  1. And this is News? Why is this news? The President flying home is to be expected. Now you are even telling us what time his plane took off. Tell us also how many wheels the plane had. And the height of the pilot. And the windspeed and its direction as the plane took off.

    • he would have took public Transport, Sata is known for him been a Humanist…who Looks for the near contact with his People…Minibus Picture is in my mind…yeah I can see it even now…

    • GBM was tight with Sata, through out!!
I have not ever, never, forever heard, read or seen KABIMBA with Sata these days. Being in funerals or UNWTO assemblies, and Zambia is much brighter without that son of a witch Kabimba.

  2. This ceremonial seeing off of the president is an utter sheer waste of money and time….what is wrong with the Livingstone Mayor and the Airport Manger seeing him off?

    • Tell ’em Jay Jay.Whenever Potus goes or gets back there’s very little fanfare at the airport.A superpower wasting no time while a dirt poor zambia has all the time, money and opportunity cost to waste.

  3. Bakateka ba baza pa Livingston opening ifima UNIWOTO conference now heading back pa capital pa Lusaka ukuyasovako ifima fuel shortage ifi ba minion ba opposition balelandapo!

  4. ka jay jay naiwe this is been an imbecile how do u expect a simple mayor to see the head of state off. If u a seen off by rats and dogs in your house dont expect such dung to be accorded to our beloved head of state, swine! Thats why you little brats ll die with bitterness, envy before 2016.

As for you LT, what are u insinuating? What are u trying to get out of this petty reporting… Of course u want to steer honet’s nest by creating an impression his execellency had a problem. You are as petty as jayjay.

    • Depends which news publications you read. If you typically read the local free papers of the ‘man bites dog variety’ you would never see it.

    • Imwe ba guy what are you talking about Obama gets a new dog and we hear about it even in OZ seriously a pet took up 5minutes on pbs news hour wtf. Like him or not he is our Preso the smallest thing he does is news worthy

  5. But why didn’t he just remain there upto the end? What’s he rushing for to statehouse? He doesn’t do much other than swearing in zombies. Next appearance is Mkaika bye election rally where he will decampaign the PF candidate by insulting the voters

  6. Nimbwafye ba sata after this Masebo should be fired together with ha sick bf Kabimba bringinging confusion in PF

  7. thats why afica does not develop. ministers and VP are always at the airport to see the president off and to welcome in stead of working. Warthog Ngulube i agree with you. why didn’t he stay in Livingstone? just waste of money flying in and back. or is he going to be absent from the closing ceremony?

  8. Did he deliver a speech at the ongoing conference?someone to tell me please because i haven’t head or ready of his speech except for his counterpart

  9. I wonder whats going on in the country. Just because you are saying something opposite to what is happening does not mean you are been objective. If anything majority of students have talked to do not even understand the points they are trying to debate on. If you ask them the best answer they will give you is ‘i heard somewhere’.

  10. What exactly did he do at UNWTO? All we’ve heard on LT is that he arrived in Livingstone, attended, shook hands with cadres, and returned to Lusaka. Wow, such news! What of his speech and other meetings or, when not shaking hands with cadres, did he just sit in his hotel room like at State House?

In fact, where is LT’s UNWTO reporting more generally? We’ve not heard anything of the event or even seen pictures!

  11. NOSTRA-ANUS, wonder what things or people you in your life.
Obama received by college students, are you talking obama presida US or obama look alike elsewhere?

    • There is a big difference between ferrying people to the airport and welcome the president and people welcoming the president on sites that he is visiting. Don’t muddy the discussion. The students welcomed Obama at their campus and not at the airport the way it’s forced on people in our country. I suppose people have alot of time to waste on non productive enterprises.

  12. There is no such thing as “Second Lady” in reference to the Vice President’s wife. Just call her by her name.

  13. Ati ‘Second lady Dr . Charlotte Scott’… who’s the third lady, fourth lady, fifth lady…etc?
I wonder where mine comes in, 10 millionth lady maybe…Lol.

    Solola Bye!

  14. I agree with most bloggers who have said this report is not newsworthy.
Look at this for example, LT are saying the president left Livingstone this morning at 11.55 hrs, how can that be, the time here in London right now is 10.15 hrs and Zambia is 0ne hour ahead which means it is now 11.15 hrs, that is 40 minutes before the reported 11.55 hrs.
LT, the other thing is, two days ago you referred to the president’s wife as Christine Kaseba-Sata and today she is Christine Kaseba. This can be offensive, be consistent.
Anyway the well known experts will come out breathing fire ‘it does not matter!’

    • Bwana London Eye, a little concentration and a few clues scattered in the article adds to the fact that Sata got to Livingstone on Sunday and left next day Monday 26 and not Tuesday 27, which is where your clocks are failing to synchronize.

  15. u a 10millionth lady coz firstly u a busy beding other women’s husbands. Secondly your kind of thinking fits into a desperate over aged single lady.
Such titles are used all the world,no fuss. Why the fuss here… envy, jealous, bitterness.

    • Do you know Solola in real life? Personally, I thought she was just making a harmless lighthearted comment about being the 10millionth lady.

It would explain the animosity you show towards her.
