  1. And this will be their downfall playing “stars” like Ivory Coast…all these overseas based players did not want anything to do with their national team in the past, now that Brazil World Cup is in their sights they all want to joyride.

    • To the point! they just want to embarass Essien. They have assembled all they have and they will fall with all they have.

  2. There is something special about Zambia national team when it come to big matches like this one. Ghana will be shocked to see Zambia in Brazil.

  3. People never learn. That is how we beat Drogba’s team, it was full of professionals who played as stars not as a team and I see Ghana making the same mistake. Lets go Zambia, this is 21st Century so do not be intimidated by guys who play in different countries instead of playing in Ghana, gone are the days when such moves intimidated teams. The world is a small global village so even if someone plays in Man United or plays for Kalampa in Wusakile, they are just as human as you are trust me. They are publishing the so called big names to just intimidate you. You can surprise them like Zimbabwe surprised you, remember Muhammed Ali used to win boxing like that sometimes, he won it using words on telly and his opponents were defeated long before the boxing match. You can beat the Ghanaians.

  4. That shouldn’t scare you guys because the reason why they have done this it’s due to your professional performance so why worrying instead of just been happy. They just don’t know what they are putting themselves in, and as for you just show them your real play so that they may be ashamed to see you flying off to Brazil in the coming year 2014.
And as the soccer funs just wait and see your real CHIPOLOPOLO as you wish them the best and also give them the full support that you have for them.
Finally, I also want to wish the very best that you can and also to accept whatever comes because the GAME is about winning and losing.

  6. This just confussion in the Ghanian team, how do you get rid of those who have been fighting since the qualifications at the last minute. Jolly riding i see you ghana tumbling in your own yard. Go zambia go chipolopolo. This is ours to loose. Let them intimidate you but them causciously and serious they will fall on their own. I can see two straight red cards to the ghanians through frustrations as zambia will be leading by 2 goals to nill at half time.

    • You can see all this in your crystal ball…this match is theirs to lose, you had your chance when you were awarded 3 points by FIFA and failed to beat Lesotho and Sudan. You are just not worthy.

  7. We trust our Men we may have lost to Zimbabwe but we will be there in Rio…Peace and prosperity to Mother Zambia…

  8. History repeats itself but people never learn… Zambia here is still looked at as the under dog team but we as a team will prove our worth. Its very easy to win away all we have to do is score 1st.

  9. Please Ghana don’t embarrass Chipolopolo by beating them with many goals (a goal or draw will be ok). TB Joshua, why you did not predict as you are good at prediction?

  10. Zambia 2- Ghana 1. Names don’t win football, luckly football is played on a field and 90 minutes is the order of the game, so will see.

  11. Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia,
    Go Zambia Go!

  12. The end for Ghana, surely these guys somehow over rate us?!! They can go this far if we were just a push over? awe people they are somehow giving me hope, we will give them a hard time they cant win from Zambia, if they do, am quiting supporting and watching football after all it’s not girly to get involved in football.

    • hahaha, Nostradamus. Cindy got me guessing as well. But on the balance of probabilities, I think she’s in for Chipolopolo big time. Anyway, good luck to Zambia from a Ghanaian. We’ll welcome you with our rich and famous Akwaaba hospitality and then do business with you in Kumasi, its high time…

  13. It’s gud 2 be optimistic. And it will be the miracle of century if ghana looses to zambia for d 3rd consecutive time, in kumasi of all places, nd miss brazil 2014. It wont happen. Ghana has never lost a qualifier in kumasi.

  14. We messed up our chances when we drew against sudan and little lesotho. As a result we shall be under pressure.I can not see how we can beat Ghana.May the best team win.

    • you are right @equality, even mamadou never saw how Zambia could beat Ivory Coast last year, nor did Ghanaians themselves see how they could lose……so u r in for a big shock……I v been shocked by chipolopolo many times before by underating them, this time I will not make such a big mistake….just wait and see.

  15. This is no time for regrating. Its time to focus strategise and defend our national pride. Zambia we can do it. Throw everything you have onto the star sided Ghana. Before the game hold hands and belive in yourselves and say THE HARDER THEY COME THE HARDER THEY FALL. If you can beat them at least dont lose this particular game. Rember you represent all of us. Boys go fight for Zambia. There is only one Zambia and thats where you belong. Fight for yours and our pride. You have at least 90 minutess to do that.

    • Good and very +ve contribution. One Zambia One Nation. Ghana is panicking. The harder they come, the much harder we split them.

