Sata-n used to kill people on the road and now EL is doing that to get into statehouse. Kaponya EL, satanist EL.
It takes one to know the other…you children of shetani. Ba UPND why do you like to spread hatred so much. Thats why your chief hater HH will never rule anyone
Grow up. F*ck you! Screwnyina!
Improve transport systems and perhaps the rail line albeit not time reliable, it is less prone to these accidents I would say
Investing in transport is grossly underestimated in your country.
Thanks
Iwe ati siputunyakunya it ole lya no call.
That’s the result of an overloaded vehicle, overspeeding, coupled with very finished tyres.
Innocent lives lost.
At the police check point, they didn’t bother because the driver gave them “ni chekeleko”!
ndombe!…. i hope and pray those are not my relatives, because where i come from, the bubble fish/cat fish we call ndombe is a big thing.
nyimba road is this not a road where Sata picked up a dead body before he was elected?? and now Edgar Lungu,,,
The roads are so good that drivers can now run their vehicles at reckless speeds.
We need speed retarders now
corruptted police killed innocent lives !
Ba LT, a bus cannot overturn “severally”, but it overturns “several times”! Severally and several times mean different things. English.
Ma sacrifice still going on .PF stop this marabishi.
Lungu killed six of his own cousins. He is losing for sure.
We need real PSV drivers in Zambia. Drivers in Zambia drive very fast & even with no speed signs on our roads, drivers should know at what speed limit to drive at certain stretches of our roads. on top of speed, at beer drinking lack of wearing seat belts and loud music in public buses. sad for the lost lives.
LT, please give more details. Where was the bus coming from and where was it going? When did this accident happen? Can someone tell me?
A drunkard has no power to sacrifice its only a MANSON who cn do tt and expect no wen uh take over
It is unfortunate and surprising too that so many people died in this road accident. Looking at the condition on the minibus in the pictures, it is not that severely damages, so I would have thought not so many people would die in it. I was in a very similar accident, about 12 years ago in which the minibus overturned as a result of a rear tyre puncture. 3 people died and quite a number injured. I was fortunate enough to escape with just a scratch on my thumb. I thank God for my life whenever I look back to that incident.
Carnage will continue in Zambia, the causes being:
1) Drivers are not adhering to the speed dictated by the road conditions
2) Poor quality road tyres on the market, the cheapest from Asian countries
3) Driver fatigue
4) Overloading beyond the maximum carrying capacity to maximise cash flow, and steal extra cash from the owner, and
5) Poorly engineered roads. Speed limits need to be dropped by 15% across the country to maintain safe driving conditions on our “primitive” roads. “Primitive” refers to the state of the surface, the road camber and width of the driving lane!
It is really unfortmate, our hearts go to their family and friends.
@blabla, I agree with your observations. The mini-bus looks like it had an inbuilt roll over protection. The ones that come from SA, you have to retrofit.
second observation is the need to wear seat belts. this need to be enforced by our traffic officers. Passenger seating without a seat belt and the belt is provided in the bus warrants a ticket.
Ba LT you should learn how to differentiate the messages for different pictures. How on earth can different pictures carry the same message?
dont invove politics bana ba mulungu.very sad development indeed.
Too sad.may you all rest in peace!!haters in UPND please stop your nonsense about PF.death do not spare anybody,be it PF member or UPND.be real guys!!God bless Zambia!
This is an accident, it has nothing to do with any political party, stop the nonsense of calling each other names at every turn. If you want to campaign for your candidate and party, do it the proper way. We are tired of hearing nonsensical and derogatory comments from heartless devilish clones in human form. Grow-up.
I think we are joking in Zambia when it comes to politics. How can you be attributing deaths to people that have nothing to do with that. Leave PF alone. Just loose in peace ba upnd
It is so sad to lose lives under such avoidable circumstances. For as long as we do not look at the root cause of the accidents and continue speculating that someone is making sacrifices, these road accidents will continue to occur and taking our lives. The govt is doing a good job to improving the roads in the country in an attempt to reduce road carnage. I would like to see all those second and used tires taken away from the road sides. How can these vehicles be allowed on the road and carrying on these finished tires really. MTSRIP
Go for tubeless tyres are safer . ,
Sad, May Their Souls Rest in Peace.

Lets pray for our nation. Pointing fingers wont sort anything. May God deliver our nation Zambia from this kind of evil.
Please UPND, show some sympathy to the victims and leave politics out of this. Thats why people don’t like you because you are heartless and not sensitive to the times. God bless Zambia and protect us all.

What is the relevance of the fire extinguishers and the bubble fish in the pictures? Sad that the photographer was focusing on irrelevancies. Before pointing the blame on others please note that the road is rather narrow and without markings. The surprise is that there are not more road accidents on this road.
Spot on Folosho, this is cowboy photographing and the subsequent comments that the pictures carry do not tell any story
The major problem is that Zambia has no public transport regulatory authority. Any vehicle in Zambia can be used for public transport.
Don’t say rubbish this mini bus had wornout tires
The owner of the bus and driver need long term jail sentences, the accident was avoidable, the owner and the driver both new the tires were wornout. This is not a question of bad road but negligence.
