A 20 – year – old former student of Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS), Teddy Malekani has pleaded guilty before Magistrate Bornface Mwinga for producing obscene cinematographic material.

This is in a case where Teddy Malekani a former student at Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS) is charged for producing obscene cinematographic material that is said to corrupt morals contrary to the laws of Zambia.

The case has however been adjourned to March 28, 2012 at the Lusaka Magistrate Courts for mention of facts and sentencing.

Meanwhile Malekani’s advocates Wilson Mweemba earlier bitterly confronted a Post Newspaper photographer who he said was interfering with his privacy by taking photos of him and his client while journalists reminded him that his involvement in a public case makes him a public figure.

    • Saw the uk version of the naainotl enquirer earlier today, and there is a page-length article about cher, saying that she is again battling the illness that nearly killed her in the late 80s, early 90s. It’s that chronic fatigue syndrome that she had. Sometimes the enquirer has breaking news, sometimes it has absolute rubbish, so we can’t know if it’s true or not.VA:F [1.9.16_1159]please wait…VA:F [1.9.16_1159](from 0 votes)

  1. ZSCAS will officially get the title of Hollywood porn Industry. Soon, ZCAS will be producing quality bestiality videos. Trust my word. So far Iris’ porn videos are on sale. Then what will stop other students from venturing into this lucrative industry which has made Iris a porn star? Porn-stars are wealthy in the capitalist societies. Therefore, Zambia should also reflect on its anti-porn legislation so that the more money will be put in people’s pockets. Pornography is a promising industry in Zambia of which we render our praise to ZCAS for facilitating this entertainment.

  2. REALLY
you can get arrested for making a porn vid
    REALLY
I guess I should delete mine lol otherwise I’ll be incarcerated

  3. This is fantastic news – at long last the bots making these videos are also being penalised – for way too long ppl have focussed on the girl (i.e. Iris). Let the bots also take half the responsibility for this nonsense – after all they are the ones mounting the girls in these videos and then selling the videos to their fellow male friends – shame on you we chipuba sana

  4. Guyz may i have the contuct number 4 Iris Kaingu?the guy is already on question mark.how far is her case?please update us ka otherwise i will intervain in the matter. iris a worst prostitute ever produced in Zed.atasee iwe.

  5. @2064. Are u telling us that Lozi’s dont have di.ck and pu.ssies and that there will be no camera phones or indeed cameras in people’s possession in your so call Barotseland. Get real and just contribute wisely. Very few people have never seen porn in one way or another in this world. U included.

  6. I need to talk to Malekani urgently.  The boy has cinematographic talent.  Could he be Zambia’s answer to Spike Lee or even Spielberg?  Well Malekani when you get out of Chimbokaila talk to me.  We can set up a film studio together.  I will provide the finances and ideas, you provide the talent and gals.  We will skate porn for until PF changes the law on porn and homos then we can go full blast, including bestiality.

  7. In the first place, by declaring zambia a capitalist country we mean that the country has opened up doors to all sorts of businnesses and without controls..ironically, the Chiluba government opposed Dr Rodger Chongwe when he unbanned pornography in Zambia.Let people control themselves on moral issues. We have seen people having sex in parks in Kitwe,Lusaka………in all the towns and worse in universties. What is wrong with porn? Let those who relish it enjoy it and those who don’t will find something else to do.Like it or not porn will ever be present in zambia. So why pretend.Even the clergy enjoy it in their domain.

  8. I honestly think zcas as an institution shouldnt be blamed or held accountable for any of the videos leaked to the public. Management cant honestly control and watch over things that happen when these kids do behind their locked hostels. So i think people should stop blaming the institution and looking down on it because one mess up entirely out of their control. Lets not forget the institution has led alot of into successful careers to date, and from what i have heard they rectifying all of this mess the best way they can. This could have happend in any other institution. And common we all have done a crazy thing one time or another in private, and what we did stayed private, and unfortunately for those kids it didnt. So lets not be too judgemental.:-?:-?:-?

  9. Amfumu anakamba kale kuti ni nkhani ya cakudya iyi.the issue of sex is beggeee. it controls all dressing styles. and pornongraphy is an appetiser to those who have erectile problems.

  10. This is really nonsense – these kids made the video for their own private use but it was stolen and posted on the internet without their consent. How does that constitute corruption of morals – are we so pure in Zambia that no one knows how to access real porn on the internet?

That said…. I saw Teddy on the ZNBC news last night with pictures of him in court. He was dressed in jeans and t-shirt with a short sleeve shirt on top with the tail hanging out. Dude…. if you’re going to court better to find (or borrow) a suit or at least put a tie on! How much are you paying your lawyer not to tell you this?

  11. If the acts performed were amongst consenting adults, and no children were harmed then it should be left as a private matter. However, in saying that, because of where the filing took place should be punishable. I’d rather such things be out in the open as opposed to pushing such things underground where there is no control, that’s were exploitation takes place and things take a turn for the worst…

  12. Malekani has done well to admit, the judge won’t be too harsh in giving sentence. Well done boy………………..When I am readly i will contact you for a role in a movie. These are the guys we need pa Zed

  13. the immorality at this institution is a clear indication that the level of diffficult of studies is not sufficient to keep the students engaged in productive activities. This is all ifi kwakwa. Just think of UNZA or CBU? Where on earth will i get the time to arrange for a porn production with my pilling work at cbu? I could not even find time to do a proper kabizi. dam*n thing!

  14. I feel bad for these kids. They did something silly but to face going to Jail over it is just too much. Zaabians are the worst kinds of hypocrites some are shagging their maids others are walking vehicles of diseases picked up on their various tours around lusaka bars yet they want to call these kids who were caught doing what we elders do even better prostitutes. Imwe ndimwe ma hule nayo ma hule ya kulu. Rubbish.

  15. crazy stuff, you chaps you enjoy evil.be sober be vigilant, the adversary the devil is roaring like a lion looking for whom it may devour.Take heed men and women who fear the Lord. This are last days.

  16. shit happens everywhere in the world but pa zed its illegal. We have a respectable culture that needs not to be corrupted

  17. He’s only been charged 10.8 million Kwacha and afterwards the magistrate locked himself to enjoy the porn. Do you think this vice can be stopped with this kind of sentencing?

  18. This IS sensational work Punam. Undoubtably two hadnufls of some of the most beautiful photos I have ever seen. Mind you I am deeply partial to the beautiful lady in red I must say, You move me. You inspire me. Thank you for having us apart of your archive. An honest pleasure.Andy
