What is Davies Mwila doing at that ceremony? Is he part of Goverment?

Andrew Chellah a well known drug dealer is now a govt official.
What special projects can this drug dealer do apart from importing drugs?

I do not trust the newly sworn Co-ordination Division Cabinet Office Erick Wamundila (third from right) as he could be a die hard UPND and will be secretly giving out information to HH. It is easy for Lozis and Tongas to be genuine pf supporters or cadres.

1- Endless trips
2- swearing in ceremonies
3- Being passive aggressive with the opposition
4- Sorting out perceived threats within own party
5- Endless borrowing from China.
