I feel if we ignored what tribe means or the number of tribes in Zambia it will help us. Maybe we should be looking at cultures and not tribes. Maybe we should be looking at districts or individual compounds and not entire region or province. Am a tonga from Southern and I don’t agree with some people’s ideology. It’s unfair to brand all Tongaz or bembaz tribal. Because I feel am not. 43 of my x girlfriends are from all over the country. And non was Tonga.

Why should UPND celebrate over what Col Kaunda said. For me tribalism doesn’t come from PF members only but we have seen how our friends some very dear friends who are Tongas and all support UPND. The friendship is not even as good as it used to be years back . How possible is that over 95% of Tongas support UPND? Does it mean PF has not done anything good to woo them to the party? I think we need to be very sincere about this issue than burry our heads in the sand. I grew up in the CB there was literally no tribe until 2021 6 when l realised tribe mattered and we began to identify ourselves accordingly. This is destroying us it must be seriously be rooted out.

The tribalism being spoken of includes those who think HH is only a leader they should vote because he comes from there tribe and that is where everything starts from and from Kambwili.
