He says though it is not a problem for the first lady to campaign for President Banda, the gimmick used was wrong.
In an interview with QFM, Father Bwalya questioned Mrs. Banda’s failure to give money through NGOs for women’s support programme.
He said it is now clear that the first lady has become an MMD cadre from the way she has been questionably giving money to purported women’s clubs.
[QFM]
Ask yourself, Fr. Bwalya, who runs the judiciary and tell me how possible that can be. You should know better.
this is as a result of the useless leders and their advissers we have in the country at the moment.
Honestly, How do you allow your wife (first lady fer that matter) to be a cader??
I cant blame them!!!!!!

U are correct Father Bwalya, R.B is very old & will soon be out of plot 1 & the poor teacher Thandiwe will one day be made 2 explain where she got that batch of money which she was shamelessly distributing.
The little girl shud not be over excited with her sugar daddy’s lawlessness. One day she will face the boot of the law.

Any Zambian with just 0.01% the intellect of Father Bwalya would easily understand the point he is driving. But those with an IQ of a Hyena would take what Father Bwalya is saying very offensive. The Age of Accountability is coming next year. Dare touch the Zambian money!!!!!!!!!!
Thandiwe must tell the nation where the money is coming from as Zambians we deserve to know its source. We do not want our women to be convicted in future if she is using questionable funds. In the same line FTJ was cleared but the beneficiary, Regina, is still dancing to the tune of the law.

LT can you put in measure to block tbloggers who have insulting names and those who use insults in their debates. You can easly do that it is very simple. Some of these guys dont know, but it is very easy to catch you (if we just meant to). BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Debate intelligeably.
Zambians will neither eat the hallucinations of this cadre nor his insensitive greedy nature when their plight is demanding. Our first lady is a moral leader actively championing the causes of the needy. If this childless father has evidence that anywhere in the General ledger of GRZ money is purported to have been given to our humanitarian cause unconstitutionally, this cadre should produce that evidence and many of us eminently trained in the corporate world as Budget analysts will get to the bottom of matters. Zambian progressives will never be preoccupied with Bwalya’s crusade ofmalice and school yard hallucinations.
Bishops hail caring First Lady
THE Bishops Council of Zambia has hailed First Lady Thandiwe Banda for her assistance to the vulnerable communities in the country.
Bishops Council of Zambia director-general Isaac Chabwera said Mrs Banda should be commended for the efforts she is making to reduce high poverty levels in most communities.
The Bishops Council of Zambia comprises Protestant, Pentecostal and Catholic leaders.
Dr Chabwera said the organisation will support the First Lady’s efforts of reaching out to the needy.
“We are going to work with the first lady to ensure that we reach out to all the people especially the women and the youth,” he said.
Dr Chabwera said this at a capacity building workshop for women in economic empowerment in Lusaka yesterday.
The workshop was aimed at equipping women with entrepreneurship skills.
He said he is happy that many people have been able to access funds from the Citizen’s Economic Empowerment Commission.
Dr Chabwera said Government has continued to demonstrate political will in fighting poverty and enhancing peace.
And MMD secretariat administrative secretary Augustine Chapita said there is need to build a broad alliance among all stakeholders if the country is to develop.
“The MMD encourages all stakeholders to dialogue if there are differences in opinion. Peace is an essential quality that should characterise all relationships,” he said.
# 9, 11(Veteran) you scared B.A.S.T.ARD your time for reckong is dawning!
Mr Chapita said the church should uphold biblical teachings and provide guidance to the nation instead of causing anarchy.
“Government will continue to accommodate constructive criticism but no Government on this planet can allow irresponsible and misleading statements from church leaders,” he said.
And the Leadership In Development (LID) has advised Patriotic Front (PF) president Michael Sata and Fr Frank Bwalya to stop politicising the First Lady’s charity work.
LID executive director Moses Kalonde said his organisation is saddened and concerned with Mr Sata and Fr Bwalya’s unrelenting attacks on Mrs Banda.
He said the First Lady must be commended by well meaning Zambians for the role she is playing in attending to the needs of the less-privileged in society.
