  1. I would liek to lecturer there, what salary would I command with an MBA, CIMA ACCA, Bsc Msc and almost done with PhD

    Thanks

    • PF is a bunch of LIARS and hypocrites, you promised heaven in Mufumbwe if Masumba is voted into office, and now not even 5 of those promises have been honoured.
Now, it’s Solwezi University, my foot!! Good as it sounds with best intentions; we can only believe PF after seeing the University in Solwezi nothing less.
Where is the constitution in 90days, where are the lower prices, lower taxes, clean swept cities -Lusaka now the dirtiest?? This must give you a hint who PF are-LIARS!!

    • Mushota,
Read your sentence again. The grammar of a PhD student especially in social science should be exemplary.

    • We don’t a technical university. What Zambia needs is a higher college of technical trades such as road and building science; bricklaying & plastering, tiling, painting, welding & fabrication, fitting & turning, plumbing, carpentry, geotechnical services, land survey, road sealing and fog spraying, etc. why are we so obsessed with white collar degrees that don’t creat wealth & can’t help modernize these beautify our country? How many graduates are roaming our streets with these SOFT degrees?

    • @mushota
this is a technical institution and not those theory subjects you are bragging about. with those papers, ZCAS in Lusaka may be, get me correct MAY BE interested if you have any experience. besides it is still just a dream as pf’s major hobby is dreaming, no results

    • Owu Mushota katwama na vya kulinga ko. Lyosena ikiye waku libangilila ku kumbulula mulizina ya Fulumende mama e pwevo hunda muchima. This is electioneering we don’t need this gimmick from PF as a gift to be truthfull even UNIP and MMD have neglected our province so lets not heap blame on the Pathetic Faggots. As North Westerners we need to unite firstly otherwise all that we strive for will be a fantasy. The new generation should coalesce around the likes of Mulusa. We need that otherwise as a disparate unit we shall give up all our naturally blessed wealth and still be debating down the road in years to come

  2. So know now its like a virus in PF to lie with Impunity
It has become a habits that is slowly becoming an addict among PF leaders. Please Hon mubukwanu if its a lie be prepared to face me in person. Why is it because of the coming bye-election in solwezi central or what? Because during bye-elections that is when PF become active in promising projects and by the way why haven’t you told as the worthy of that project or its just coming from your Heard but not in MCS plans.

  3. These guys in PF never cease to amuse me. They lie for a living day and night. What happened to the Science University in Kabompo? What happened to the University in Mumfumbwe if Masumba was elected? Please be mindful that the people of NWP are not easily cheated. Keep your broken promises somewhere else. You lied your way into office and enjoy it while it lasts becomes in less than two years time you will be facing the boot and possible jail sentences.

    • They promised a University in Western Province and Luapula and things are happening so why not give them enough rope to hang themselves before condemning? As a native of chief Sailunga’ s area in Mwinilunga l am very happy with gift to be.

  4. Even me put in plot one I can pronounce any project that comes to mind like a bubble fish to decieve voters. I can even say i will construct a new capital city, new towns in rural areas, tar all roads in the country, build a hospital in each town including new towns, ete. How can they talk of starting all those projects when they are failing to maintain the few existing universities. The government is broke and they are pronouncing all these projects.

  5. I TOLD YOU FELLOW LUNDAS FROM NWP NOT TO GIVE UP HOPE ON THIS GUY, MICHAEL. I KNEW THAT AFTER LUAPULA UNIVERSITY NEXT WILL BE YOURS, THEN MBEBA UNIVERSITY IN CHIPATA.

THIS GRADE 2 PRESIDENT IS IN AN OVER DRIVE OF INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT, SECOND ONLY TO KK WHO, AFTER INDEPENDENCE PUT UP SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN EVERY DISTRICT. MARK MY WORD, THIS PRESIDENT MAY SOON START BUILDING SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN EACH OF THE NEW DISTRICTS.

NOW IMAGINE WHERE MOTHER ZAMBIA COULD BE IF EACH PRESIDENT HAS DONE HIS BIT! CARRIED OUT SIMILAR PROJECTS SINCE 1964! YOU WILL PROBABLY APPRECIATE WHY THE ENTIRE LUAPULA IS ALREADY ON THE BOAT….

    • You make me sick. What is happening in Palabana university and Chalimbana?
PF just upgrade hone, NRDC, Zasti to universities.
You dont just pick cadres in the streets and enrol them into university. Mind you there Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology which most PF cadres did not manage to qualify.

  6. Another 90 days lie! Who will buy? If they cannot maintain the existing institutions and infrastructure, how will they manage to build and operate new ones? It is good to dream; but is is better to be realistic.

    • Correction: Another 90 days lie! Who will buy it? If they cannot maintain the existing institutions and infrastructure, how will they manage to build and operate new ones? It is good to dream; but it is better to be realistic.

  7. What is the point in the government building yet another university when they cannot sustain the current ones that are riddled with a multiplicity of problems, e.g. Mulungushi? First, they must correct the basic problems in the current universities: academic staff salaries, basic teaching and learning facilities, student hostels, food, etc. Creating more universities now will simply result in more institutions with very poor academic standards.

  8. Any progress reports on the various projects that have been promised and are believed to be underway? Have the people in Kasama now started using flush toilets?
Reminds me of a saying that I came across a couple of days ago and I quote – “A politician is someone who promises more than he can deliver”. This should remind Zambians of someone…

  9. I think this PF means well, but sometimes resources fail them, personally I wish them well on all they intend to do for my home area. I have seen what they have done here in Livingstone am convinced beyond doubt they are capable of replicating it in n/western.

  10. I hope they don’t call it North Western Province University. Just call it North West University or North West Technical University.

  11. We are fed up of such big lies by the PF Govt. ‘Rome Was Not Built In A Year’. It is sad that the so called PhD holders in PF Govt – including Guy Scott – are such a set of cowards who have no courage to advise the President on the true meaning or the concept a University.

The Zambian Govt should first develop the three public universities (Unza, CBU, Mulungushi) to international standards These three universities are in dire need of the “state-of-art” lecture theatres, accommodation, laboratories, and scientific equipment. So far the existing universities lack themost basic facilities.

The development of this country needs the establishment of good technical colleges – NOT “PF- conceived Universities. Zambian leaders must be honest with the people. Please stop UBUFI.
