It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane.

Great acting by the entire cast ,especially Tom Hardy with his excellent performance as the villainous Bane.
Very gripping unpredictable story line .
Awesome action scenes.

CONCLUSION

The Dark knight rises lived up to the massive hype that surrounded it. The movie was mind blowing ,from the action scenes to the story line to the individual performances . The chemistry among all the actors was excellent, they really worked well together ,Christian Bale (Bruce wayne/Batman) and Micheal Caine (Alfred) in particular had some very touching scenes. The star of the movie has to be Tom Hardy. His tremendous performance will stick with you well after the movie is over.

This is said to be the last movie in the Batman series ,this was indeed a thrilling conclusion to the trilogy.

Unfortunately,14 pipo were shot dead last friday in a cinema hall in Colorado USA and 70 injured while watching the movie.One movie goer opened fire on fellow patrons while dressed like spiderman.Too sad

I dont know about this movie. While it’s generally had good reviews, there’s been a ‘but’ aspect mainly due to comparing it to ‘The Dark Knight’ which was an unbelievable piece of cinema. Dark Knight Rises was supposed to top ‘The Dark Knight’ but this wasnt the case, i hear coz i havent watched it. Some of the problems are that it is too long, u can’t really hear what the villain is saying apart from him being a stupefyingly boring villain and that it suffers from the Spiderman 3 syndrome: Too many characters and storylines being crammed down our throats…but hey, i havent watched it yet so who am i to judge :)

This movie is cursed. Heath Ledger took his own life after filming it a few years ago and now the shooting in Colorado. Do not show evil in Zambia.

People saying this movie was good are just getting caught on the hype train. Its the least best one from all the trilogy, its was very predictable .The villain was boring and half the time sounded like he was speaking from a tin can. the last 30 minutes are good but the rest is so so with too many plot holes. the whole movie is just a set up for Robin or batman beyond sidekick movie . The dark knight was epic and a classic this was just something else even batman begins is better than this

The needless loss of lives must stop. America needs to rethink its gun violence culture which was aimed at the black people after slavery coz the pigmentally challenged people thought the black man was going to revenge. I know Its their constitutional right to bear arms(Second Amendment).
Such massacres have happened before and without serious gun control measures in place, I will not be shocked or surprised if it happens again.