Mr Kalonde said in a statement issued in Lusaka yesterday that opposition political leaders and Fr Bwalya should exhibit maturity when criticising Mrs Banda’s charity work.
He said the First Lady should be supported and commended by well meaning Zambians as she is contributing to the alleviation of poverty by supporting women’s clubs in various business ventures through the provision of start up capital.
“LID has learnt with worry and sadness, though not surprised, that Mr Sata and Fr Bwalya, the retired priest, have chosen to discredit the good works of the First Lady.
“Mrs Banda has chosen to contribute to the alleviation of poverty by supporting women’s clubs. It is imperative therefore that Mr Sata and Fr Bwalya become mature enough when providing constructive criticism unlike issuing careless and unresearched statements meant to attack people doing charity works,” he said.
Mr Kalonde said it is unfortunate that Fr Bwalya has decided to allegedly throw away his pulpit attire to join politics of insults.
He said Fr. Bwalya’s continued outbursts and attacks on Government and the First Lady is unchristian and unbiblical.
He appealed to Fr Bwalya to leave politics of insults and attend to his calling of spreading the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ instead of preaching messages of doom.
Mr Kalonde challenged Fr Bwalya to tell the nation who is providing financial resources for his organisation’s ‘Change Life Zambia’ advertisement, press conferences and other costs he has been incurring in his quest to vainly discredit Government and its works.
He commended Mrs Banda for attending to the needs of the underprivileged people in societies.
Mr Kalonde said Mrs Banda’s charity work has helped many women to send their children to school, seek medical attention as well as provide shelter.
Mwata and Veteran DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE MONEY CAME FROM AND DO NOT CARE.
How simple to write it off as presidential wives giving to Thandiwe.
Mwata has nothing to say except SPAMMING TIMES NEWS AS NORMAL.
If the money is LEGITIMATE then account for it!
SIMPLE THINGS ARE SOMETIMES TOO HARD FOR MMD!
The case against the Ghost Worker is now under way.
First Lady, Thandiwe Banda, has presented K30 million for distribution to about 500 women’s clubs in Mpika district. Mrs. Banda said she has an obligation to care for women and children in the country.
Mrs. Banda said more needs to be done to empower women and that her assistance to various women groups can go a long way in contributing to the development of the nation.
Speaking in Mpika district to mark the end of her seven day tour of Northern Province, Mrs. Banda thanked the well-wishers for supporting her efforts to serve the women folk and the vulnerable children in the nation.
Mr Kalonde challenged Fr Bwalya to tell the nation who is providing financial resources for his organisation’s ‘Change Life Zambia’ advertisement, press conferences and other costs he has been incurring in his quest to vainly discredit Government and its works.
ITS ME!
Money spent supporting any opposition party is well spent.
Rupiah will be gone in 2011 and MMD cadres will say anything to protect their incomes.
Veteran, PF UPND jealous & sata libolo – Your are *****s and shamelessly MMD bootlickers who just support anything that the ruling party is doing without fully analysis them. On what grounds do you attack Father Bwalya when he is raising a serious issue at hand? If the so called first lady is going round helping the needy, why is she thanking people for voting the MMD and asking them to vote for the most useless president on earth? She is probably spending more money than she is giving out, unfortunately all of it being paid by us tax payers. Probably you *****s who do nothing but kissing RB’s dirty, fat and stinking ass at the Airports every time he goes out on his useless but partying trips. It’s better you shut up than keep annoying people!!!!
Luapula Women Hail First Lady’s Food Security Drive
WOMEN in Kawambwa District of Luapula Province have paid glowing tribute to First Lady, Thandiwe Banda, for her commitment to promoting food security in the country.
The women, who turned up in their hundreds at St Mary’s High School where Mrs Banda was donating an assortment of goods to various women support groups, said more women had joined farming as a result of the first lady’s encouragement.
“We are very grateful for your encouragement; we now have about 57 women groups in the district, which is unprecedented. Many more women are now joining the groups and we have realised that in farming it is easier to survive,” said Rosemary Kabungo, a spokesperson of the women groups in the district.
We have so many orphans here and widows, but because of farming we are now able to support them. We are also asking for more support on farming inputs such as seeds and fertiliser to expand our production.”
