PF youths in Lusaka today delivered a letter of commendation to the Chinese embassy on praising the the ambassador for shunning UPND President Hakainde Hichilema’s invitation.
The youths through Chairperson alleged that some foreign diplomats accredited to Zambia are scheming with the UPND to legalize same sex marriages if voted into power this august.
PF Lusaka Province Chairman Kennedy Kamba who was in the company of information Vice Chairperson Charity Banda led more than 50 youths to the Chinese embassy this morning.
Mr Kamba who was referring to the two diplomats who visited the Kapiri Mposhi guy couple said China for being an all weather friend.
And Mrs. Banda says diplomats should not influence citizens during this election period.
The petition was presented to a receptionist by party officials who included reverend Javan Kamanga, Kasama central parliamentary aspirant Kelvin Sampa.
There was no immediate comment from the embassy.

We refer to the above captioned subject.
Indeed we wish to commend your great country for being an all-weather friend to Zambia. The solid relationship between our two countries which dates back to the pre-independence time has benefited Zambia greatly in various sectors.
Our country boasts of the Tazara rail line, Tazama pipe line, the mighty Tuta bridge, Levy Mwanawasa hospital in Lusaka and various infrastructure developments by the great people of your country.
Moreover, Chinese contractors have been playing a pivotal role in our government’s ambitious infrastructure development agenda.
We have no doubt that China values the friendship with Zambia and wishes to preserve this relationship. Hence we believe that the reason you would not be party of any meetings and activities contrary to the provisions of the Vienna Convention is to ensure continued good diplomatic relations with our great country.
Therefore, we wish to commend you and your government Your Excellency for not engaging in activities that clearly point to involvement in our internal political issues. Moreover, we are happy that your conduct during elections in our country has been above reproach. You have worked well with sitting governments in Zambia and you have never tried to influence the Zambian voter through gimmicks such as endorsements of opposition leaders.
Moreover, you have never tried to force our country to embrace practices such as homosexuality that are at variance with our traditional and religious beliefs.
Against the above background, we wish to sincerely commend you Your Excellency and your great country for staying out of our internal politics.
Finally, it is our prayer that China will continue to be a shining example of the mutual respect that should characterise diplomatic relations.

A clear case of why countries like Zambia should be colonised

The case of Zimbabwe and mugabe is not so much about the west cutting aid but rather the criminal sanctions imposed on zimbabwe. The whites stand together whenever one is afflicted and so they imposed sanctions on zimbabwe on behalf of the white farmers.but we, who have forgotten who we are ,stand with the white imperialist in the perscution of our brothers and sisters in zimbabwe by upholding the sanctions. No way can the ambassador be seen to align himself with some political party. China does not meddle in internal affairs of foreign countries. BUT, they stand up ONLY when their interests are being threatened. Had HH and UPND been preaching anti-Chinese sentiments (like Sata did in 2006), you would have seen the ambassador today shoulder to shoulder with Kamba. There is the difference between interaction of diplomats accredited to Zambia with UPND and that of PF. Civility and babarism. Diplomats have their opinion partly already expressed seconded by Zambians.

PF does not represent the people of Zambia to deliver a letter of recommendation to Chinese embassy on the behalf of Zambians. The Zambian government has that obligation. PF seems not to understand what it’s means being in power. President Lungu is a president of all Zambians including HH whom he hates so much. The President is suppose to treat PF the same as UPND or any party. The fear to loose election has caused the president to blame UPND. When PF was in opposition MMD accused PF to be training militias in Sudan. Lies is a bad way to campaign. Economic ideas campaign is all we need from all political parties.
