  1. Nice, but too many pictures on same themes, e.g. signing book of condolences, recording funeral song. Capture various themes, spread out your pics!

  2. Pic 16 and 17 shows Lazyiness on the part of the person who wrote the captions. How difficult is it to appraoch the pipo you take pics of and ask their names? And Esther is not a sports administrator! Why not say ‘Boxer’

  3. LT be serious, those of us in the diaspora need to see pics from the actual body viewing and burial, not these irrelevant pics you’re showing us!

  4. I hope the other parts will not be like these. Why 3 pictures of BY. Teti mwabikapo imo imo so that we see a variety of pictures.

  5. Zambia is not about Mr Banda, no. That is a misnomer…Stubbornness is politics of egocentric where you think everything revolves on yourself…President Banda is infantilising an important issue,” Mpombo said. You see Mr Mulongoti is just a very small legal lightweight. .. Mulongoti comes up with his hallucination?” Mpombo asked…MMD will harvest political catastrophe of unthinkable dimensions if they go ahead with Mr Banda. . GEORGE Mpombo yesterday said..Rupiah as a liar .. eager to hoodwink through blatant political plagiarism…to get out of their cocoons of fear.. The current NEC has been reduced to some malleable clay.. As for this dimwit Mike Mulongoti, I am reserving my words for him..

  6. Really LT you could do better in terms of capturing the pictures of the late President’s funeral than what is here. The pictures are boring and lacks variate, For instance, what is the purpose of picture 1,2, and 3. To me the picture is just one and the same. Additionally, the funeral was not only about signing the book of condolence. We wanted to see how that Reverend Fimo fimo was harrassed by the MMD cadres, how the widow was wailing, how the Ngoni’s were doing chi mbuya with their traditional cousin pa maliro etc. Anyway, since we have been told that more pictures are coming, we would wait.

  7. It was a busy period pa zed why come up with so boring pics,I mean repeating same people three times.hope we see variet next time.anyway thanks for the kandyonko

  8. Pic # 18 looks like late FTJ was observing Anthony Mwamba sign the book of Condolences – quite touching!!!

  9. This is a true raw deal. We were promised and expected body viewing instead all we get is BY, BY, BY!! And these musicians, weren’t they supposed to be doleful rather than being jovial at a funeral?

  10. malabishi…..whats the meaning of all this???????????? BY, Mungu women, Musicians, Munkombwe..hope part 2 wont be the likes of William Banda ………

  11. A very befitting send off for FTJ though politiking could still not be left out, and pliz don’t ask me by who.

  12. Thanks for a good selection of pictures LT…just have it in mind too that you can’t please all the people all the time…that is a fact of life.

  13. Nice pics, LT. Well done. I guess you can’t please everyone. Barotse delegation looked great, glad to see Esther Phiri appear looking appropriately modest, nice seeing Zambian musicans come together like that and those of the UN deputy chief. Look forward for additional ones….

  14. What’s up with using bic pens? It’s the book of condolences for the man who had 100 pairs of really expensive shoes so it’s only fitting that we get those $10,000 pens!

  15. #3 you are right which sports personalities we need to know them or LT is implying thta their names era SPORTS PERSONALITIES? Well good names.

  16. Lets have photos of Dr Fredrick Chiluba for his body viewing and burial, honestly the photos posted now are irrelevant that dont go with the title chilubas funeral and burial.

He is sleeping in the Lord until that great resurrection morning, like david from his youth he embraced the Lord Jesus Christ, as a human he made his own mistaked. Like david he knew where to go for cleansing, to his maker the creator of all living things God. Meet Him on that great Resurrection morning. To mama Regina,Vera and the children, Hold on to the LOrd until that day. Job 19:25
