President Michael Sata has ended his four-day working visit to South Korea where he attended the Third Africa-Korea Economic Co-operation (KOAFEC) forum at which he was a special guest.
The President departed for Lusaka at 20:00 hours local time (13:00 hours Zambian time) aboard a Cathy Pacific commercial airline via Hong Kong and Dubai.
President Sata is accompanied by the First Lady Dr Christine Kaseba, Foreign Affairs Minister Given Lubinda, Agriculture Minister Emmanuel Chenda, and Special Assistant for Press and Public Relations George Chellah .
He was seen off at Incheon International airport in Seoul by the Chief of Protocol for the Korean Government, Bae Jae Hyun and the Executive vice president of Incheon Airport management who is also a Professor at Korea Aerospace University, Young-Geun Lee.
President Sata held talks with Professor Young-Geun shortly before departure for Lusaka.
Prof Young-Geun said the Korean government is willing to provide Zambia with technical support and training through the department of civil aviation and also offered to help re-develop airport infrastructure.
While in Korea, President Sata held closed-door bilateral talks with Korean President Lee Myung-Bak at State House.
The President also addressed the Zambia-Korea business forum which was attended by close to 100 participants whom he urged to come to Zambia and explore investment opportunities in the various sectors of the economy.
President Sata also held closed-door talks with the senior executives of Samsung electronics engineering company whose manufacturing plant he later toured yesterday in Suwon city on the out-skirts of Seoul.
Samsung electronics is the ninth top leading global electronics company in 2012, with a revenue of US$148.8 billion, and a profit record of US$14.7 billion posted in 2011 and employs 200,000 workers in the 72 countries in which it operates.
Meanwhile, President Sata and his delegation are expected to arrive in Lusaka today on Friday at 13:30 hours.
Ba LT, is it ‘excepted’ or ‘expected’ surely? You have already spoiled my Friday, awe mwe…

Why has Zambian gotten ridden of the Prime Minister post?
Would a Prime Minister be more senior than a vice president?
Just a thought…

He’s returning from South Korea where he went to tell the world that Zambians are primitive.
Fu*k you! u can’t call an entire country primitive irrespective of ur stupid political views.  Even as a low esteem arsehole, one would expect u to think b4 commenting!!!!!!!!!
Cool down man it was the president who sid it not Boni. Do you update yourself with news??
It can’t be my eyes lying to me; the first lady looks so much bigger than the president in stature. He can’t be shrinking? Or is he?
I was told he had terrible diarrhoea. he ate something unedible. In this picture, he was even wearing a diaper nowonder he couldnt walk faster. Infact, the first concubine was even dragging him by hand, she just let the hand down when she saw the camera. Look at the step.
THATS MA PREZO.
WELCOME BACK SIR!
Sounds like another excuse for Mr. Chikwanda to skip out on the budget deliberations.

@Mushota#3
You always want to be noticed, even though you have nothing of substance to contribute to any health discourse. You are sick because you are at the mess of those racist Scotish in-laws to be. It must be a less travelle road for a stupid naive African woman who initially had high hopes after your”Nick” created false hopes for you. By the way, British and Soctish people are good pretenders and they are good at misleading unsuspecting victims. Like his British relatives, “Nick” pulled wool over your face and it is worrying to see a naive stupid African woman being taken for a ride like that.
THE PRESIDENT EXCEPTED IN ZAMBIA TODAY . BUT WHAT DOES EXCEPTED MEAN?????
Have the president’s eyes gotten smaller in the past days? I almost mistook him for a South Korean.
i didn’t even notice that the SC wasn’t in the Country as there is no difference between him been away and around as Mmembe and Kabimba are doing a really Great Job running the Country regardless of his Presence or Abstinence in the State House.
sata’s  looked choncholi!
eyes
who pays for all thse people? expenditure pa zed too big on politicians!
In life be careful what you wish for? The position of President comes with a lot of pressure and one needs to be fit to withstand and conquer it. A couple of questions that need answering:Â
1. What is the role of the first lady because she is always with him wherever he goes?Â
2. What is the situation about holding of press conferences because clearly, there are quite a
lot of questions that need answering?
3. Â What happened during the weeks when the President was reported to have gone for a
medical checkup? He is holding public office and the public is entitled to know.Â
  Â
That is the picture of a tired old man and his much younger wife is bound to drive him to an early grave. The problem with African politics is that we are not allowed to question our leaders when something does not seem to be going right. They have answers to all the questions and we are expected to believe every word they say no matter how illogical it may be.Â
oh God help us all