The first lady is in Luapula Province to inspect women’s ongoing developmental projects, and make donations to the existing support groups. In Kawambwa, she donated sewing machines, bags of fertiliser as well as of maize seed.
“Some women have been trained by FAO (the Food and Agricultural Organisation); I am happy and humbled to have facilitated and I promise to continue working with you women,” Ms Banda said.
The first lady said women were the most affected by hunger and there was need for them to get fully involved in farming.
Ms Banda has so far donated to women support groups in Chiengi and Nchelenge. She was later yesterday scheduled to meet women support groups in Mwense District before proceeding to Mibenge and Mansa for similar programmes.
Meanwhile, Global Commodity Market Institute has said the first lady’s tour of Northern Province and helping the women should not be politicised because she has been working with women groups for some time.
Institute country director, Mwango Chisha said Ms Banda’s tour of the province was not a campaign gimmick because the first lady had been to other areas helping the women.
Thandiwe continue with your gesture of charity, these women clubs need every help possible. Fr bwalya behaves as if he has never seen other first ladies.
If she didnt do anything to help poor women she would be criticised. If she does something to help she is criticised – that Zambia for you. Who and when elected Father Genocide to speak on behalf of the Zambian population?
mwamona? in the same way i use ukulya to mean have intercourse with a woman, so does the word prosecution when used by pastors. deuces bane! good luck bwalya
Since when did Fr Bwalya become a legal expert? The only reason he hates Banda is because he is from Eastern. He cant stand to see anybody who is not Bemba in state house. Is Thandiwe the first wife of a president who is involved in charitable activities? Why are they starting to criticise her now as this is not the first time she has participated in charitable endeavours. Remember when she was photographed playing football at a charity fund raising event or when she went to the US as part of the first ladies’ club? Atleast she was actually going to meet grass roots women and not going on shopping trips in Paris or Dubai. The opposition leaders should take a leaf out of her book. I dont see why they cant get involved in charitable projects themselves.
Bwalya is a heartless hateful cadre because he is a childless father that bears no responsibility other than hating our needy mothers and children around the country. Patriots must get back to these needy people around the country on a crusade of information that Sata of PF and his cadre childless father Bwalya are calling for an immediate end to these blessings. They want you to perish with your needs.
We challenge childless father Bwalya to take his PF anti humanitarian nonsense to the grassroot around the country.
Zambians will not eat or unlock themselves from these economic quagmires through these indignations of hatred and greedy spirits of childless father Bwalya. The spirit of giving and caring for the needy and weak in society is not only of true worship, but a source of blessings. Americans are a blessed people because of their spirit of charity and hospitality and not greediness. Anyone who is a giver knows what i’m talking about. Give until it hurts you.
Thandiwe’s interview that was published in the govt., owned and state (MMD) controlled paper is that RB made her pregnant out of wedlock (adultery). So this chap was abused by a grandfather. Now she is confused and doing things wrongly. She was busy dishing out chitenge to poor women whislt using helicopter and govt vehicles & campaigning for NyamaSoya. This is corruption, now tow women have taken her to court. In fact I’m also filling defilement/abuse of a miner case against RB on Thandiwe.
#CyberCop , what I write is not about debate. What I write is always targeted toward somebody. Today it was for hyenas and I’m glad it caught you. If you find life too tough for you in the real Zambia go back to the Zoo. What crime is there to inform you hyenas and people out there what they need to know…..you caged fool!!!!!!!!!! debate about what…..? We are acting out
Childless father Bwalya, What does the Bible say about helping needy people — the poor, the homeless, the orphans, and the widows? Are there Bible passages which say we are supposed to have compassion and to be giving to the less fortunate? What biblical foundations are there for service to others in case your hatred for our needy mothers is born out of ignorance?
The Bible contains more than 300 verses on the poor, social justice, and God’s deep concern for both.
I think it’s fair to say that Bwalya’s attitude toward the poor– is mostly disdain and fear. He is dangerous and different. His hatred is on the premise that our poor mother’s condition is their own fault, that they’re simply lazy or inferior. Zambians are more kind-hearted, but PF cadres poor as they are themselves prefer not to look at the poor too closely; it’s depressing, and they’re surely not fun people to entrust state power with.
