  1. Kabonde train your kapasos and constables and give them better quality of life, otherwise police work in Zed will always be inferior.

  2. MR KABONDE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR OFFICERS ACT PROFFESNALY DURING THE GENERAL ELECTIONS AND SAFE GUARD THE LIVES AND PROPERTY OF THE ZAMBIAN VOTERS.THANKS BWANA KABONDE FOR YOUR CONCERN.

  3. When will Kabonde account for the SA security vehicles scandal? Is it dead forever or RB is trying to sweep it under the rugs?

A COMBINED team of Anti Corruption Commission (ACC), Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC), Zambia Police and Intelligence officers has recorded a warn and caution statement from Inspector General of Police Francis Kabonde in connection with unaccounted for K1 billion overpaid to a South African traffic equipment and car dealer.

Banda’s criminal syndicate. No one goes to jail apart from those that are perceived enemies.

  5. I very much doubt the ability of the police in our country to manage violence given its commanders’ approach of allowing those in the ruling party MMD to beat and hack their opponents in full view of the the law enforcement officers. Police lack necessary equipment to quell public disorder. Just see how the reacted to riots in Momgo, Mazabuka and more recently in Mansa. God save mother Zambia. Police this year be fair in your handling of political violence other wise Kabonde you will account for any lives lost. MMD is buying voters’ cards and police are just watching!

  6. When ever I hear of police in Zambia it reminds me of my campaign to completely remove police officers from the road blocks. In Choma and Kalomo they have continued targeting Mitsubishi canters that are ferrying farmers and their produce to the towns. These canters are road worthy and are not over loaded, why are being stopped by the police and told to pay either on the road side or at police station? What riles are they contravening? I have spoken to senior police officers and everyone has clearly told me that is a wrong practice and should not be tolerated. About 65% of what the owners of these vehicles earn end up being paid to the police officers because if one does not pay the vehicles are detained even if there is no offence. Remove those hungry police officers from our roads.

  7. Do not leave this work to police alone.Every zambian has a duty to ensure that elections are held in a free and peaceful atmosphere. So all must participate.
