2) SOME AMOUNG THE 2.7 MILLION WHO VOTED IN 2011 WILL NOT VOTE DUE TO TRANSFERS FROM WHERE THEY VOTED IN 2011, DEATHS, SICKNESS ETC.
3)THIS IS THE RAINY SEASON HENCE SOME PEOPLE WILL BE CUT OFF DUE TO RAINS OR FARMING