These PF cadre attitudes are a world away from God’s attitudes, as described in many bibilical verses. Neediness arouses compassion in God– and action which the moral leadership of altruistic first lady Thandiwe Banda is invoked on.If God values the poor, we have to think about what that means for us.
How much of Bwalya multi million Kwacha press conferences and useless failed Red Card crusade budget has been vested into poverty eradication among the poor?
Lusaka Times! Lusaka Times! I always condem you for your biased reporting because you are pro MMD, but CAN YOU STOP THESE EPLICIT INSULTS. iI would never stoop too low to insult some body on public forum this one. Not even our directionless RB, thieves like VJ or the shameless dull Wiliam Banda. I would never do that to SATA, Hichilema etc. PLEASE
# 5 Your days are numbered calling your freind like that and you will regret in uttering those words. The world is round and everything comes back.
I’m saddened with hatred Frank Bwalya has against our needy nationals in the country. I challenge him to orient himself with the living word of God away from his PF sycophancy blindly.
Bwalya need to know God’s commands concerning the poor
Deut. 15:7. If there is a poor man among you, one of your brothers, in any of the towns of the land which the LORD your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart, nor close your hand to your poor brother; but you shall freely open your hand to him, and generously lend him sufficient for his need in whatever he lacks.
Cadar is only a tag you ppl have decided to put on the first lady…
For starts i dont think the money being used has no explanation behind it all first ladies have done it….
Unless you can prove that she actually is taking tax payers money from a said acc there is nothing here but bitter people not happy with what others are doing
Luke 3:11. And [John the Baptist] would answer and say to them, “Let the man with two tunics share with him who has none, and let him who has food do likewise.”
Mt. 5:42. Give to him who asks of you, and do not turn away from him who wants to borrow from you.
The message here is really very simple: help the needy. It’s not hard to understand; it’s just hard to do.
It’s in the Torah; it’s in the Prophets and Psalms; it’s in the Gospels; it’s in the Epistles. How many churches emphasize serving the poor as much as the Bible itself does? Would the world look the way it does if all believers followed these commands?
Another thing to note about these verses is the lack of caveats– the lack of excuses. None of them add “…once a year” or “…when you feel you can” or “…if they’re moral” or “…unless they’re PF cadres” or “…if they speak from your PF menu of insults”. We have plenty of reasons (I’m sure you can think of a dozen) why you can’t go out and feed the hungry, why you have to turn away the needy borrower– and God help us all, how many of us have sold so much as a productives in order to have money to give away? But all those reasons belong to our sinful human nature, not to God. God just wants those needy people helped.
If you wanted to be a Biblical one-issue voter, you’d do well to make that one issue serving the poor.
#7 Don’t tell us that accountability could come with Sata in 2011. That man has a corruption record which is public knowledge. You must be a joker if you think that Sata can bring sanity to Zambia. Is your thinking upside down like Deja Vu?
Serving poor may be The Right Thing To Do; but the Bible also associates it with material and spiritual reward.
Prov. 22:9 He who is generous will be blessed, for he gives some of his food to the poor.
Jer. 22:16 “Did not your father eat and drink, and do justice and righteousness? Then it was well with him. He pled the cause of the afflicted and needy; then it was well. Is that not what it means to know Me?” declares the LORD.
Deut. 15:10. You shall give generously to [your poor brother], and your heart shall not be grieved when you give to him, because for this thing the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in all your undertakings.
MPANGULA MPYUTU, whatever nonsence you can throw at thandiwe can not stick, she isjust in a position of priviledges and share it with the needy,i guess you live in a cave hence lack communication facilities or else you would have watched at one time how then camera drank maureen mwanawasa used to receive a chain of donors day in and out, what makes it worse is that she is miles away comfortable than that sister of yours in the village whose married to that ka man with a big afro of pubic hair and katata stained teeth.
Prov. 19:17. He who is gracious to a poor man lends to the LORD, and He will repay him for his good deed.
Is. 58:10. “And if you give yourself to the hungry, and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then your light will rise in darkness, and your gloom will become like midday. And the LORD will continually guide you, and satisfy your desire in scorched places, and give strength to your bones; and you will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail.”
