In this matter, Mr. Malanji is in the first count jointly charged with former Secretary to the Treasury, Fredson Yamba on charges of willful failure to comply with the law when they transferred over K154.2 million to the Zambian mission in Turkey without following the law on supplementary expenditure as provided by article 203 of the Zambian constitution.

  1. This is a straight forward issue, he just has to meet the bail conditions, nobody is above the law, no issue here

  2. It was on this forum that we cautioned the PF to moderate their impunity but they never listened. There’s no difference between PF and UPND when it comes to underhand methods. What the UPND must understand is that they’ll also leave power one day and what will unfortunate will be to handover to the PF. PF is still popular and they might bounce back soon. If Malanji is entitled to bond or bail why should that be delayed? If you think you’ll break Malanji by keeping him in custody longer than necessary then you don’t know him. He’s a typical komboni guy, he’s a survivor. He’s been through more rough moments than this. We’ll support you if you treat others fairly.

  3. HH has started a war against Mobutuism which was slowly trying to Zairenise Zambia under the PF. He has to succeed otherwise we become a failed state.

  4. It was good to see you in high spirits sir. The evil campaign against pf members is only just starting. The good thing is that we knew it was gonna happen and so we are mentally prepared. Some are crying for my blood but what they don’t know is that I am a clean man. Should they cook up charges, I will release some nice incriminating evidence against their leader.

  5. Jack Mwiimbu you are a let down.See the post from Kaiser Zulu insulting us,surely we endured a lot of stupidity from him when PF was in power, what is this chap doing outside jail?He may have negotiated with Kavindele’s broke son,but what about the offence of carrying and discharging a firearm in public, muli ndwii.Cage the criminal man.Where is the bus driver he assaulted in Ibex, the Diplomat’s he threatnened on Leopards Hill Road, the people he assaulted at Chita Lodge in Kafue, what about discharging fire arms at Chita Lodge, before you even start investigating how a mere civil servant upon starting to work started to own Boats. Can HH fire Miimbu if he cant arrest these tuma people who made our lives a living nightmare

  6. @Just Wondering. That s the same money he used to buy a helicopter. The money that was illegally transferred to Turkey ostensibly to purchase an embassy building which cost less than USD 2 million. The rest was brought back to Lusaka by Malanji using a Presidential Challenger. Your guess is as good as mine.

  7. Politics of hate won’t take us anywhere…let’s learn from Rwanda….revenge Politics shows that HH has failed….and soon Malanji will bail out and he will be home and if UPND loses in 2026 it will be like same thing….hence no time to develop Zambia

  8. Just look at the flights of Bombardier Jet on Flightradar 24 and see the times it flew to Ankara in the last 2 years and all this was sanctioned by Lazy Lungu

  9. They are scared of this one because he is super intelligent and a potential successor to leadership. He is seen as a threat to the HH empire in wealth and ability.

  10. Mailon, exactly, where are all these people you accused me of assaulting? They don’t exist and they are merely a figment of your own imagination. If you have evidence why have you taken it to the authorities? Fuseke hahahaha

  11. This one, UPND are very scared of him because he reminds them of someone call Double H. These quiet people are very dangerous. I like Bonanza because he is very kind hearted.
