The ruling Patriotic Front says it should not be blamed for the failure by the technical committee drafting the constitution to complete its work on time.
Speaking to Qfm in an interview, Patriotic Front media and publicity Director Chanda Mfula says the government has had hands off approach in the constitution making process in order not to be accused of interfering with the process.
Mr. Mfula adds that the PF government had refused to grant the technical committee an extension and should therefore not be blamed, stating that the technical committee is detecting the pace of the constitution making.
He says the PF decided to leave the entire process in the hands of the technical committee as a way of ensuring the process is people driven.
Mr. Mfula further states that it was the Patriotic Front’s wish that the constitution is done in ninety days.
Ninshi amenso red abena Chanda Mfula naimwe kwati wadobo ? Yeah you have a good point right there bro.
And he is clean shaven! Has he started growing his hair again as this will spook the “Emperor”
And who appointed that same technical committee, i guess its not PF
some people better they stay away from the cameras, iwe Mfula tapali efyo ulelanda, waba ifimenso kwati naupatwa nechumbu chakwiba
Akanwa kamilandu ala kalaibala !! Nga imwe ba PF mwalasambamo shani inchito ya constitution making process tailabombeka?? The PF is the government of the day that promised to deliver the most comprehensive constitution to the people, within 90 days !! So iwe nibani bakutumine ati kasose ifyo ulesosa??? Which hole have you crept out of? Waba amenso ukukashika nga ngoshe yamona umuntu !!
As usual moronic thinking, the caliber of PF stock never ceases to amaze Zambians.
They should exhume the remains of LPM. It wont fair to lie next to 2 hardcore crooks. Why do i say that? Answer: Sata will bring sad memories to the country. In fact his remains must be taken far away to allow the Zambian wound to heal.
They enjoyed the money when it was abundantly available but forgot about deadline. They are likely to ask for yet another extension, and another, and still one more. They may finish on 24th October if we are lucky. Thats the weird culture, like the meeting starts at 13:oo hours, but in the minds its gonna be 17:oohrs, Lol.
Voters would punish PF for being party to delayingtactics. Justice Minister deserved full support accross poltical divide but certain key elements in civil society started the usual public interest chorus. PF needs to prove its innocence by acting quickly to avert catastrophe.
Of course PF is right. After all, who voted for them to be in the office?