  16. Probably an over-kill by the Black Stars! But Ghana certainly does have larger reservoir of talent, which clearly is not for mere display, considering their recent defeats at the hands of the Chipolopolo. In other words, they are leaving no stone unturned this time around just so they don’t taste another bitter pill. Somewhat akin to how Zimbabwe played recently at Levy Mwanawasa, in Ndola. In retrospect, the Chipolopolo did let some golden chances slip away against the crocodiles and Sudan. The Kumasi episode will be more than a do or die affair since Ghana has much more at stake, than just World Cup 2014!

    • such an erudite assessment from you amukwelyanisa! Well done man. This match means more to us in Ghana than World Cup 2014 slot which we will gain by the way, its only a matter of time. It definitely does mean more. Watch this space.. a bloodbath a-coming…

  17. its good HR left out festus mbewe and bonwel mwape those two must never be seen in a zambia national team shirt.

  18. Anyway Ghana looks to be sooooo scared to face Zambia, even if we lose we should smile coz Zambia is greatly feared by Ghana… All the best coz I know what Sunzu is capable of holding – great Strikers!!!

  19. every team meetng Zambia mwenso weka weka, Where does that leave Zambia? Chipolopolo is a huge mountain to climb.

  20. In as much as I would have loved to see the recent performances of the Chipolopolo rewarded with a place at World Cup, they were doomed to fail immediately they got drawn against Ghana. Kumasi is a place for no faint hearted and the Black stars apart from being favorites on paper, are burnt on setting the record straight. I will be there to support my Black Stars. Welcome to Ghana

    • Don’t even watch that match our brother. You will never eat for 3 days after that game. Its Kalusha Bwalya coming with the team there. I repeat for your own sake; its the GREAT KALU bringing the Zambian team there.

  21. Nothing to fear here after all why enter a world cup if you’re not prepared to try and beat all the best the world has to offer. Enjoy the experience boys and shoot the stars down one at a time. The Ghanaian blogs after the last beating are the reason for this line up. Ghana is turning up to win and we’re not turning up to lose so should be a good match. Saddle up. Lock and Load. Each game is a chance to do over. Wishing you the very best of luck and focus as there will be no star gazing that day. Lock n Load boys!

  22. The copper bullets can shoot all they can, yet they can never reach the stars. You see the stars were white like light and underwent a supernova, becoming a black hole. And now all who manage to even reach it, collapse in this black hole. Now the speed that it will take for the copper bullets to reach this black hole will generate such thermal energy that the copper bullets will disintegrate, melt and evaporate and just block a vent in the international space station and never reach the black stars. So beware thou loud mouthed chipolopolo supporters, Koomasi will be the end of your dizzying rise.

    • Baron you nailed it. Black stars as you call them are a dying breed of players. Just like the Black Star collapses within itself…so will the Black stars come the match day. Ghana will collapse in front of their paint crazy drumming fans. After that Black stars will remain in the Black Hole of football never to be heard from. Just keep trying your luck in the Africa Cup series… CHAN..or whatever you want really, the choice is yours to make. Remember this even after the game, Chipolopolo is still continuing the date with destiny…Brazil 2014..and nothing will stop us on our way.

  23. my friend stop dreaming are you not the same black stars we have been hammering have respect bullets or-else you will no longer be called stars but fireworks moreover black stars don’t exist

    • Now my friend, black stars indeed exist, its a matter of perspective. The Black Stars, an idea beyond you and me my friend!

  24. Awe tekweba ati nga twawina ku Ghana ninshi twachita qualify. NO. Next round is to pick the last Five from the continent. Let a better team that has tested World cup represent Africa. Not riff ruffs!

  25. Muntari dropped! must be a slap on the face after saying so much about the Zambia game. See this coach reminds me of the Ivorian coach who thought playing names would win them the Africa Cup against Zambia. I don’t believe Muntari is dropped, he showed better heart for Ghana than Kevin Boateng who is only coming back for self esteem and a chance to be at the World cup. But Kelvin bro remember your last throw of the dice in the Premier league: FA Cup Final..Yes u do..! It will be the same story again because Ghana is going nowhere just like Portsmouth then.

  26. let them summon who ever they can so that they lose concentration and you beat them just there in Ghana. they know what is at steak. Why couldn’t they summon all these cadets against Sudan? We at Radio kudirat,Abuja know everything. they fear you.GO GO Zambia Go inkeipolopolo.