As for Father Bwalya, akashishi kali ingila mu bongo. And don’t forget to go for dialysis ba father mwaumfwa? That combination is bad, BAD, BAAD.
Luke 14:12-14. “When you give a luncheon or a dinner, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors, lest they also invite you in return, and repayment come to you. But when you give a reception, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, since they do not have the means to repay you; for you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.”
By the way, where is Archbishop Teresa Phore?
Two Women Sue Thandiwe Over Charity Trips
Two women from Chinsali and Isoka have sued First Lady Thandiwe Banda over her money-dishing trips to various districts in the country without any Parliamentary budgetary allocation.
Evelyn Kangwa of Kalalantekwe Village in Chinsali district and Marjorie Nakaponda of Chiwanda Village in Isoka district, have sued Thandiwe in the Lusaka High Court over her recent charity trips to some districts of Northern Province.
Father Bwalya if you have received Christ in your heart, together we will find promises of reward in the Bible– to those who serve the poor. God’s making a very simple proposal here: “You help the poor, and I’ll repay it.”
The first lady is doing a noble and distinguished job at the applause of angels in heaven.
Attorney General Abyudi Shonga has been sued as the second defendant, pursuant to the provisions of the State Proceedings Act, Cap 17 of the law of Zambia.
In a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court on September 8, 2010, the two women stated that since Thandiwe moved into State House or before that she had not registered any non-governmental organisation (NGO) for whatever purposes.
“As a spouse of the President of the Republic of Zambia the 1st Defendant (Thandiwe) has no official status in the government or legal functions to perform for and/or on behalf of the government, ministries of government or departments,” the two women stated.
From the year 2009 to date the 1st Defendant has undertaken personal trips without the company of the President of the Republic of Zambia to various districts in the country, visiting traditional rulers and purported clubs of women giving out amounts of money and various items and goods as gifts which moneys, in the absence of any express disclosure of the source by the 1st Defendant, is money from the treasury of the Republic of Zambia.”
The two women stated that these trips by Thandiwe involved the use of government motor vehicles and at times helicopters from the Zambia Air Force.
“In the month of August 2010 alone, the 1st defendant has visited Mpulungu District, Mbala District, Mpika District, Nakonde District, Chiengi District, Isoka District and Chinsali District.
i hope thandiwe is looking at this
She has been using two Zambia Air Force helicopters in some districts,” the statement of claim read further.
“During the 1st Defendant’s visit to Chiengi District, she expressed gratitude to the people for voting for His Excellency the President in the 2008 presidential by-election and urged them to vote for him in 2011 presidential elections.”
The duo stated that apart from the President and the Vice-President, no government officer or private person, Thandiwe included, was entitled to the use of government facilities for political campaigns or canvassing for political support.
“In Isoka and Mpulungu, the 1st Defendant was involved in the distribution of the Movement for Multiparty Democracy (MMD) chitenge material which she transported using government transport.
…
you do good ==> you’re damned
you do bad ==> you’re damned
you do nothing ==> you’re damned
There is no winning
:-w:-w
The two women are praying for a declaratory judgment that the purported office of the President’s spouse as First Lady is not provided for by law and therefore, superfluous to the Office of the Head of State or any Ministry of government or department.
#60 Senior Citizen, where is the money she’s dishing out coming from? Don’t you know that money comes from our heavily taxed salaries? She got no right to be messing around like this. May the law visit her as well
aaah buti senior citizen i hate you. awe ulichishupu iwe. mambala
Poverty is the most painful thing to happen to a nation, as at times it starts to blind a nation. What donations do you need from a First Lady? Non, the govt must have programs in place to help these wemen. What is happening is shemeful, as the first Lady is exposing the partying president that his govt is not working at all, hence the high levels of povert. I will personnally give merit to the first lady when she has given help to all the poor Zambian wemen as her husnband is the president for all and not just the sites she is visiting. Otherwise, let her go back to Lusaka to take care of her infant family….
FOR YOUR OWN INFO HOMOSEXUAL BWALYA IS A SATANIST, HE GOT A TOKOLOSHI IN HIS KA ROOM.
