PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu is tomorrow expected in Rufunsa District of Lusaka Province for a working visit.
And President Lungu is expected to inspect various ongoing developmental projects that the government initiated following the declaration of Rufunsa as a district in 2012.
ZANIS reports that Acting Rufunsa District Commissioner Judith Chama confirmed the Republican President ‘s visit to the area in an interview, yesterday.
Mrs. Chama said the head of state and his entourage’s plane will touch down at Rufunsa Primary School grounds at 10:00 hours.
According to a tentative programme released by the district administration,President Lungu will courtesy on Acting D.C., Mrs.Judith Chama and Chieftainess Mpanshya and her counterpart Shikabeta of the Soli people.
Mr. Lungu will then proceed to inspect the construction of the district administration block and civic centre.
Other projects include the construction of Police station,post office, Zesco Sub-Station and a goat breeding centre.
The rest are the construction of Government’s 10 medium and 20 low cost houses.
The President will conclude his visit by holding a thanksgiving public rally at Chimusanya Primary School grounds before returning to Lusaka.
Rufunsa District was created in 2012 as part of the Patriotic Front (P.F) government’s wider service delivery programme.

But Edward seems to have plenty of time on his hands that he can go anywhere anytime. What time does he sit in the office to get briefs, reports & clear his desk.

This president keeps on moving from one place to another as if he is a merry go round he has no time to sit down and plan. As Ngonis and Ngoni loyal establishment we regret having supported lungu in the just ended general elections.If we had supported H.H. maybe things could have changed
