[ QFM ]
John Mambo and his passion for anarchy is just proving himself to be a certified chinangwa sana. Here again wittingly sinking from drivel to subnormal state on a goose chase for extra-constitutional acts. Is what he is proposing in the people’s constitution?
Since when did statutory nominations subject to ratification by the legislature turn to be by calling for a national indaba? Ubupuba bwama desperados ubu.
Quiz: Grade 8; General Knowledge: Who is the current president of Zambia? a). HH, (b) FTJ, (c) RB, (d) Sata. Most probable answer……follow this space.
Understand Gov 101 to appreciate what executive nominations and legislative nomination process entails. This is the problem with these Nigerian confered Bishop titles without church following. They are characterised with irrationality, cadreism, hogwash, unconstitutionalism and desperate drivel.
Doomed poison chalice.
Frorence is a womna of integrity. She was forced to rig election last time but she saw it is not good to keep fooling Zambias in The eyes of God but Mambalima’s love of money has accepted to do it twice. God will us thru even if mambilima’s plans are under way. Hiss children will pay the price and we are watching. Before election if she doesnt change are mind on the issue 2 of her own will go.
When a nation and Government of high intellectual attainments undertakes to superintend the politics of a nation against the comparatively ignorant opponents, the smart rulers are absolutely to prescribe the course which is to be taken by the opponents. It is not necessary however to say anything on this subject. For it is proved by unanswerable evidence, that we are not at present seeing the relevance of the useless opponents. It would be bad enough to consult their failed intellectual taste at the expense of their intellectual health.
Its sad that MMD has an intellectually dry opponents in their disorderliness and protruding ignorance of basic civics.
#1,2,4 senior fimofimo, what have you smoked so early in the morning? Can’t you take your filth hands off the keyboard for once?
Bishop Mambo, are you senile? Anyway, I suggest that you direct your comments to the people’s representatives at Parliament, they ratified Justice Mambilima’s appointment unanimously, or you may ask your presido Chilufya who also endorsed the judge.
In short bishop don’t waste our time, we have better things to do.
As long as the president has an upper hand in affairs of ECZ,i don’t think we will have free and fair elections
#10, Nonpartisan, hence the need for PVT!
john mambo just drink your arvs in peace. how did a man of godget infected
A Mambo nawo asokonozeka mwe. Ndalama za boma zamene munadya mu boma ya a Chiluba zatha?
He just comes up with the most nonsensical utterances these days. The Laws of Zambia say that The President shall nominate the Chairman of the ECZ and Parliament shall ratify. So why should this be different. If for example, Zambians riot because they do not want the President, and the President resigns, what is the constitutional means of electing another President? Would we be saying, ‘Oh no, we need an indaba first before we go to the polls?’ This really annoys me that we have oxygen of publicity for people who are so dumb. Please, gentlemen, leave politics to politicians. You were ordained for the pulpit and not for the lectern.
There are problems with our electoral process, and it is not perfect BUT the ONE thing that everybody forgets is that this system was put in place by almost ALL the politicians in Zambia today when they were in MMD and UNIP. The only ones who can be acquited are HH and the young Chipimo. At least for the later, his dad had a chequred record of fighting KK’s undemocratic ways. The rest, have been in MMD, have won elections and governed under the same rules since 1996. So why are they complaining NOW? Zambians wake up and smell the coffee! These guys are parasites. As for Sata, once an arch-enemy of the Post, there must be something he promised the effeminate and malakos. Every fibre of Mr Sata reeks with un-democratic and underhanded means to an end. Can he change overnight?
Mungoma, On the fave of it PVT appears reasonable and of course every party can carry its own but it will have no standing whatsoever. However if you want it to carry weight, you have to decide who is going to be the mutually acceptable person to undertake such an exercise for free. If forigners are going to fund it. Which forigners are trusted by all. Is PVT going to be carried out by Fr. Frank Bwalya and Kabanda without favour.
NOW THIS LAUGHABLE UTOPIA
..when Kabwata constituency has less than 30,000 voters yet Mmembe and Lubinda here are hallucinating that Lubinda defeated GBM with 40,000 votes in 2006.And such are the rascals thinking Zambians would settle for to deal with Mathematics of Zambian Finance and econometrics.
“With or without Pact, we’re going to win” – Lubinda
Lubinda said when he stood on the UPND ticket in 2001, he defeated his closest rival Major Richard Kachingwe by a mere 300 votes. He said when he stood on the PF ticket in 2006, he overwhelmingly defeated his closest rival by close to 40,000 votes.