First of all Father Bwalya himself should account for the money he used in printing those red cards and the filthy campaigns he is championing. Pantu nga abonfenshe impiya sha mutulo things will not be okay for him. What that guy should realise is that Thandiwe has made more friends now that she is first lady and it is for her to mobilise funds for projects such as the she carried out in Northern province. On the oyther hand Father Bwalya shuold visit the women clubs who received those items to see if they are not happy with those gifts.
Well all MMD blogers should understandand that what Thandiwe is doing is not right. She is campaining & not doing charity in the truest sense of the word ‘charity’. We all have the heart for the poor, but all giving should be done correctly with right motive. When in govt, you don’t donate, you create an environmrent & structures which makes people generate wealthy.Thandi is in priviledged position to influence (thru his old sweetie RB) the the field of play by coming up with policies which enable women to raise money than making them line on MMD petty cash. It is a wrong position she’s taken. It is the Chiluba way of using slash fund to humiliate & degrade people into beggars in the process gaining in some self-ego that they are indespansable. Not ready to que for thandi’s alms
#39 Mpanula whatever your name is. You really have a lot of time to waste. Do you know the law as regards relationship with minors? Was Thandi under the legal Zambian age of consent when she got pregnant even if it was before she married RB? Lets stick to the issue at hand and not bring in useless tittle tattle that do not add anything to the argument. Thandi was an adult when she first met RB who was by then a widower. She was not forced into a relationship with him. This is slightly different to a certain cobra who impregnated TWO SISTERS whilst he was STILL MARRIED to a certain doctor who by the way is his third wife. The question is whether Thandi can account for the money she has been handing out to women’s groups. If she can, then this is a non-issue and please get a life.

Iliko bad. Wina azalila sooner, rather than later
If Michael Sata had a case on him even if it is 20 year old traffic offence, he would instantly be thrown in jail. SATA can lead, corruption and organize this nation, HH can organize the development programs and make the nation develop and GEN. Miyanda can bring discipline, accountability and order. For the sake of this nation, Gen. Miyanda step up and join the fight for Zambia. You deserve to be on the right side.
THE RED CAMPAIGN HAS FAILED AND THIS BIG ASS IS NOW LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PUBLICITY STUNT.JUST OWN UP YOU IIDIIOT,PEOPLE HAVE SHOWED YOU THAT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR ANTICS
This blog is full of comments from mwata, senior citizen and veteran. Don’t you people have anything to do rather than writing s.t.u.p.i.d comments all day long. Grow up and get a life.
The reason why this happens is that the majority of people in Zambia are configured to moan and complain on their puters and do no action.
let her go ahead and do what most leaders do.
Every generation deserves its leadership.:(( deal with it.
The First lady should indeed get to meet the people but we should ensure that she does so legally!
So Frank Bwalya has kidney failure?Just why are more zambian men developing this kidney problem of late?
And why all this bitterness about handouts that someone is giving out to your own relatives in the villages? The fact that the 1st lady hasn’t formed any NGO simply means that all the cash and other donations she receives go straight to her and she decides who to give to.In this case she decided to give to women clubs. Is she compelled by law to disclose the sources of her donors? I doubt. If there’s any evidence of her using govt money then prosecute her! Would the President be that stupid to give her govt money and let her distribute in bright day light? I doubt. Is she entitled to state security and transport when she decides to travel anywhere? How could she of all people not be?
It could be interesting to know who is funding Change Life Zambia, since our man has resigned from his position.
NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRANK BWALIA ALIAS FATHER,WITH THE PASTOR WHO WANT IN FLORIDA WHO WANTS TO BURN 200 KORANS
Mukose nokukosa
Veteran, Mwata, and Bootlicker you should be ashamed of yourselves of supporting what Thandiwe is doing. You know that what she is doing is not genuine charity work but she is trying to perpetuate her sugar daddies rule. At a time when our country has the third highest death rate and second lowest life expectancy at 38 years, we Zambians must wake up and get rid of these selfish leaders who only think of us during election time and bribe us with chitenge and money from government coffers.
