Collins Mbesuma has returned to action on Wednesday after a four-month injury hiatus.
The veteran Zambia striker came on as a second half substitute in Highlands Park’s 1-0 away defeat at Ajax Cape Town.
Mbesuma came on in the 78th minute for the match that left Highlands still rooted at the bottom of the log.
His compatriot and midfielder Roderick Kabwe played the opening 78 minutes for Ajax and came off just as his Zambia team mate was making his long-awaited return for the ailing South African PSL club.
Mbesuma has been out of action since early December following knee surgery.
Let him close his chapter and leave room for some of our under 20s
