Sensational ZANACO. I’ve been a fan since 1987 when you were in 2nd Div. You beat ZESCO United 1-0 to lift the lucrative BP Challenge Cup and went on to defend the trophy the following year this time beating the then ‘powerful’ Power Dynamos 2-0. Even with the like of internationals Wisdom Chansa, Pearson Mwansa, Power was could not stop the Division 1 side.

Comgrates to the bankers
The problem is at international stage were zanaco are always a shadow of themselves. To me Zanaco is a local club full of players who cant perform at international stage and this has to change.
when is ZESCOLO playing??? ZESCOLO has done Zambia proud…….I am stylish Roan U, but I always put my money on ZESCOLO when it comes to international club soccer…There a Marvell NO doubt about it. TWICE THEY HAVE REACHED GROUP STAGE WHICH OTHER TEAMS HAVE FAILED INCLUDING THE TWO MOST DECORATED ZAMBIAN PREMIER LEAGUE TEAMS -THE LIKES OF KALAMPA AND MIGHTY….ZANACO SHOULD HUMBLE THEMSELVES AND SEEK GUIDANCE FROM ZESCO BEFORE KICKING ANYBALL IN CHAPS LEAGUE……
You should be reminded that Nkana FC has reached the Final of this competition before, losing on post match penalties to an Algerian team (JS Kabylie) at independence stadium in Lusaka in 1990. Modon Malitoli missed his kick.
THAT WAS A DIFFERENT FORMAT ALTOGETHER………
