DR CONGO
Midfielder Rainford Kalaba on Sunday captained TP Mazembe to a 1-0 home win over Zesco United before he was substituted in the 87th minute of their 2018/2019 CAF Champions League pre-group stage, first leg match in Lubumbashi.
Midfielder Nathan Sinkala and defender Kabaso Chongo played the full 90 minutes.
SOUTH AFRICA
Mamelodi Sundowns: Kennedy Mweene was in goals for Sundowns on Sunday in their 0-0 CAF Champions League away draw against Libyan club Al-Ahli Benghazi in Cairo, Egypt.
It was Mweene’s fifth competitive match this season since first -choice Denis Onyango sustained a long-term knee injury earlier this month.
Orlando Pirates: Striker Justin Shonga played the full 90 minutes of Pirates CAF Champions League 0-0 home draw against African Stars on Saturday in Johannesburg.
Midfielder Augustine Mulenga came on in the 60th minute.
BELGIUM
Striker Fashion Sakala and midfielder Emmanuel Banda were unused substitutes on Sunday in 12th placed KV Oostende’s 2-0 away loss at leaders Genk.
AUSTRIA
Altach: Striker Brian Mwila did not make the list for second from bottom Altach’s 6-1 home win over seventh placed Hartberg on Sunday.
RB Salzburg: Striker Patson Daka started for defending champions and leaders Salzburg’s 5-1 home win over third placed St Polten on Sunday but was not on target before being substituted in the 62nd minute.
Midfielder Enock Mwepu came on in the 74th minute
