Forest Rangers head coach Hector Chilombo has quit the Ndola side to join Faz Super Division Champions Power Dynamos as an assistant coach.
Forest secretary Davies Ngulube confirmed on Tuesday evening.
Ngulube said Chilombo resigned after a meeting with Forest officials on Tuesday afternoon.
“Finally, Hector Chilombo has moved to Power Dynamos. He tendered his resignation after a meeting with us this afternoon,” he revealed.
Ngulube said George Chilufya who was Chilombo’s assistant is now the acting club head coach.
Chilombo joins the Power technical bench led by head coach Beston Chambeshi.
Chilombo leaves Forest whom he joined in 2010 after taking over from Linos Makwaza.
