We want revenge after Zambia beat us said Zimbabwe striker Masimba Mambare.
Zimbabwe take on Zambia at Rufaro Stadium in Harare on August 14 in a 2014 CHAN final round first leg qualifier.
Zambia has beaten Zimbabwe twice already this year.
Herve Renard side beat Zimbabwe 2-0 in a friendly at Nkoloma Stadium on April 28 and by a similar margin in the 2013 Cosafa Cup final played at Levy Mwanawasa stadium in Ndola on July 20.
“Obviously we are looking forward to redeem our lost pride,” Mambare said.
“We are preparing well for this match and everyone looks motivated to beat Zambia. They have beaten us before, but this is our chance to revenge.
“Most of the players are happy that we are playing Zambia because they feel that we should have beaten them in Zambia.”
Mambare, who scored a brace in the last round in a 3-0 away win over Mauritius, has been declared fit after missing Tuesday’s training.
Ba Zim are not consistent. A their home ground they falter. Chipolopolo will go past Zim with ease. Ifwe we want the big one, Zambia – Ghana in Kumasi.

I am i understanding what i have just read or iam dreaming. How can zim talk like that, ok now we will beat you heavily so that we go with morale to Ghana, atase we where thinking of ka draw in zimbabwe 1-1 then ka draw again pa LPM stadium 1-1 then we beat you mu ma penalties, in that way we would help build your team’s confidence manje mwapusa we shall finish you in zim, 5-0 then at home 6-0 , each player kumufolesa one goal, then we beat Ghana 2-1, although Ghana will protest and cause fights and FIFA will ban them.