It is clear that a good number of bloggers simply make partisan knee-jerk reactions. Why not sit back first and assess what someone is trying to point out? Then make an informed objective response. Father Bwalya is not against giving to the needy. All he is rasing are issues of accountability and lack of a level playing field in election campaigns. It is simple – the govt. should merely state where Thandiwe’s money is coming from. These are election areas she is visiting. Rigging does not only involve stuffing papers in ballot boxes. It includes influencing the voting through other means that are unfair to the opposition e.g. availing yourselves to govt. resources willy-nilly because you in control of them.
Somebody tell me where PF has donated anything? Tell me where Fr Bwalya has donated anything?
The former 1st ladies used to travel and donate the same way Thandiwe is doing. Shang’ombo was discovered that way.
Ulupato ba PF lwachila!!! You say Fr Bwalya is speaking for the poor people of Zambia, how can a man representing the poor deny the same poor from receiving help? How can a Father, a man of the cloth, a priest who should defend the poor be against them?
We all know pipo wth good hearts donate to the 1st lady (whichever it is) for onward transmission to the vulnerable. What kind of a party are we expecting to rule us which refuses to give to the poor? U even support wife battering? Undemocratic suspension of party members… Lesa twafeni!!
Thandie please continue your good works!! Let them continue hurting with jealousy. There is nothing they can do
Nafyo finamayo(finampala)! kuti mwalashanina icishimbi (scrap metal) from na RB. Is it because cafumine kuLusaka?

PF-UPND stay away from her mwandi we are meeting yowa needs next year. No fikayo fya fake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
For anyone that is keen to know where the money is coming from, ask anyone that works for ZANACO. Most of the money that Thandiwe is using are payments that have been made to her accounts by Third Party donations companies, foreign embassy’s Business Communities and so forth. Go and check her account. The withdraws records are there to see. As matter of fact The Post have looked into this and have found nothing.
She made it very clear from the start that she would NOT set up any NGO, but rather support those the existing ones. Now whether this money is meant to go to NGO’s or MMD Chitenge’s that is another matter for her to answer.
This is coming from SATA. The man is desparate and it will not work
Hey people, Vera Chiluba and Maureen Mwanawasa were equally all over distributing money and goods. What really has changed? What is the issue here? Why were there no calls to arrest and prosecute Vera and Maureen? Please tell us.
Not worth my keyboard
kadobi sound analysis and good questions posed. yours is the only sane post have seen on this topic, the rest are just pf kaponya’s or mmd bootlickers
#96,The Truth, thanks.
Thandie was actually sued the other day by two women. Very unusual but maybe not so, now that we know who has sponsored the women to sue her, I mean father walya of course. The good Father, man of god (yes his god, not our God), has money to play politics and hire lawyers but none to donate and improve the lives of the poor.
Thandiwe was stealing government money as a Ghost worker in the Ministry of Education (Teacher), which I am not sure if she has been removed from the payroll. Have you all forgotten?? Has that money been recovered??
but zoona eeh, you mean thandiwe bwezani as well deserves 100 comments. anyway what do our constitution say about the wife of the sitting president????
thandiwe has stolen money from ministry of education records are to show this.
Senior Citizen, words of wisdom indeed. I am reminded to go and do likewise. when am eating good food, I get reminded of those who do not have. It is the Lord who has made us and not we ourselves. Therefore, we can not boast of the intelligence we have and use to make a honest living. It is God given. Therefore God help me to go and reach out to the poor. Because when I cried for help, when I was in trouble, the Lord heard me and rescued me.
In what capacity is she distributing this money, at least let her explain where the money is coming from? what do the ministers do and why does she get all the media coverage. These things only happen in third world countries. Michelle Obama went on holiday to Spain last month with her friends and they paid themselves, did you read how she was criticized for using govt plane. Let alone your first lady using govt transport and distributing money, its unheard of! Shame countrymen because you are being duped!
The Banda’s are all thieves, the husband is a pedophile so how can you all expect them to be forthright… they will do everything in their powers to stay in power and that include picking the country clean… from a beggar of smokes to President, what else did you all expect.
Your deliverance from negative situations lies in your refusal to neglect what God has spoken to you through His Word (Hebrews 2:1-3).
