Is that all there is in as far as world sports is concerned.Where is the money for the development of sports.Has it gone into Sata’s pockets or his useless ministers through salary increaments they gave themselves in March this year?
I never ever thought there was a Zambian at olympics. Anyway, lets wait and see….
How ignorant are you really? You sound dumber than my maid here in Zambia and even she wouldn’t have thought such a dumb thing.
It is qualification that is required. Money does not necessarily get anyone to compete in the Olympics.
Our criticism should be measured and not taken to unnecessary extremities.
Glad our flag is flying high in London at the games.
Uluse ba Zambia mwee, imagine they will parade second from last, just ahead of Zimbabwe which nobody will wait watch at the official openning.
As for the parade, it will be the alphabetical order.
Hoping as the coverage here is much wider that I get to watch all these athletes. They are already heroes in my book for stepping up their game and qualifying. They are a small team but looked great in the parade. Did anyone else catch that our flag was used in the background (left side) for the main opening speeches. The high commission here desperately needs one of those new beautifully made ones :)
When was the last time that Zambia earned olympic medals?I bet you that at these olympics it will be the usual two east african powerhouses who will earn more than half of african medals.
Some truly superb information, Sword lily I detected this.
