Nkana have moved two places up the Faz Super Division table after beating Green Buffaloes at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe on Sunday in a Week 15 game.
The 11-time league champions beat their old foes 2-0.
After a scoreless first half, Nkana protégé Reynald Kampamba put the hosts ahead with his fifth goal of the season in the 55th minute before his team mate and fellow attacker Victor Mwansa added the second and final goal four minutes before full-time.
Mwansa’s goal was his second against Buffaloes in two meetings at Nkana Stadium after earlier scoring one goal in a 2-1 home win over the army side last season in a Week 14 game.
After the win, Nkana rise from 8th to 6th on the table on 20 points, 10 points less than leaders Red Arrows.
Meanwhile, Buffaloes replace Nkana in 8th place after dropping from 7th position.

Ba Nkana go, go!
I like Andrew Kamanga! Â Go Warriors, go! Â Kamanga are you responsible for Warriors downfall? Â If you say “Yes” then it is Kalu’s fault for Zambia’s downfall! Â If you say “No” then shut up, Kalu is also not responsible and stop fighting him.
Linos Makwaza is a great coach. So far he is doing fine.Keepit up young man!! If Andrew Kamanga can fail to manage a club. Can he manage football at national level??????????????
Well done Nkana. Just keep the pressure and end up on the respectable top position. Next year we can claim the league title back to “PaChilata” where it belongs.
LT you are saying they go up with 20 points but the log is showing 23 points?
Things have changed
