Lawyer, Mumba Kapumpa has withdrawn his legal services from Supreme Court Judge Philip Musonda in all matters related to the tribunal set up by President Michael Sata.
This is according to a statement issued by Mr Mumba Kapumpa advocates and issued to ZNBC on Wednesday evening.
President Michael Sata established a tribunal to probe the misconduct of Judge Philip Musonda and two other High court judges who have since filed in an injunction against the tribunal .
Judge Musonda who until now was being represented by Mr Mumba Kapumpa who was suspended pending the tribunal has since resumed work after he sought judicial a review.

I still recall when Chiluba lip-frogged Kapumba with Vincent Malambo as chairman of some tribunal and the motor-mouth Kapumpa resigned claiming he was more senior to Malambo to deputise him. This is not unusual between a lawyer ns his client. The reasons can be varied and may include not being properly instructed by the client which may conflict and bring the professional reputation of the lawyer into disrepute.
We will never know the real reasons due to lawyer-client confidentiality….
Actually, Musonda discarded Kapumpa and took on a more intelligent lawyer in Sakwiba.

That arrangement was funny to most of us, it gave one the impression that there was more customary advice than legal guidance. This now looks normal.

@15 You do not get it. Nshi Sunda chisunde sunde @7 does not mean urinating in literal sense. He actually mean the discharge of of the pleasure soup for a woman’s soul. In other word he is emphasising that he only ejaculates inside of a woman.
