UPND Chairperson for Legal Jack Mwiimbu has dismissed the statement by National Dialogue Forum Legal Counsel Tutwa Ngulube that UPND Members of Parliament who have absconded from the ongoing dialogue risk being imprisoned for six months.

Mr Ngulube who is also Kabwe Central PF Member of Parliament had threatened that all UPND MPs who are staying away from the dialogue will be dealt with by the law.

He said according to the National Dialogue Act, all MPs are obligated to attend unless with express permission of the NDF Chairperson or risk serving a six month sentence or a fine.

But UPND Legal Affairs Chairperson Jack Mwiimbu has told Mr Ngulube to “go to hell.”

“Tutwa should go to hell with his threats against the UPND Mps. Let him continue attending the discredited forum. If anything he should be happy that there’s no opposition to their ill conceived legislation. We shall meet in parliament,” Mr Mwiimbu said.

  1. He Lokks like hell himself – these losers have no plans. they think being in opposition means oppossing everything. They should never be allowed to rule

    • Bufi Bwenu,
If I tell you that defilement can take you to prison for 18 years like General K, is that a threat or advise? What does the National Dialogue act say about absentee politicians?

    • Some examples are as *****ic as the idiocy of the giver. Will this country under this incompetent and impostors masqurades not going to see a law that compel all Zambians to go to the toilet at one fixed time?

    • PF has completely gone mad with NDF thing in their quest to declare Zambia one party state.

It’s total madness to legislate dialogue. This a supposed to be free process not a forced one.

If Zambians sleep walk into this dialogue madness they will find themselves back into a one party state like China which will then require a coup detat to stop.

Any way let PF go ahead. We are going to remove them by what ever means necessary.

      Lungu and PF kuya bebele

    • Your ignorance is very stinky. The National Dialogue Act has rules – don’t display your ignorance in public….oh my God. ..what a shame these ignorant monkeys .

You cadres just insult anyhow with No substance in your dark brains. Haven’t you read the parameters guiding the same useless National dialogue act? Going by the set rules in the documents, Tutwa is correct to say useless mps who refuse to participate must be jailed associated they are refusing to perform the duty of why they are MPs.

Why are Zambians so dull – why urgue about anything when you are blank in your heads. That’s why PF keeps fisting on you because they know UPND cadr3e are ignorant about everything and all theybare good at is issueing baseless statements like their party president. Where is the issue…

  2. UPND MPs are possessed with demons that cannot be casted out. You are right Munone Jack looks like hell together with oval head. This is worst opposition I have ever seen in my life. They have nothing to offer but oppose everything. He is even saying discredited forum and yet it’s the only party not attending the forum.

    • it does not mean when majority support it then it is right didnt many of u go dancing in heroes during signing of constitution is it not the same document u r doing didnt Miyanda say dont sign it but someone signed with their eyes closed where r we today.

  3. Tutwa tutwa tutwa. Dialogue has no conditions.

Besides you are not even funding logistics for attendees

    • Your ignorance is very stinky. The National Dialogue Act has rules – don’t display your ignorance in public….oh my God. ..what a shame these ignorant monkeys

  4. It is not all the opposition MPs who have shunned the NDF.Some are in attendance. The PF also under their fallen leader Sata opposed the failed NCC.So chaipa nichani? Don’t apply double standards.

  5. Antonio Mwanza reiterated that no one would be prosecuted for not attending the same meeting. Who is not telling the truth here? Both Tutwa and Antonio are from the mighty PF ,and are saying the exact opposite of each other on the same matter.

  6. @ Munone, are u mad or what? Y shud person be jailed for not attending a meeting? This is clear infringement of citizens rights!! This abuse of law shud not be accepted by any meaningful citizen!!

    • Pay him no mind, he is used of forcing and threatening marketeers and call boys to go and dance for lungu at the airport…….

  7. When I say upnd is a sa.tanic party spaka gets upset. Has Jack been to hell before?
Zambians please be careful with this dem.onic,sata.nic party which opposes everything including the good government has done. These freema.sonry kaya

    • There is only ONE satanic party, Plunderers Federation led by Endemically Corrupt Leader and Gees is favourite arse licker of the convicted embezzler

  8. Now now Jack for goodness sake show that you are a lawyer use palatable language no one is going to jail regardless. I just wish next time a bill is tabled to discuss increasing salaries for MPs you will again boycott. But I guess its the only bill you debate after ‘two shots only two shots’ of mabisi brewed by a whiteman.

  9. Who allowed this National Dialogue to go through in parliament? Is it not the same people who are shunning it? What laws do they really make in parliament? Do they authorize laws minus reading them? It is pointless shunning the same animal you allowed to pass through in parliament of which you are part of.

    • Ndf is a waste of Zambians precious time. I hope tutwa will not ask deligates to vote with hands like he did at that corrupt pf convention

    • I think its good manners to respect one another. If you dont believe in the dialogue, we will respect your opinion, but we will cetainly think there is something wrong with you if you start demonising all these respectable deligates attending it. You mean they are all useless and you are holier than them all?

  10. Let them tell us what is in this dialogue.
May be they will get a mouse from the
Sack .what is it that they want to imprison
    For not attending.somethimg looks fishy.

  11. Ba UPND need this dialogue more than anyone else. It is you who are affected by the bad laws in question. Look at how you strongly campaigned against the Bill of rights…moments later we saw and heard hh talking about the same behind bars. You also misunderstood the 14 days period for election petition, the Public order Act…this was your great opportunity for you to correct the anomalies in the laws. I wonder what your next action will be regarding this issue!
Are you going to call for your own dialogue led by the church?

  12. I think both ends needs to be sober. Mr Ngulube should concentrate on NDF whilst UPND’s 42 MPs should equally concentrate on what they think is more important than NDF. The only thing UPND must understand is that parliament has 166 members including nominated candidates. Two Thirds is 110 or 111 and 124 mps are attending this NDF. They really need to work hard if Mr Mwiimbu statement ” We shall meet in parliament” is to go by.

  13. Jack knows the law than some of those dunderheads in attendance. You simply want a scapegoat so that when the time for Ndende comes you start pointing fingers to say “tinali naye”. You will scamper in all directions. So Mr Tute please GO TO HELL and enter it.

    • Pride goes before the fall…This is why you will keep on losing elections year in year out. ba under5 the sa.tianic party.

  14. I can foresee this National Dialogue being a repeat of the biblical account of Mordecai and Haman in chapter 7 of the book of Esther.
What PF is orchestrating to achieve will eventually work against themselves.
    Posterity will tell.
    Jehovah is the final equalizer.

  15. You see , the foolishness of jack mwiimbu and his failed presidential candidate can be summed up in one statement “…we shall meet in Parliament”. So what exactly are you going to do in Parliament? Fail to debate and then stage another boring walk out. You are very predictable and very boring upnd. You need to change these extremely dry strategies.
When the issue of the 14 days allowable for a presidential petition, the secretary general of upnd should have addressed the forum to highlight some of the difficulties they experienced as a party during that time. They should have contributed to be part of the solution. But look at them, on the outside making useless running commentaries about proceedings which appear progressive in the eyes of many Zambians. You keep talking about clauses…

  16. Typical face of a trib.al, with wide loud mouth and angry face exuding absolute despair. That is how you tell a trib.al from a normal Zambian.

  17. … oh, nearly forgot, and foul language. Foul language is normal and you grow with it if you a trib.al, they can say *** even in the presence of their children. …
