A star studded event was held at Intercontinental Hotel this past week ,in which multi-award winning rapper Slap Dee was announced as the official brand ambassador for Itel Mobile.

Slap Dee had this to say on his official facebook page: “Its official!!!! I put ink to paper last night to be the face of Itel Mobile. Thank you to all that came and my team XYZfor making this possible. The first ever artist endorsement deal in the country! “

During the event Itel Mobile together with XYZ entertainment, as part of their corporate social responsibility, made a donation to the Mwansa Bwale Foundation for Children With Disabilities .They donated 1000 bricks and 20 bags of cement that will go towards the construction of a school for children with special needs. The donation was presented to the founder of the foundation, Mwansa Bwale.
