The Lusaka Magistrates Court this morning threatened to revoke PF Lusaka Province Youth Chairperson Kennedy Kamba’s bail for interfering with witnesses.
Principal Resident Magistrate Obbister Musukwa issued the warning after three witnesses failed to appear before the court due to threats from the accused.
Detective Sergeant Siame informed the court that summons were served on PF Munali Constituency Chairman but the witnesses failed to appear in court.
But defence lawyer Abraham Mwansa argued that the summons were served on secondary parties resulting in witnesses failing to be in court.
Magistrate Musukwa told the accused that he will revoke his bail if the next court sitting proves that he has been interfering with witnesses.
The matter has been adjourned to 13th January 2014 for continued trial and bail for the accused has been extended.
Mr. Kamba is facing one count of proposing violence.

Just one count?? Such a thug deserves years in prison
What is the best way of solving this murder case> I think we go the Kenyan way. That murder case should be reported to the ICJ
PF is a tribal and criminal government.
Proposing violence, when a death was recorded? Who are these people? Who wrote their laws?
surez???am suprised. So he thinks he above the law.
The presiding officer should have instructed the prosecutor to add further criminal charges against Kamba, in fact the following criminal allegations can be added to the charge sheet: scandalising the court; obstructing or defeating the course/ends of justice; contempt of court. The accused should not have the luxury of influencing witnesses so as not to testify before court through his unlawful acts. The claws of justice must be extended to this criminal.
Just arrest that thug and throw him in jail
he looks like a mamba
At least remind the reader on what matter Kamba is appearing in court for.
