Government says Vice President Inonge Mutukwa Wina has continued to recuperate well with all cardiac parameters within normal range.
In a brief staggering, Health Minister Chitalu Chilufya said Mrs WIna is fully mobilized, feeding well and is in high spirits.
Some media reports have indicated that Mrs Wina was taken back to hospital after he condition worsened days after she was earlier discharged.

I never knew the word STAGGERING can be used that way
This health minister reminds me of a communist propaganda spokesman. His words are so extravagant they are giving away something. Akuti “is feeding well” monga akamba kamwana konyonka!! Awe mwe. Vinangu ninkunkhala ce zeee a cimwene.
If the government invested in Hospital the need to send ministers to SA for treatment wouldn’t happen. It’s a shame! Should the government evacuate every Zambian to South African for specialised treatment?
Inonge Wina is not just sick but also old.At her age you no longer can expect her to be “fully mobilised,is eating well and in high spirits”. She must seriously consider weather or not she can continue in office until 2021.This is purely personal because fraudsters like Chitalu Chilufya can be lying to her for political reasons up to her grave.Her medical travels over the last few months confirm she is in declining health,which I am sure is worsened by the burden of her office.Unfortunately her health can not be assured by mere and insincere get well messages from the likes of Davies Mwila. It is her who can make a personal decision.
This Chilufya is another useless doctor. He first said bo Inonge had a “health encounter” and now he says “health staggering”! Where the hell did he get those words from? China or Communist Russia? He fails to explain a simple state of the Veep and goes hunting for words that don’t mean anything. Why not use simple words for the people to know and understand what is happening rather than sugar-coating a condition that is very simple to explain!
