Mixing kapenta and chicken in the same meal? That looks more like Chinese or Mexican because in most cultures you don’t mix meats.
How do you consider kapenta as meat? I know its a source of proteins, but to consider it in the meat category? Only a Zambian asking a Chinese national if they have been to China before is capable of that.
