    • There are few months remaining and so she needs to finish all the K 1.5 million re-based allocated to her in 2013 Budget so that she starts afresh in 2014.

    • She is better off travelling than sitting around in state house and sniffing the urine all day. Besides if the infection rate is slowed down the we are assurred of not having to budget for 2 funerals at once……….

  1. when is the country going to know that this mama is just waisting country money?today here tomorrow there the day and after kaya? what benefits do it bring to the country?how much is been spend on his useless trips? and how how is her pay and commission payment?
    …..useless safari

  2. The truth will soon come out about this lady’s endless ‘health’ trips abroad. Not even cabinet ministers or heads of state travel this much.

  3. Who does she report to? Who holds her to account? Not even the Foreign Minister travels like this.

  4. Perhaps she is Minister of health and Foreign affairs? Wonder how much tax payers money is spent on her entourage?

  5. You have duties to perform at state house mama, ur a wife too so dont be a flying queen and then u cry offside when one takes over!! From Ndola u went to Kasama and connected to Maputo, how many days outside the marital home?? And do u need a conference to strategize on how to sensitize women about B/C/cancer?? Te common sense fye!?

  6. you want Mutinta Hichilema or muka Nevers Mumba to go thr??? you have heard that she has gone thr to hand over the chairpersonship?

    • No my dear! We want our Health Minister to be performing these duties. Kaseba is just a wife to the President.

    • Dipak, the health minister is not Zambia’s first lady. The conference is for the African first ladies kwasila. Mamva achimwene?

  7. Woman bashing. Keep building bridges sister. Those who wish to watch footage of the impact you have on people who listen to your many keynote speeches will appreciate when they take the time to do so. In the meantime… fly the flag and bring home the warmth you are spreading. Some of our colder brethren need warming up. Haha.

  8. Eh this is becoming too much not again. She should feel for ukwa always alone in plot 1.One day ukwa will break the silence and he will say in Bemba,”uyu enda enda fye uka sanga Madam ubi ka”.

    • She should provide patronage to several causes IN ZAMBIA. See how Lady Diana brought AIDS, landmines etc to the fore? Christine could far outdo what Diana did – She’s a doctor!

  9. Am not surprised that UPND cadres would rather have a practicing Doctor stay at home doing nothing meaningful, typical of them. Just take their first lady Mutinta for example, am told RB doesn’t even know whether she’s a Mwenye or Muntu she does absolutely zilch for herself let alone for the country, she wakes up in the morning calls her maid to run her a bath while she has her cuppa then sits and wait for Mr HH to come home at night and that’s exactly what they would want Dr Kaseba to be. WHAT A LIFE.

    • huh……………how i wish for that life. call a maid to drag me off the bed, make my bed, run the tab, prepare clothes………………that is really living. cervical cancer for what when ministry of health is capable of handling it.

  10. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah…bamayo nabena aba balekwatako time yaku tombeshya pa ng’anda.
every time its dr kaseba ali uku dr kaseba ali uku…aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
natutendwa…limbi what am hearing that bamudala yalileka ukwitila cpem fyacine.

  11. My point is whatever embassy you visit, senior officers are Chileshe, Kangwa, Mukuka, Mwansa, Musonda, Mumba, Mwape and so on. Only Mchingan names! But why? This is unfair ba Sata.

We want to see Luvales, Kachokwes, Nyengos, Ilas, Tongas, Tumbukas, Mwenyes,Lundas, Kaondes in those embassies mwe bantu! One Zambia One Nation, not One Bemba One Muchinga!

  12. I don’t know if any of you who are commenting on this trip ever passed you English at school. Please see below
